They have boarded up there window so you cannot talk to anyone, You can use the tablet to check in, When making you appointment online there is only a limited thing to select, You cannot select Antibody test. When you call you cannot get anyone just voicemail!

Very rude to nursing staff dropping off collected labs for patients. It should not be difficult for nursing staff to simply drop off specimens to be sent out, which aren’t even processed at that site.Nursing does not handle patient billing, past due bills or other billing issues. They frequently ask nursing staff when dropping off to sign patient in on the kiosk, when there is no patient present (we are simply dropping off specimen and the requisition including all insurance information which is already filled out) and then they have us wait. We should be able to sign a log of some sort for specimen drop off (to send out as they are only a drop off site) and continue on seeing our patients.They have also asked if we’re paying patients unpaid balance, or completed an ABN etc.Our job as the nurse is completing MD orders only, Labcorp needs to handle those issues with the patient directly.No other LabCorp in area is as rude to fellow healthcare workers. They can do better to be a team in meeting patient needs in a timely manner.

It can be confusing to get to from Carrollton Hwy, but the staff are readily helpful. not sure where anyone got rude vibes from.

Extremely pleasant staff and very competent in what they do. The wait was a little long for me at 45 minutes but that was as a walk in (and honestly, that is average for any doctors office that you already have an appointment with). All-in-all, a fantastic interaction!

Checked the website for business hours. Stated 7:30-4:00. Arrived at 7:25 only to find out they do not open until 8:00. How hard is it to update a website? Just wasted 30 minutes.

THEY HAVE LOST MY HUSBANDS BLOODWORK THE LAST TWO TIMES HE HAS HAD IT DONE AT THIS LOCATION... THEY FOUND THE FIRST ONE AFTER 2 WEEKS OF LOOKING HAVENT FOUND THE LAST ONE IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS ???? NOT SURE IF YOU WANT TO TRUST THEM WITH THIS AGAIN?
