Would not recommend! Never solved my ant problem! Management very unconcerned with customer satisfaction!

I would recommend this company. I contacted the online resource company and was connected to this company. I spoke to the representative of the company who scheduled a visit to my home quickly. The technician arrived on time and removed his shoes while inspecting my home. He worked around the house looking into the nooks and crannies. He completed the report after he finished his inspection of my home.

Stephen was very professional and friendly. He shared when he discovered a mouse/rat hole and where weather stripping was needed so we can keep the house pest free. I look forward to him and his detailed serving again.Thank you for sending the best!

What a great company to give your business to. The technician, Julio was awesome! He was very knowledgeable of pest control and really took the time to answer my questions & concerns regarding my home. He made me feel like I was his only customer for the day. Not only was he professional he was also polite & punctual. Terrell came out to service our house. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He went above and beyond and spent a good 30 minutes in our main problem room to find the entrance of where the ants were coming in, even unscrewed the electrical covers to apply product. We’ve never experienced this level of customer service before and look forward to future visits from Terrell.

I have been using EcoGuardian since May. They are very punctual and dependable, they always make available time to take care of my needs. EcoGuardian is a great company. From the office staff to the technicians they are extremely polite and very knowledgeable. They both bend over backwards to see to your needs. I also love that they use pesticides that are safe and really work. They are the best you cannot go wrong with EcoGardian!

EcoGuardian has been great and I have used them for several years. They have changed our program of services over the years when we had changing needs and they did this without any fuss or confusion or drama (we got livestock and they made changes to help protect our animals). They text message you when your appointment is scheduled and the person comes on the day they are scheduled, you can pay automatically, and they do a lot to make the service convenient.

The customer service agents are always friendly and open to accomdating our schedule when they can. They hear and address any concerns we have with excellent customer service. The service they provide keeps us from worrying about bugs in our house!

So far we are happy with the quality of service and hence renewing it for next year too. All the staff are great. Couldnt get their names earlier. Had a service today and Anthony went above and beyond to address all issues. Thumbs up !!

Ive used EcoGuardian for over 2 years and Ive been extremely satisfied. I hardly ever write reviews, but my experience with Anthony today was so pleasant and exceptional I felt I had to give him and EcoGuardian credit for their EXCELLENT customer service. Anthony was professional, friendly, thorough, fast, pleasant... the model employee. I have several companies come to my door a month, but employees like Anthony make it easier and easier to stick with EcoGuardian!

Today was our first treatment. Cameron was very professional, but also very personable. He sprayed the entire yard, inside and also the weep holes. I was impressed with everything he did. He even assisted my husband who was having wasp issues while he was on the patio. Thank you Cameron for helping us with that. Great first impression.

Our first visit by eco guardian was perfect last year. Two technicians showed up and treated our SEVERE ant issue the FIRST TIME.This year was different.Today, one year later, was our second visit for a MINOR ant issue by one, different technician that we had not met before. Seemed like a nice enough person at face value, but I’m definitely troubled by a couple of things:The previous, first visit, this technician did nothing to treat inside our home and suggested that I caulk one single corner in my doorway to prevent ants from entering our home, despite how there is a gap between the floor and ALL of our baseboards throughout the entire house. Additionally, the technicians last year did not mention caulking anything. I felt insulted, but I wanted to trust the process so I agreed to a follow up visit in two weeks.One week passed and the ants continued their free reign, so I decided to call eco guardian back and schedule a follow up visit for sooner. Again, the last time ecoguardian treated our home, the severe ant problem instantly went away.Eco guardian agreed to send the technician back out sooner, so we waited.Finally the day comes and the technician treats our home. But the treatment this time looked much different than the treatment last year. There is white powder all over our counter tops and inside our cabinets, and it is very very excessive. Mounds of white powder, not spread anywhere, with white dust all around. It really seems like the technician did this on purpose because he was frustrated for some reason.Since the technician did not point any of this out, or give any instruction on how to deal with the excessive powder, I called the office to ask what we can do to remove the poison from everything while allowing the treatment to do its thing. The eco guardian operator told me to spread the powder a little more evenly, and wipe up any excess, but be careful not to wipe everything up or ingest or inhale the poison. There was no apology, no concern, no offer to send the technician back to address the issue. So now I have been given a mission to complete for the company. Then I asked if I needed to wear a mask while doing so, and I was told no mask was needed. So now I have been given a mission to complete, without proper PPE recommendation. A mission that we are paying these trained technicians to do. Meanwhile our pets are trying very hard to approach and lick these powdery areas.None of this was an issue with last year’s severe ant visit. We didn’t see powder anywhere last time and we were not given a poisonous mission to complete for this company while paying for it.Am I supposed to sit here and think this is how it’s supposed to be? Absolutely not. This is ridiculous. What an extremely careless application of poisonous pesticides considering it is excessively spread near our food, children and pets. Our kitchen counters, floor and shoes are covered with poisonous powder. What gives?We will be shopping for new pest control, and it’s a shame because one technician can ruin a company’s reputation. And we really liked eco guardian at first.

He took great care in creating a treatment unique to my home. Their pricing was better than any others I had foundThis will be the group I stick with.

Pretty impressed with Ecoguardian pest control..had issues with spiders when our home was built and then massive fire ant piles from the recent rain..all taken care of quickly and efficiently. I appreciated greatly the excellent, professional and courteous service Anthony Simmons provided when he performed our quarterly extermination service. And I was also impressed when he swept cobwebs off the ceiling and out of the corners of our garage and swept the exteriors of our window screens. We don’t have any pest issues inside or out since using ExoGuardian. We especially like the reminders they send when it’s time for service and the ease with which service dates can be changed if needed.

Pricey not worth it and terrible to deal with! Beware of their ‘contract obligation’ they’re worse than dealing with cell/cable phone companies even if you cancel (in my case we were moving out of state) you still have to pay for the full 3 months even if you call say August 1 to cancel your contract they don’t care since you just found out you were moving...not right seems like a very shady business practice.

They are very professional. Today we had someone new. At first I was worried because I had gotten used to the guy that used to come. However a very nice man named Julio came. He explained things to us and was so nice. He even got rid of a few spiders as we were talking. ( sorry but i have the worst fear of spiders!) So I now have a new friend and hope that we can keep him as our bug technician. Thanks Julio!!

Ive had 3 service calls; the initial visit, a follow-up, and today was our first quarterly visit. All I can say is, WOW! Everyone Ive spoken with on the phone and the technicians have been top-notch. Anthony was here today and explained everything he was going to do, how it was going to help, and to call back if I had any other questions or needed any kind of re-treatment. They have figured out great customer service and I wish others in the service industry could do half as good as Anthony did today! Im so glad I chose a local company with outstanding service and products. UPDATE...a year later and everyone continues to be great and the spiders / bugs are gone.

Mitch was professional, personable and efficient when providing service. My home was added with very little notice. Despite this, Mitch was cheerful and friendly exceeding my expectations. I am very satisfied with the pest control and customer service EcoGuardian provides.

Worst company ever I dealt with, they keep scheduling service without checking my schedule , within the span of 2 months, do only exterior when we were not at home and charge you for the service. They never accommodate the time we want them to be available. Every-time I need to call them twice or thrice to reschedule but I still do not get the satisfactorily response. Today when I called them for cancellation they informed that my contract wont allow me to cancel unless I complete 12 service or 36 months. I need to see all my records for last 3 years to counter them, thats the only Job left in this world for me now - FRUSTRATING - USELESS COMPANY - STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Julio was awesome. He was a new guy for us and I liked him better than the last guy. So nice, informative and let me know my options for treatment. Very respectful. He also came at a time I had to leave to go to my sons school and I missed him. After exchanging phone calls he made the trip back to my house to finish the treatments I need. Sooo grateful. My OCD clean Mother-in-law, not a crumb in her house, left her honey slightly ajar in her bomb-shelter-of-a-pantry. By day end, she had armies of ants in her house.Me: Had pancakes last week and just noticed a pool of syrup under my table. No bug in sight.Moral of the story: Get pest control.EcoGuardian is the best pest control I’ve ever had (and I’ve been through plenty). Every single technician is polite and knowledgeable. Even once after my technician left, the owner came a few minutes later to do quality check to make sure their technicians do well.In the 3 years that I’ve used them, I’ve only seen one bug in my house and whenever I see wasps outside, they come and destroy the wasps within a day. There was even a huge wasps nest on my neighbors house and they even cleared it out just because they know I’m terrified. You can’t get any better service.

EcoGuard is amazing. On top of a quality product and service, their staff is knowledgable, friendly, and courteous. Over the last year and a half Ive seen a significant reduction in bugs and spiders, while spending less than I was applying products from the store myself. They send a friendly text reminder a day or two before coming out, so you can plan to be home or let them know of any specific issue youre having. I cant recommend it enough.

Eco Guardian Pest Control is doing good so far. They come every quarter but when I called for ants today, they came and put pesticides and other items without any fee. This was part of the contract though. Todays service was provided by Tarrel Demps, he is a nice guy and tries to help the customer. I will rate him 5/5 as well.

Called EcoGuardian yesterday because of their high ratings on Angies List. They came today and I was beyond impressed with their services. I have used pest control companies for 20 years, and Ecoguardian was the best I have ever used! They were very thorough. Joshua took the time to explain the process, actually dusted our back room , fence and all windows before applying the pest control application . He even took the time to move a few objects and was considerate of us and our dogs. Was thrilled that he put on booties every time he entered the house. Joshua did not rush and actually cared about our pests concerns. I will use this company every three months. Keep up the great work Joshua and Eco-Guardian!!!!!

I needed a re treat and I saw Anthonys truck! I flagged him down and he came right over. I love this company!

Had problems with my 1st pest control company who could not get rid of any bugs no matter how much they sprayed. Called eco guardian and they sent out David, he sprayed what looked like a lot and bugs I didnt even know we had were crawling out and dying on the spot. Well all the dead bugs brought a baby tarantula inside the garage and eco guardian was more than happy to come back out and spray again within a week. Hopefully this is the end of my bug problem very happy with their service.

Exact same problem as below. Scammers that do piss poor work. Showed up unannounced and was in and out under fifteen minutes. Billed me for $90. Could have done a better job myself with a can of Raid.A Smith8 months agoI wouldnt even give them one star! I called the customer service quite a few times and the girl I spoke with Emily said they had no record of me calling.. Then she said oh yeah they did. They are very unprofessional. They would schedule appointments without contacting me first and then bill us without even spraying the inside which I requested everytime I called. The spraying wasnt very effective either as we still had bugs galore outside! He promised me their spraying would help with mosquitoes but definitely did not. Will be contacting the better business Bureau!1
