DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WAITING!!!Called and booked an appointment for monday between 12-4 and made sure to tell them its my only day off . The lady said no problem we will make sure to get u serviced. No one showed up. Called at 3:35 pm the lady on the phone said it’s going to be by 4 pm waited till 5 pm and called again and she said your scheduled on Wednesday. I told her i have been waiting home since 12 and i called to check you said its going to be around 4 and now its 2 days later!! All she said there is nothing we can do!!!

Very hard to reach them by phone, no answer and mailbox full. Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance then received call 2 hours bef appointment to say they couldnt make, wanting to delay a week. I can understand a day or 2 but not a week.

Horrible company. Stay away. The guy they sent me was extremely rude. First of all he came in without a mask and was upset when I told him to wear one. He finally did and didnt even look at the fireplace for 30seconds ( and billed me $100 for it). The invoice they sent me was for a different company altogether (All States Service Pro ). He was so rude that I had to remind they guy that he was in my house and needs to watch his tone. He said his name was Jeffrey (though I think he gave me a fake name). Complete scam...I should have checked the other reviews. They are all fake (because they are all posted at the same time and they have the names of all famous people like Mark Ruffalo, Willam Shakespeare and Steven jobs)

Two no call no shows, dont waste your time scheduling and waiting around for them.

Highly recommend! Easy to schedule an appointment. He arrived right on time, was friendly and efficient. You cant beat $129 for an excellent dryer vent service!

They Are unbelievable - 2 years ago I had my clothes destroyed after dropping them off at a dry cleaner around the corner that does laundry service - since then I have refused to let anyone wash my clothes until now... Having no time, no clean clothes, and traveling I gave in & found The Real Deal- I had put 4 tops with old stains that I couldnt get out just to see what happened & they came back brand new.

Great service and professional staff! Highly recommended to anyone, especially those with allergies. The staff explains all the steps of the process, which is very educational.

They was helpful in what was originally just a cleaning. He pointed out some flaws and shortcuts my previous chimney repair person did (e.g. pull chain was installed in the back of the fireplace, damper style incorrect for my chimney). He also mentioned that I didnt need to replace it, but he did quickly move my chain to the front of the fireplace and also cemented a gap in the back of my fireplace without charge.

They provided excellent service - just as everyone else has described! He was punctual, polite, highly informative, and pleasant to work with.

They inspect your fire extinguishers to make sure they are charged, and help out with things such as the log lighters and anything to do with fireplace and fire safety. great service.

He very easily could have told me I needed work that was not necessary, but he was honest, friendly and very professional. In the end, all that I needed was a cap for the top of the chimney!
