Stephen Faught, the Sales Director, was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and courteous. He seamlessly worked us into his schedule, and he exceeded all our expectations. Stephen gave us helpful advice about house insurance. He was very knowledgeable about different roofing materials, and he took the time to explain all the different options to my wife, Cathy. He recommended we upgrade to life-time shingles. Stephen also went above and beyond by having all our gutters and window screens replaced. Eric Conroy, the Project Manager, was also very nice, and he cleared a path for our daughter to leave out for work on the roofing instillation day. SEI was by far the best roofing experience we have ever had. I highly recommend them, and my wife and I plan to use them for any of our roofing needs in the future.

SEI Roofing went above and beyond during my roof replacement and installation of solar tubes. Always on time for appointments, answered emails and texts in a very timely manner, workers were great, kept everything clean during installation and cleaned up when they were done. I literally had my estimate on Monday and a new beautiful roof installed by Thursday! Stephen supervised my home from start to finish to ensure quality work. The crew left no trace behind! The siding, trim and paint job on our house looks fantastic. Getting to this point was a bit of a journey. Steve M came out, walked us through all the work to be done and said he would expect it to take no more than two days; it ended up being more than a week. Angel, a crew manager, still needs to come out to finish the power washing.A few days in, I called Steve M to voice my concerns on how the new siding looked: crooked boards, uneven trim and behind schedule. We also noticed after Steve M brought on Angel to manage, that the siding was put on with no vapor barrier. All of these problems were addressed and fixed.We will be using SEI again but, the scope of the work will be limited to the gutters and the trim.

I had a great experience working with SEI. First time home owner and had a pretty decent leak from my furnace vent. They were able to come out and fix it within a few days (before it rained again) and luckily the next day when it rained NO LEAKS!

We needed our roof replaced so I called SEI Roofing. They let me know someone who worked in my area would give me a call. I immediately got a call from Travis Huston. He was very professional and went out to check our roof right away before the storm hit and got a team up to tarp the bad spots that same day. Travis did all of the dealings with the insurance company and met the adjuster when he came out. Once everything was ready with the insurance company, his team went to work. They replaced our roof in one day. When they were finished, out yard was so clean you would never know that we even had any work done. It was incredible. I highly recommend SEI and Travis Huston.

Travis was the rep that helped me through the process of replacing my roof. I got 3 quotes, his price was not only the most reasonable, it included more value than the others (30 year shingle vs 25 year, removing unnecessary satellites, adding turbines, etc). Travis was gracious enough to work through the horrible process of dealing with a warranty company, and provided thorough quotes at the warranty companys request. I will definitely use them in the future should I need roof work. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience. Stephen walked me through the process and is very knowledgeable about roofing. Everything he told me to expect happened including the quality of the product. I have the best roof in our neighborhood by far. So thankful I went with SEI and not one of the many companies that knocked on my door after a hail storm. Really hope I do not have to replace another roof in the future, but if I do I am only calling SEI.

I hired SEI to put on a new roof April 2019. Given it has five stars rating here, I expect it is a high quality service provider. The new roof leak and damaged my garage ceiling. SEI refuse to fix garage ceiling because the contract stated no internal damage covered. SEI is not a cheap service provider. The price I paid is similar to leader in market. I will update again if SEI will change mind to make a fix. The sales person promised to check with owner but no communication anymore.Here is latest update. I got a phone call from owner soon after first review. He has the desire to make his customer happy. Two guys from SEI came yesterday afternoon fixed garage ceiling. They did a good work. I adjust rating from two stars to four stars because SEI owner is a responsible person.

I called these guys for a quote. They were polite and prompt getting out to the house and said they would have a written estimate within a day or so. After a week I called them back and was told they would send it over later that afternoon. It took over 2 weeks to get the estimate, though I expect roofers are probably busy this time of year. Given the extent of repairs, I thought it was considerate that they offered alternative options that would get us by until the next hail storm forced us into a replacement.

I am a city building inspector and have high standards to my personal home, I had 5 roofing companys that are well known and have good reputation in my area give me estimates to replace my existing roof. SEI was by far the stand out company in customer relations with Steve starting it off and Randy supervising the job from start to finish. Outstanding customer service! After seeing water spots on my ceiling I thought the worst. However after Stephen reviewed my roof he found the leak was caused by rusty nails where the water was leaking through. Really appreciate the honestly and professional service. Best roofer ever!

A hail storm blew in on March 24 and destroyed my roof and sky light. My wife called Stephen and he showed up within minutes and installed a tarp to protect my interior from additional damage. Stephen worked with our insurance company and had our new roof installed in 1 day at the agreed price. His crew of workmen were on time and very professional. The after install clean up was great. Not one piece of anything was left on the ground. The post install inspection performed with Stephen found no issues. We are very happy and would recommend SEI Roofing to anyone.

April hail storm did a number on my roof. SEI sales rep Mike Keenan came and inspected my roof, and offered to meet with me and my insurance adjuster. Roofing crew was great. Gutter replacement was great. Fence pressure wash was great. Shane was our project manager and did an excellent job.

After a terrible experience in the past with another company, I was in urgent need of a complete chimney rebuild. I found SEI Roofing. They were a God send . They promptly sent Trent to make an inspection of the needed repairs. He returned in a couple of days with a written plan which included materials & price. I accepted they were able to put me on their schedule. Money due upon completion. Work completed in one day at the price I had been quoted. I cannot recommend them more highly. Stephen wasin charge of my work team and I thank each one involved for their professionalism & skill.

I agree with the other positive reviews on SEI Roofing. In January, our roof had to be redone after one of last summers hail storms. Travis at SEI prepared a detailed estimate that was accepted with few quibbles by our insurer (the big one with red lettering). At Traviss recommendation, we paid a small upcharge to install a superior hail-resistant shingle and have already recovered some of the cost in a reduced homeowners premium. SEI replaced all the shingles, fixed a code issue on our chimney, brought our wood fencing to good-as-new appearance, replaced all gutters and downspouts, and bought in other contractors to repaint a stained ceiling and replace a copper dormer roof over the front window. Not only does the roof, guttering, and paint look sharp, but, at all times, SEI kept me informed about what would be done, when, and why, and I never had any trouble getting my concerns addressed. If youre in the North Dallas area, keep SEIs name and number handy. They know how to do a large roofing job right and Travis and the others at SEI will take care of you.

The added incentives were very helpful also. I have a few minor issues that I plan to discuss will my representative Travis but I would recommend SEI Roofing to family and friend. Comparing them to another company we were trying to deal with we are glad we chose SEI Roofing. Overall it was a good experience.

I had my roof and some sidling replaced by SEI, communication was excellent, we had a small leak after the repair and thats when you can really tell if you went with the right company or not, the owner Mark came out personally to see the problem and had it fixed the very next day! Thats when you know a company stands behind the work they do! Could not be happier with the service before and after the sale!

These guys kicked butt!! I had a water leak in my roof which ended up being a very detailed, complicated problem that required very specific and intricate repair. SEI Roofing was the only company of 4 that I spoke with who guaranteed to fix the leak. One company actually turned down the opportunity to take the job due to the scope of work. Stephen the sales man was very honest upfront about the nature of the job and that it was going to be more expensive than some of the other roofers, but that that they would get the job done right. I had to get the repairs done within 14 days so I could close on my house and they worked me into the schedule for both the roof repair and the drywall repair. The workers were VERY professional and everyone made sure that I was satisfied with the job. The owner of the company Marc is very kind and was extremely helpful in ensuring we got the job done on time. I highly recommend SEI Roofing for your roof repair needs, especially if it is a tough fix. I am now a loyal customer with SEI. THANKS GUYS, YOU ROCK!

Theres nothing worse than needing a new roof after a big storm but SEI made it super easy and did a phenomenal job. Chris, DeVonti and Eric were great and kept me well informed during the whole process. Chris is super personable and was very knowledgeable and was a great help as I have never had to make an insurance claim before but he helped me step by step with my claim through USAA. DeVonti scheduled the job and notified me immediately that there would be a delay because of storms slowing down a previous job, great communication. Eric and his crew were awesome. Always on time and eager to start the work, the crew was the definition of efficiency. I did not realize how bad my old roof looked until I compared it to the job they did. They left my yard cleaner than it was before the job, not a single loose nail or any debris anywhere!! I would recommend SEI to anyone I know who might need a roof. Very good company.

I called SEI roofing to have several whirley birds repaired due to hail damage. I first called another company who tried to charge me an exorbitant fee and wanted to upsell me into an insurance claim and to repair my entire roof.Mark came out from SEI, quoted me a more than fair price on the repair (half of what the other company tried to charge) and completed the work on time. He said basically my roof has a couple years left and that he didnt plan on making money off the repair if I gave him first chance to redo the roof. In a couple years SEi will absolutely get my business for being ethical and fair in dealing with them.
