The front desk and facility was okay. But the person who drew the blood was terrible and very rude. She did not do a good job. It s been 2 days since I gave by blood work, my arm is still sore and area where the blood was drawn from is changing color and looks like a bruise. I am hoping its not an infection.

I came in to an empty office... You have to check in yourself from a machine in the corner. It is best to have an appointment. Staff is barely there. It is a clean facility, but I had a bad experience. I came to have lab work done on my 3 month old son. The girl who drew the blood couldn’t find a vein and went to the other arm AFTER she pricked my son. Usually you find the vein and then stick the needle in... At 3 months old, the baby is extremely impatient and uncomfortable.. that’s fine, everyone has a bad guess... she told me either 3 small tubes would be filled or 1 large tube. I said it doesn’t matter. She chose 3 small tubes to be filled, and finally found a vein. While the blood is being drawn, she screams her coworkers name to come and switch the tube out. He comes in promptly, and the second small tube is filled. She says he’s got nice blood flow so do you want the large one filled? I said no?? You already filled 2 there’s only one small one left. Instead, the coworker who came in to switch tubes inserted the large one. So they filled one tube that was equivalent to 3 small tubes AND 2 small tubes of blood. It surprises me how much someone can’t follow basic steps as to what tube to use when it comes to a blood draw. I will not be returning.

I came into the LabCorp office and was immediately greeted by a very nice receptionist. I easily checked in at the kiosk and since I had visited a LabCorp in the past it was like 2 clicks and all my info auto-filled. My appointment was at 8:30AM and I was called back to the patient room by 8:35AM to a wonderful caring nurse that drew my blood without me feeling a thing. I was in and out the door in 20 mins. There was convenient free parking as well.

All the staff there were nice and friendly. I visited there for my kids blood test and the staff(I forgot her name ;;)was very good at dealing with kids. It took less than 40min from kiosk registration to exit.

Great people and great service. Will you have to wait if you do not have an appointment...Probably. It all depends one when you go and how many people are ahead of you. Is someone always at the desk? No, they are often called back to clarify information for techs drawing blood, and sometimes they are short handed and have to do tech work in addition to admin work. If there are too many people in front of you, then do what I do...leave, make an appointment, and come back later or another day.

After reading other reviews I was not expecting a great amount of customer service at this location. Let me just say I was very impressed. I didnt even have the chance to sit down after signing in. The whole process (two different types of collections/labs) took less time than it took to walk from my car to the office. There were two ladies working and both were pleasant and helpful. Thank you!

I dont know how some people got their job here. They could not find a vein for the longest and inserted the needle many times BEFORE finding the vein. It is ridiculous I will NEVER come back here. Lack of customer service and experience. Do yourself a favor and go to the many other better places than this facility and stay away from LabCorp.

Id like to share my very positive experience at the Carrollton location today. Wait time was 5 minutes max. The person at the front desk was courteous and very efficient entering the 20 tests my doctor ordered. The woman who drew my blood was fantastic - she found my vein the first time (many have had problems in the past). Thank you, Shaunte - you were wonderful - both your expertise and sweet spirit!

Excellent customer service at this location! I live in Frisco and had a bad experience with the lady at the front desk, so I will come to this location from now on. Thank you LabCorp in Carrollton for being professional!

We just had an excellent experience here. Blood tests are somewhat stressful for us, but the tech was friendly, professional, fun, and EXCELLENT at her job.

This is my favorite place to have blood drawn. The people there are really sweet and put you at ease. My daughter had her blood drawn and was scared, but they lady distracted her and my daughter didnt even realize it happened. I never feel anything when getting blood drawn and its over quickly. So this is a plus if you dont like needles. I think the longest wait time Ive had was 20 mins when about 7 people walked in at the same time, otherwise wait time is usually 5 mins.

Terrible. I went in for a quick blood draw. This usually takes less than 5 minutes at other LabCorp locations. I waited for over an hour with 6 other people while the receptionist kept abandoning her post for 5-10 minutes at a time. One man just left because he waited for her to come back and she never did. As it turned out, she was the only person in the office, so she was checking people in AND drawing samples for bloodwork. Why was the phlebotomist having to work the front desk?!

Waited at the counter for 15 minutes and wasnt even greeted/acknowledged... Finally had to call the phone number and let it ring to know anyone was here...After 2 whole minutes of the phone ringing, the lady answered the phone and said how can I help you?I told her we were here and wondering if they were even open, and she said Oh I know youre here. The door would be locked if we were closedThe employee informed me that shes the only one working there... Maybe hire a receptionist or install a buzzer?

This location does not have a well trained personel, my wife went to get sample blood, and the experience was painful and her arm is bruised and swell up real bad. She has done this several times and never had this kind of experience, with this rude lady who attended her. And it seems that she is the only person that work at this location. Will never go back to this place again. Got pictures.

Dont bother going here. They are rude, unprofessional, and do not follow standard medical practices. I was seen 2/4/16 and immediately contacted the corporate complaint group. Somehow they still, almost 3 months later, cannot locate my records. Ive been patiently waiting for resolution before posting a negative review, but my patience is gone, and I need my HRA credit. JW

Apologies to the people who had bad experience. This location is run by only one person doing everything. From the front desk, answering phones, and drawing of labs. Please be patient, for it is not my intention, as the only employee at this location to keep you waiting.

Here and no one attending the service window to greet you or answer questions. Horrible service.

No greeting, no customer service,no employees working the front desk. In fact they looked closed.

If you have an option do not go to this location. It was next to impossible to find and its located in hospital with insane wait times.

If you go early in the morning it is busy. When I go later I always get right in
