20 dollars for a battery replacement. The price is normal.But when I got home, I found a lot of scratches on the watch backside. I have a lot of watches and I also have a watch strap or a battery replacement tool. But I didnt want to make such a scratch at my watches.so I paid the store for it. Before that, my watch had no scratches at all. Dont leave your expensive watch to repair.Not professional.

I stopped by this jeweler today to get my wedding ring resized after losing some weight. The jeweler asked me if Ive hit my goal yet, and I shared that I still have more to go. Instead of resizing the ring, he suggested using a ring guard temporarily until I reach my target weight. This meant a lower-priced sale for them, but recognition of their integrity for me. I couldnt disagree more with J. Ringos review. Texas Jewelry is a family owned and operated business that has been in the Metroplex for decades. You cant find jewelry stores any more where folks know about precious metals and gemstones. Jewelry stores at the mall are not jewelers. They are big volume retailers selling average to poor jewelry at discounts that smaller outfits cannot compete with price-wise. Retailers know only what they are told about the pieces they sell, and most of them dont seem to like their jobs very much. Texas Jewelry is different in both the knowledge of the staff, the quality of the merchandise, and the personal service and relationships they build. I would not buy from any one else. Love this place. Very old school.

I needed a 22mm strap for my divers watch. Visited Texas Jewelry on a recommendation from a friend. Everyone there is very friendly. They didnt have a strap I liked so the let me pick out 4-5 different straps I did like from a catalog. They came in quickly. Michelle put in on while I browsed around at their beautiful selection of new and vintage pieces. I have a soft spot for vintage time pieces so I was like a kid in a candy store.New strap put on and now my watch is like brand new.Go to Texas Jewelry instead of the big box stores. They know their stuff.

I always take my watch here to be fixed. And recently got my wife a charm bracelet for Mothers Day (as a gift from our 3 year old and 3 month old). She loves it! The people here are so nice. I love the style and look of the store with older clocks mounted on the walls.

I went in to get a link taken out of my watch and a new battery. Everyone was very nice and they did it on the spot in under five minutes. The total cost was twenty bucks. Which is very fair.

These people are super honest. My watch stopped working in the middle of the day. I dropped by thinking the battery was dead. They took it back and a few minutes returned telling me the stem had been caught on something and pulled out. They reset my watch and sent me on my way, no charge. Believe me now if I need anything this is the only place I will go. They have made jewelry for me since and I have purchased several items. They are true professionals.

I brought my wedding rings in to be resized. Two rings up 3/4 a size. White gold. $175! I found another place that would do the same thing for HALF the cost!

Couldnt have been more courteous, quick, or affordable. I needed only to have some links taken out of a watchband. I was treated very well.
