Horrible communication skills every one is out for themselves so if your driver manager takes time off you should probably do the same. Miles are good but doesn’t make up for everything wrong in the company. I’m currently still working for them so I’m not talking about the wrong company. If you want to feel like you belong at a company go someplace else

Worked here and was not a good experience. I had three trucks and was in the shop all the time.I asked for another truck and was told no. Deal with it. So I did I move on to another company.Lisa in safety was great and dispatch was ok.They do like the east coast.If I would been able to get another truck I might still be working there.I did like working there. The reason for the one star was because of the trucks and not able to move into another truck. Travis

Great company, dispatchers help with every little thing a driver needs. Every trucking company has their downfalls, but the dispatchers and higher ups will do mostly anything to help drivers. I’ve been here 8 months now, and I can say that it really has been a nice experience so far.

They gave me a load. My driver went to pick it up & they wouldn’t let him in cause he had a reefer after they told me they would. After waiting for 3hrs on the side of the road with no updates I decided to send the driver back home empty since they had already escorted him out & told him to get off the property & now they want to turn things around & act like it’s my fault. When they failed me. Lack of communication. Trying to do anything just to cover a load. Lesson Learned, Never again!

We contracted VSS to move a load from Suffolk VA to Dallas TX and Brookshire TX. We were never able to get the driver on the phone and were lied to about the driver being on site. We ended up having to hold the warehouse late to get this driver loaded. We received no communication the entire time and were only given bad information once we reached out to them. The carrier missed the delivery due to being dropped in their yard. We rescheduled the load and they missed it again due to just leaving it in their yard. We had to reach out to them every time an appointment was missed. We received bad service and terrible communication through the duration of the load. Very disappointed in their service.

Just started here but what a amazing experience Ive had so far. Cant wait to see how it goes from here very excited

Definitely the best place i have worked in 20yrs in this industry. When I say they treat you like Family its the truth your NOT just a truck number here. Plenty of miles, will run you like a scalded dog if you would like. Or maybe you want to be regional and be home a few days a week?? Whatever your need they can do it ( in my opinion) but Best place BY FAR that I have worked at!!!

Driver was rude .would not unload the delivery and the truck was loaded to make it harder foruse to unload .we will never usthis company again .if you like good service or just what you paid for i strongly recomend using any one but VSS

Quiet yard for drivers to do their 34 reset

Driver of truck 3192 blocking fuel pump for over 35 minutes while drivers behind wait. Extremely rude and inconsiderate.

Absolutely the best company Ive ever worked for. Im a driver of 23 yrs. Been here over 5yrs and counting. I plan to retire here.The staff is great. Always there to help.Their shop is slow but they are knowledgeable and the job done right.The Owners are wonderful. Theyre hands-on and on site. Talking about brokerage.This company should go out really quick. They were lying about pick and delivery times then was booking truck. After we did our job (shipper loaded us from 5PM to 10PM. Thats 5Hours.) They told, that we didnt give them any updates (have screenshots from after-hours emails) and decided not to pay any detention.So dont waste your expensive time with these guys!

Awesome place to work they do what they say keep me moving

Multiple times they refused to fix a messed up trailer and was made to travel unsafely. Safety is no help. She is just the middle man. They refuse to pay for repairs to the trailer. Just very sneeky , money pinching company. Hours wasted on live loads and unloads. Payroll made mistakes many times. Truly 100% dont care about their drivers. And thats the truth.

Has potential to be a superb company. Truck speed is above industry speeds. Pay is below industry pay by a good nickel per mile. Bonuses depend on companies bottom line..not the drivers perfomance. Communication leaves a lot to be desired..its exceptional if they need answer to something. Hometime is great. Slight language barrier that often leads to misunderstandings.For the most part im happy here..just a few issues that need addressing and tended too..then id be ecstatic working here!!Overall...a decent company.

All I did was apply to work here. I EXPAINED TO THEM THAT I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF A LAW SUIT AGAINST A PREVIOUS EMPLOYER AND THEY CHOSE NOT TO TAKE ME ON FOR EMPLOYMENT. IF THEY WOULD HAVE RAN MY PAST HISTORY THEY WOULD HAVE KNOWN WHY I WAS SUING A PREVIOUS EMPLOYER. THEY COULD NOT MATCH MY CURRENT PAY SALARY AND NEVER REPSPECTED THE EXPERIENCE I HAVE. OVER 3 MILLIONS MILES ACCIDENT FREE AND PUSHING 30 YEARS OVER THE ROAD. ANY OLD SCHOOL DRIVERS BEFORE THE YEAR 2000.....1980S AND 1990S SHOULD QUSESTION IF THEY REALLY WANT TO WORK HERE. IT WAS A WAIST OF MY TIME .....

Overworked and understaffed. Unprofessional. I left after being assigned my truck. They still hadnt completed my paperwork. Felt as if doing their job, put them out. I would give a negative rating for wasting my time and the let down (disappointment) factor..
