I brought 3 watches in to get new batteries. When they were returned to me one of them was damaged. The crown was bent upward on the stem and second hand would not tick forward. They tried to explain it was a simple fix but then told me they don’t repair watches. The watch worked when it was brought in and didn’t when I took it home. No assistance was offered and I was lied to multiple times. Thank goodness it was an inexpensive fix at a respectable jeweler. Stay away.

We have had a few custom pieces made at Legacy and John, Ava and crew have done an amazing job.They built a custom necklace using diamonds from a grandmothers ring and also made a back “fingerprint” pendant of a deceased grandparent.They also have made a few custom rings for my wife. Legacy Diamond Jewelers is an incredible asset to the West Georgia community! Beautiful, high-end jewelry, but with a small town feel. The owners, Jon and Avis, are always on site and available to give a personalized experience but are not pushy like some of them larger chains. They carry a great selection of pieces in store, but also can do custom work on site. Always friendly and knowledgeable, plus I love the fact that they are 3rd generation jewelers! Hands down, my go-to place for jewelry.

They worked with my fiance to select the perfect setting and center stone, showing him multiple options and offering trustworthy information. This Place Is The Most Unprofessional Business Place Ive Been Too.. Me & My Partner Called In To Get A Pricing On Some Earring Backs. Rudely The Receptionist Lady Got Really Snappy & Nasty Explaining How She Couldnt Give Pricing Info Over The Phone Ok So We Went Up There To See If We Could Get More Info That Way. Went Inside Standing There Was The Owner And The Receptionist With Her Back Turned Giggling As If She Was Laughing At A Joke Or Something . Walked Up To The Counter My Partner Politely Asked The Owner For Pricing For The Backs.. Very Aggressively & Smart Mouthy He Said We Have To Have The Earrings As If He Was Intentionally Calling Us Uneducated By The Tone In His Voice & His Body Language. So We Just Quietly Turned Around And Left..This Place Felt Really Prejudice Very Uncomfortable Feeling. Would NOT Recommend This Place To Anyone !!
