Good selection, and usually able to checkout quickly. On weekends they definitely need more cashiers, but weekdays are fine.

This is the best kept and stocked Dollar Tree in the entire North Dallas area, hands down. Best selection of items. I drive out of my way to shop at this particular location, instead of the store closer to my home. Awesome crafts aisle. Also noticed this store now has sections with $3 and $5 items... So pay attention to signs.

Really hard to give much more than a two star for a dollar tree. The place is generally not well kept and never seems to be well staffed with check out people. Hard also to find staff to ask questions of. Couple times they have been very short in their answers if you get my meaning.Not really very much here that I normally go for shopping other than cards to send to friends or family when they are ill or birthdays or such great options for that. They also have some great selections of helium filled balloons when they actually have helium available. They also have a decent selection of yearly calendars that are nice.

For the most part they have everything that we need when we go. However, they have items that are up to $5. Which isnt expensive but it is called the dollar tree for a reason I thought.

Purchased items from this location 4 days ago and during checkout I asked the young man at the front about the refund policy in which I was told “full refund, if item is not opened and with receipt “ Today I arrive at the store to return the items and had a very unpleasant experience with the store manager named Manuel. He was rude and asked me to leave the store instead of apologizing for not training his staff correctly. Then I showed him receipts and he snatched them out of my hand and said “see no refunds” repeatedly with each receipt in a very rude tone. Then tells me I am only mad bc he didn’t honor the refund. I asked him to exchange the items and said I don’t have to do anything with your attitude. I called him out for being rude. My 12 yr old son witnessed and recorded the whole thing and even recognized this so called store manager Manuel and how he was treating me and handling the situation. When I asked him for the corporate number he started to change his attitude and I did file a complaint. I had a Regional Manager named Ron call me within the hour and he listened to me, apologized and honored my refund and allowed me to exchange for few items. I went to one of his other locations as I didn’t want to deal with a rude Manager and give him any more of my business. Manuel that’s how customer service is handled and you need to learn from this experience!!! I was taught “treat how u want to be treated” next time u want to be rude, believe me, I will have no shame being rude back!

This dollar tree is bigger than standard sized stores and it remains well stocked and staffed. Easy to go in and out in a relatively short time.

It is a very nice clean store, however for someone who isnt from here we had no idea that dollar trees sold 5 and 10 dollar items..which is cool but if ypu arent paying attention you will grab a more expensive item.

Poorly stocked. Disorganized. Garden section and storage area never has anything. Workers need to learn there products bc we asked for an item they looked confused and just didnt answer the question.

My new favorite Dollar Tree location! Its the biggest one Ive ever seen, so the selection is fantastic! I found everything I needed quickly but lingered to get some non-essentials I suddenly just had to have. Wish Id gotten there earlier than I did (only 15 minutes before closing) because they had so much cool stuff I would have liked to spend more time browsing! But I was able to get everything I needed (plus a few extras) in just minutes and was promptly checked out by a very friendly and sweet cashier. All in all, a great location of a fantastic chain! Ill be coming back soon and I definitely recommend this store to others!

Had a extremely unpleasant experience here. Not only was I overcharged for two items which were clearly priced, but also received zero help from manager Tiffiinay who was in store at the time and a manager Daniel over the phone. I understand that they didn’t want to honor the prices marked, but at least organize the store and inventory so items are marked correctly. Poor cashier customer service and management staff. I hoped to resolve this issue in person and over the phone before this review but Daniel stressed it was impossible to correct any errors and refused to provide chain of command contact information. Dollar tree has been a great company but could improve their hiring process and specifically improve this stores staff. Thank you.

I usually walk out of any dollor tree with armloads of things I didnt know I needed. This location is a little larger than others in the area and they have a wide selection. They were out of an item I was looking for, but otherwise, I found what I was looking for and then some!

Its a Dollar store. Typical inventory, always well stocked. Employees are friendly and the store is easy to get in and out of--its next door to Harbor Freight. Large parking lot.

Reading Glasses. Sunglasses. Batteries. Bags of all shapes and sizes. Friendly clerks. The iconic green lettering. I like $ 🌴🎄 .

Second time here wanted to find if they carry CLR. turns out they do. If youre detail oriented and know basic chemicals are in common cleaners you wouldnt spend so much at other stores for the latest scent. Quick, quiet and clean got that and a couple of other items all just a buck apiece

Friendly and helpful staff. This store is usually clean but on rare occasion the aisles are unorganized. Their prices are good, parking is great, and their hours are convenient.

In and out, there were 3 cashiers at the time so it took only a couple of minutes to check out. Shopping for a birthday celebration good deals.

The store was clean, neat and shelves were mostly stocked. Store wa not very busy. Cashier was pleasant and checkout went very quickly.

Out of stock of many items in and I had my child picking out toys which means playing with them to see which ones he wants and I got told can you not have you child abuse the toys we have to sell those at the moment my child was playing with a already broken football and those squishy little dolls that have been there since I was a kid but never sold and was covered in dust. But the place is a dollar so what ever he wants to buy was fine with me. So now instead of buying anything else we only left with two items i needed to pick up and will do dollar toys at other dollar trees from now on.

UPDATE: i went to check out, and the lady was right there. She saw me coming, and walked off and came back 10 minutes later. I was NEVER spoken to the WHOLE while i was shopping. I couldnt find the tape and the employees just looked at me crazy when i asked them. A customer had to show me where the tape was, she overheard me asked them and she apologized on their behalf. It wasnt even her fault! I get to the register and the lady wouldnt even speak, but she mumbled under her breath why is it always their kind and Mexicans in here! I said excuse me! She said i didnt say anything!. She wouldnt speak and kept asking what my daughter was doing! She was sitting in the buggy, like a four year old does!. She proceeded to check me out and kept dropping my items on the floor! Yall are extremely rude at this store, and all i wanted to do was get my things and leave

Needed art supplies for kids. First went to Walmart and many items were not there. Surprisingly they were in Dollar Tree (example: hard to find tempera paint). As always $1 instead of $2.50 at Walmart.

Best dollar tree I have ever been to! They have so much stuff that I was looking for organizing! I was surprised to see they actually have some of the same snacks I get from target and Kroger... Lets just say Ill be coming here more often to get my snacks for $1

Just left this dollar tree and have been attending for years ... so crazy this particular time we visit, the line is completely full and cashiers are requesting assistance ... the manager proceeds to ignore their requests and shortly before leaving she (Marissa I think) made an announcement for parents to control their children and not run or play in the store .. meanwhile, there’s literally dead rats on the same shelves as food. The children also were of no disturbance to anyone.. the rat poop is literally stomped into the floor of the store urine on the shelves as well... instead of making unnecessary remarks towards innocence children, consider the cleanliness of your store. Once at the register, an associate called the manager MARRISA over to detail the concerns and was ignored and walked into the office with no regards nor concern to the issue...

Lots of stuff. The. cashier, Garrett, was very friendly polite and considerate. He made sure my reading glasses were wrapped separately so they didnt get scratched. The store was clean. It was a pleasant shopping trip.

I normally really like going to this dollar tree because its fairly clean and they have a lot more things in stock than other locations. However, the other night while I was checking out they locked the doors at 8:45 pm ... I checked since I heard one of the employees being so sassy to customers as they walked up yelling through the glass that they were closed. I understand that employees want to close up the store but it isnt fair to the customers for a location to lock the doors that early. Overall, the way that employee was acting was unprofessional and pretty rude.

I was looking for something Id seen at another store in a different town. The associate who helped me was great. When we couldnt find it & I explained where Id seen it, she gave me a very thorough explanation & guess as to why they didnt have it & had never heard of it. As a result, I was able to figure out something else that was similar to what Id seen before that would also work for me.

Always find valuable items at a great price

It is always clean when I come here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have the best office supplies. You can also order in bulk. I needed 20 small candle holders they were selling and only found 15 in store and they ordered the rest for me and I picked them up. And everything is a dollor. Unlike some dollar stores.

This is a good sized store and they have most items here. But I guess they need to stock up on quite a number of items because some shelves were empty.

Very nice and clean. They only had 2 lines open on a Saturday but the Manager notice that the lines were long and she called for the associates to open up 3 other lines to checkout and that help move the lines. Way to go DOLLAR TREE.

Overall I love Dollar Tree stores! I find that some are better than others and carry different products. This DT is,not one of the bigger ones. However their supply is very unique. I found allot of things in this DT that I havent seen in bigger stores. The location is a bit of a turn off. It gives an impression of one of those Dollar stores with dusty old items that are 1.49 vs 1.00. Yet its quite diff. Its always well stocked. Always clean! Has allot of new items and everything is easy to find. Id say to be one of the smaller stores in a somewhat desolate shopping strip, it has allot of wonderful gems inside.The employees are always friendly and greeting you as you come in. Ive never seen an occasion where there was only one lane and a million people are awaiting checkout. As soon as one lane gets to long, Someoneone comes immediately to assist. I actually like this store very much. I go at least 2 times per week!

Extremely low cost, especially for birthday party and Christmas items/wrapping, office supplies, teacher decorations etc. Do NOT buy most toys here. Toys fall apart within minutes/hours.

Im giving 1 star specifically bc of a particular employee. Erica! Taylor and Lee asked her mulitple times to please get on a register to help get the long line down. Her words exactly were get a life and leave me alone, Im not going to work any harder than any employee. This lady is always a B**ch and never does any kind of work. My family and I love coming to this store its always clean and we find great deals, but the behavior Ive seen the last few times here from Erica makes me not want to come here anymore. I dont want my child seeing this kind of behavior and think it is ok to treat people the way she has this evening. I suggest its time for this lady to find a new job.
