This is the first vet hospital I had to use . I was a first time pet owner. They accepted my cat Tyrion as a new patient no problem. He had a procedure done here and as a first time pet mom, I was worried about a few things after the procedure. They answered my questions and always called me back answering any questions I had giving me a piece of mind! Unfortunately, my kitty had a short life due to feline leukemia and I had to put him down. They sent a hand written letter to my home sending their condolences. By far the best display of care and customer service I’ve ever seen. Would definitely recommend!

Im so grateful to have found Vetsavers! They have been taking care of my cats for 5 years now. I simply cant say enough about Dr Mace. She is so knowledgeable, professional and thorough in her care of my fur babies. We have been through alot and I have lost some of my cats to kidney disease and cancer. She has always made herself available and takes the time to explain everything. She also routinely calls to check on my cats as well as me. Her staff is also very caring and helpful . I simply cant imagine trusting anyone else with my cats care. Thank you so much Vetsavers♥️♥️

Really incredible hospital, Dr. Mace was always accommodating and willing to talk to me on the phone whenever my mom had to bring our family pet in (I live out of state.) We had to sadly say goodbye to our sweet Beanie today and all of the staff and Dr. Stillie were incredible and patient. They answered all of our questions and were so sweet throughout the process. Dr. Mace even called later to check on my mom and see how she was doing. Truly am thankful that my dog was cared for so well in her final years of life through so many different ailments. You won’t regret coming here for your pet’s care.

UPDATE - Dr. Mace personally reached out to me to apologize for the situation that happened. I really appreciated her candor and how she instructed her staff how to handle situations like this in the future. Im willing to give it another shot just because of Dr. Mace.I came to the reviews and am surprised to see so many other customers with the exact same reviews as me. TLDR - they messed up scheduling and didnt have us down for an appointment I made. Then they did not own up to their mistakes that inconvenience their customers.Since this is a recurring issue, youd think that they would do something to fix it. I requested the front desk figure out what went wrong to prevent it from happening in the future to other customers but they just shrugged off that suggestion which appears to be accurate given that this happens to plenty of others as well. The front desk was rude, did not take responsibility for their mistake, and was just completely unprofessional. Id expect that when a place of business makes a mistake, theyd at least apologize for the inconvenience and TRY to make their customers feel like they care about having their customers make a trip to their appointment only to be told they cant be seen. Vetsavers says they care deeply about their patients and pet parents but that doesnt seem to be accurate. Its a shame because we really loved the doctor but if you cant get past the front desk then I dont know what we can do.

My dog has been a part of this vet family for about two years now. The staff is always so kind and friendly and treat Capone like he is their own personal pet! I can bring him and drop him off for his appointments with full confidence and trust that he is in the best of hands! Capone has gone through heart worm treatments and has now had to undergo surgery, and throughout all of it, Vetsavers have made sure to keep me up to date and ensure I’m getting the best deals when caring for my dog.In all honesty, I have never been to any other bet office like Vetsavers that has shown my dog and I the best customer service and all around hospitality during some of the most terrifying moments in our lives. Forever grateful and thankful for our vet family at Vetsavers Pet Hospital!

Dr was too in a hurry to leave the room. Did not care to give alternatives to caring for my dog. Her way was the only way and preferred her technician to explain anything to me. I’m asking questions as the dr is holding on the door to leave the room. I didn’t go to the vet to be hurried out of my apt. She is the reason why dog parents prefer not to make appts. Her main concern was my bill not my concerns.

For the first time in 4 years, the reception at Versavers was not friendly, not welcoming to the point of being rude. The doctor, on the other end, was great as usual. It is important for the owners to know that something is lacking at this office. First contact with the customer is a priority, they need to be welcoming and courteous. My husband was shocked and is even thinking of moving to another vet. I hope they read reviews and make appropriate changes.

Normally dont leave reviews, but this place was horrible. The front desk was very condescending and unprofessional. The girl we were dealing with could care less about my dog or my business.I ended up just leaving and taking my business just down the road to North Texas Emergency Vet Clinic and they were extremely courteous and helpful. Got me in in less than 30 mins and was very appreciative of my business. The staff there was very kind and extremely helpful. Guess thats why they have a higher rating.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Karlsson. I have two kittens that I found as orphans. I’ve been to a few vets when I had scares and stress over issues while bottle feeding, and other vets didn’t show concern. Dr. Karlsson and the team here truly care about animals and do everything they can to help. They are also super transparent about pricing and are very affordable. When I needed quick care, they got me in on a Saturday with no appointment instead of telling me to go to an emergency vet. I know Pickles and Toast are in good hands here.

Ending a four year relationship with this place. I have 2 dogs and one of them has been going to this vet for 4 years. Although we needed to get my other dog vaccinated as soon as possible, we decided to make an appointment 2 weeks in advance and wait since it’s the vet that we’ve always been to. On the day of our appointment, I was notified that we never made the appointment. I know for sure we made the appointment because as soon as I made the appointment, i put it in my calendar. I would’ve let this incident slide, but this isn’t the first time they’ve done this to my dogs! I’m disappointed in how they responded to us (lack of professionalism and organization) and I will not be taking both of my dogs here anymore.

I visited for the first time today with my dog to schedule future dental work since hes a working dog and wears down his teeth quick. I really appreciated the vet tech in the room with me, I dont remember her name, and the vet Dr. Stillie. I felt very comfortable allowing them to examine, test blood, and do a physical on my dog. They were very polite, up front, educating, and understanding. I fully trust my dog in their hands for his future dental procedure. I am really sad to write this review as my dog has been going to Vetsavers for a little less than 10 years now and we are going to make Ts upcoming dental cleaning her last. We love Dr. Mayse. As some of the other reviewers have noted, the customer service has gone down hill. By both the other doctors theyve hired and the front desk staff. We went in for a pre-op blood work appointment for an upcoming teeth cleaning. The blood work is valid for 60 days, and the doctor informed me that the lab is running behind and they are not sure when to expect the results back. I asked if the 60-day window would be effective when we receive the results then versus the appointment today and the doctor responded by saying, I am not going to argue with you about a few days. Its not about arguing, but about understanding by when she needs to have the cleaning and what if something unfortunate comes back in her results. In addition, the doctor spent 3 minutes in the room. When we came 1-2 months ago for her annual physical the nurse mentioned we can come back for pre-op blood work (I wanted to do it in the same appointment) because its $50 regardless of if I get it now or later. Today I was charged $30 for the visit plus $50 for the blood work. The doctor spent less than 3 minutes in the room and gave passive agressive responses to my questions. No thank you. There are many other clinics to choose from. This used to be a great clinic but has really gone downhill in the past few years. The front desk staff is extremely rude and guidance changes depending who you talk to on processes and pricing.

Rude and inefficient. Carol was the person on the phone. First, someone hung up on the phone, and when I called back, Carol was very condescending teaching me not to scream and yell on the phone, when they can hung up on the customers, and didn’t apologize for it. I needed a prescription for my dog’s food because they stopped carrying that brand. They insisted it has to be the vet who sees my dog and she was not at the Carrollton location at that time. Come on, people. It’s not some narcotic drug that I’m seeking. It’s diet dog food that my dog is on for several years. Get it together, Vetsavers.

This place is so terrible I cant give it any stars. I went to the North Dallas location. The vet was extremely rude. I went for a pre-op visit to get my puppy spayed last week. She turned 6 months old 3 days ago. Their cost for a spay is $149.00, at 6 months, but because they couldnt schedule until this week they boosted the price by $100 because she is now 3 days over 6 months. The vet said that thats the way it was, and if I didnt like the fee increase, I could leave. OK. Whatever. I agreed to still keep my appointment. I didnt feed my pup or let her have water after 8 last night, just as I was instructed. I took my dog in this morning for her surgery. Trixie, the receptionist, was so arrogant and rude. She told me that I didnt pay my deposit at the pre-op visit. They didnt ask me for one! She said it was written in your paperwork. I was so upset about the fee increase at the time, I didnt read the fine print. When I checked out of the pre-op visit they didnt ask me for a deposit, or I would have paid it. There was another couple there this morning also, to get their dog spayed. They were being treated rudely too, by Trixie. That couple asked to speak to the vet. I told Trixie that I wouldnt feel safe leaving a tadpole in their care. I walked out and I will never set foot in that place again. Do NOT entrust these people with your precious furbaby! If they treat us like this, imagine how they treat our babies when we are not there. Terrible vet care.

Terrible. I have a sick dog. Called at 11:55am and left a message. Called back @ 3pm. Told the lady no one ever called. She stated they get 70 voice mails a day and they probably didn’t get to me yet. I told her that isn’t very good since I had a sick pup. I stated my baby was better but I would like the Vet to see him. She said I could bring him as a “wait” patient but it would be hours before he could be seen. I told her I would not sit in my car with a sick dog for hours and that I would find another vet. I am furious!

The front desk staffs need to communicate better with each other and organize better. I dropped off all of my pets samples today for fecal tests and they only charged me for one when I was expecting four. When I called to check and correct, “Jennifer” at the front desk cut me off when I was explaining the situation and said “no news is good news” like I was asking about the result. She needs a better listening skill. I did not call for the results, i know they take ~24 hours to get them. I was calling to inquire that i dropped off four different samples from four different pets but I only got an invoice for one of them. When she finally listened and understood, she said the doctor will call you and explain. It’s saddening because I like seeing Dr.Mace and she’s a good doctor but with this kind of staffs and their attitude, sorry but I’m going to have to find a new doctor.Update: On the evening of posting above, I got several calls from Dr. Mace and Dr. Lum. Even though I asked them to call me another time or I’ll call them later because I was at work and very busy, they were keep asking continuously, ignoring me, to take down this review as it affects their business. It felt like they cared more about this review instead of what really happened. They did not ask why I wrote this or what happened. All they wanted was for me to take down this review. I don’t understand why they were so offended as this really is what happened and I didn’t show any aggression or mean to offend them. It was simply my experience and I hoped they would try to improve so that it doesn’t happen anymore. They gave me two options: take down the review and they’ll proceed with fecal tests for the rest pets or they’ll email me my pets’ records and take my business elsewhere. I was going to look for another vet anyway but their response and way to handle this incident is very disappointing and not what professionals would do.

Very disappointed to be ending a five year relationship with this veterinarian service. This business has fallen far from what it was when it first opened a few, short years ago. The staff is now rude, catty and imperious. Just plain mean. Very unfortunate that such a wonderful, caring veterinarian (the owner) can be so good in one area but so tone deaf in hiring similar minded people to run her business. I have left one bad review in my life and that was for a price gouging gas station. This is my second. There are many businesses with honorable employees and competent office management that are much more deserving of my support than this one. Going to the vet shouldnt be either a dramatic or a miserable experience. Do yourself and your pet a favor. Count the number of 1 star reviews just over the past year and see if you really want to trust your pet to this staff.

If you have dogs, then Dr. Sue Mace is great doctor. However if you have cats, I’d suggest looking else where. I had a cat whom had bi-annual check up here and Dr. Lum examined. Dr.Lum said he’s healthy and his record from different doctor (from this clinic who no longer was there) made a note of slight heart murmur from previous visit which she thought it was due to stress being at a new environment. And when she was done, she gave me a judgmental comment about his carry-on crate being too small which I explained that’s the only one he likes because cats usually prefers smaller crates unlike dogs. Her response was “it’s very small for him” I have 5 different crates in various sizes because I had three cats at that time and that was the only one he would voluntarily go into. Two weeks later, he passed away. I went to a emergency clinic where I decided to euthanize him to make him suffer no more. He had a clot from heart malfunctioning which got stuck in his spine. I understand heart issues in cats are hard to diagnose but I can’t help to think that if Dr.Lum was a better and caring doctor and paid more attention to his heart instead of his crate, maybe the result would have been different and he may had more time with us. I never see Dr.Lum anymore but do see Dr.Mace only for my dogs.

Vetsavers has been our familys primary veterinary care provider for about 5 years, having cared for three dogs for us. During that time we have received nothing less than outstanding service. Dr. Mace managed the care of two of our dogs during their declines due to aging. Dr. Mace has managed the care of one of our dogs that had an acute respiratory issue, and is currently managing the care of another that has arthritis and back issues. Dr. Mace has proven to be an excellent diagnostician and enabled our dogs to live comfortably during their later years, during which Dr. Mace also provided outstanding counsel regarding balancing cost of care versus quality of life. We are very comfortable with Dr. Karllson as well, she having acted as a vet tech at Vetsavers while completing her veterinary education, and covering for Dr. Mace on occasion. I have the highest regard for this practice and am pleased to recommend their services.

Not only is that inconvenient for me to take off 2 days instead of one but they try to be slick to get more money by scheduling two different visits. They won’t do it in one day. There is also nothing scarier than looking for a new vet during a pandemic when you cant meet them and tour the clinic. I tried one clinic and was not satisfied with the level of care. I was given a recommendation to try Vetsavers. I have been going now for 4 months and have had 4 sick animals treated. I have decided this is our permanent home for vet care. My old cat loves to hang around at the second-floor staircase. Yesterday before, she just fell onto the ground by accident. I was freaked out, and she was limping. I tried to go to the urgent care animal hospital, but they asked me overpriced cost and tried to surgery on her. My cat ate food, breathing, and walk, so I decided to wait till the next day. I cannot make an appointment, but I was waiting almost 30 min to walk in treatment. It was okay for me. I met Dr. Mace, and she took an x-ray of my cat without sedation because she explained to me the sedation might not be good for possible injuries in the lungs. Anyway, she figured out my cat has injuries to her ribs. Currently, my cat has less pain and better condition due to the medication without over-treatment. I am a customer for almost 5 years in this hospital. Never disappointed and always affordable price.

Dental cleaning job for my senior dog went phenomenal and recent problem visit was handled in a timely manner. Most staff are nice and they provide good quality care* BUT * their prices aren’t that affordable. Pretty similar from other vets so their marketing of “saving money” is a bit disappointing but we get what we pay so If I’m not going through a bit of financial hardships, I’d give 4+ stars. For the recent problem visit, I told the doc. that I’m going through some financial hardships so let’s get the most necessary tests only. She helped me exploring all the options together which was good. But I got charged $59 for fecal test (when their website said the test costs $30) and $140 for basic blood test (when their website said the test costs around $90). I referenced the website prices and asked for possible discounts and I got told no because I’m here for a problem visit not wellness exam :( I ended up spending ~$550 this trip.Oh, and try to get prescriptions and buy online for your pet meds unless you need the meds right away. It’s my first time getting something prescribed for my senior dog and I found out you can save about 30-50% online.

I took my dog for a spay consult yesterday and was very disappointed with how I was treated by Dr Carlson. My husband had taken that same dog for her first round of puppy vaccines back in May. This was at the height of quarantine and just after they began their curbside service. The front desk was very disorganized and my husband ended up waiting for over an hour in the car with the puppy. He was very upset and wanted to know what happened and why they forgot about him. Honestly, he mostly wanted an apology and a promise to make the situation right. He called a few times asking to speak to a doctor or manager and no one ever called him back. Fast forward to yesterday, I decided to give them another chance. We have taken our other dogs there and always had great experiences (before curbside began). Again, I had to wait 45 minutes before speaking to Dr. Carlson. I was nothing but polite (having more patience than my hubs). When the doctor called me, she said she would like to speak with me before seeing Bella. She said she was surprised we were back because my husband had been confrontational with them back in May and then harassed them by calling over and over. She said before moving forward, she would like to make sure we won’t have the same problems. 😳 I was shocked she said this to me. I assured her that I would be the one handling this procedure. So she agreed to see Bella. About a minute later Dr. Carlson called back and asked me to sign a document stating that I would be the only one communicating with them through this procedure - as if my husband were a felon or something! I said that I would just like to take Bella home. I did not feel welcome. I wanted to give them a chance to show that they had good customer service and yet again vetsavers wasted another hour of our lives. Very very disappointing.

Generally, I am not the one typically to leave reviews, good or bad, but this time I really feel the need to because I am so grateful for what Dr. Mace at Vetsavers Pet Hospital have done for me and my for my 8 year old dog. He is dear to me because he is my first pet of my own that I had raised since he was newly born. In fact, he is so dear to my heart and he is more like my “fluffy baby.” Anyone who owns and loves their pet knows how they become part of your family. I wanted to get the best possible care for my baby, but unfortunately, I went to the wrong place initially to get his lumps removed. All sites got postoperative infection because surgery was not done right. He gave me some generic form of antibiotics and said that if it doesn’t get better, he will need to redo the surgery all over again. The surgical sites did not seem to improve even after a few days of antibiotics. I knew that post-op infections can be life-threatening, and out of urgency and desperation I reached out to Vetsavers Pet Hospital immediately because they were open that day, which happened to be on a Sunday. I felt like I needed a different vet to look at the situation, and I am so thankful that I got in touch with Dr. Mace that day. I could tell she genuinely cared for the well being of my dog. Knowing that it’s an urgent matter, she quickly made room for him to treat him immediately despite her busy schedule. Quite honestly, I was very impressed with her thoroughness, knowledge, and proficiency. And on top of that she has the heart to be an awesome vet because she really cares for the animals. I was able to trust Dr. Mace right away. Let me just put it in simple terms: Dr. Mace knows what she is doing, she is excellent at it, and she cares a whole lot about you and your pet. The whole staff at Vetsavers were supportive and understanding. I was finally able to rest and be at peace knowing that my dog will be okay because he is under good care. After a week of thorough and good treatment, all surgical sites that were once infected have healed properly, and he is doing awesome now. Dr. Mace took that extra step to see that he is completely well by checking in periodically. If you love your pet, and want the best care given, you can go see Dr. Mace at Vetsavers and know that you are getting one! I highly recommend her because she is a trustworthy vet!

Dr Mace caught a fatal disease in one of our Pugs and took great care of her. Prices are very reasonable. We will never go anywhere else!

I cant say enough positive things about Vetsavers and their staff. They are always quick to respond when needed, the price is great and MOST importantly, they take care of our fur babies! They were compassionate and even sent a card and we relieved a follow up phone call after we had to put our 17 yr old cat down to make sure we were ok.The staff genuinely cares about their patients!I have several friends that I have referred to Vetsavers and they are pleased with their service as well!Thank you Vetsavers Team!

This vet clinic absolutely failed our family. I sent the following email to the clinic on August 24, 2020, and after waiting for a response for over two weeks, Ive decided to post it online. I hope to save someone else this heartache.I called early Saturday morning after our dog had tried to attack our baby. I was concerned that his aggression was escalating and that his mind was slipping. I was extremely upset, and I expressed that I thought it was time to put him to sleep, but that I wanted some guidance. I was told that there was a vet on call for the weekend, and that I would either receive an email/call this weekend or first thing Monday morning.I called the clinic at 10:30am, and I was again assured I would receive a call when the vet got out of his appointment. I waited until 5:30pm. I called back, and again, I was told he would call me back when he was free. I asked when that would be, because I had been told that several times. They would not answer me, and I told her to disregard the message and I would call another clinic. It is INHUMANE to tell someone they could count on your return communication about the death of the dog theyve had for a decade and then never follow up. My wife got bitten this morning. My old, confused dog has been locked in an office crying for three days. This should have been handled hours ago.Your office has drawn out and added so much anxiety to an already traumatic series of events. I am horrified at your irresponsibility. This has been absolutely awful, and I truly hope you can get your communication figured out before someone else has to experience the consequences of your apathy.

I just recently moved to DFW and after hearing about Vetsavers from a family friend, I’m SO thrilled we have found a Vet Hospital that makes our visit affordable and puts our minds at ease that Leon is getting the best care. You can tell the staff cares about making us feel comfortable and safe with curbside appointments during these Covid times. Our dogs are family and I know we have found the right Vet for long term care!

After a vet at another clinic told us they wouldn’t/couldn’t help us, we found Vetsavers. Thank goodness! Dr. Mace and her excellent staff were able to save my dog from an acute infection, as well as recognize, diagnose and begin to treat him for Addison’s disease. After using my previous vet for more than 50 years, I was very confident in moving all 3 of my pets’ care to this clinic, and I haven’t been disappointed yet! I wish I could award more stars than just five. Definitely 10/10.

** UPDATED***I LOVED this place back in 2015, now I bring my two boys here and I’ve been more disappointed than anything. Staff communication between themselves is poor, and I’m not sure why anyone bothers to make an appointment if there’s a wait time afterwards anyway. I get that we’re in the middle of a pandemic but you guys need to be more organized.7-22-2020The more I come here, the more disappointing it is. Today was suppose to be a booster shot and was suppose to be examined or whatever for a price for his surgery. I called when I got there, the dude picked up the phone and asked what he was getting done today. I TOLD him both things that were suppose to be on the appointment for today, which was already set up over 2 weeks ago!!! So you tell me, alright sure I’ll let the front desk know. Time for payment, only charged for the booster shot...I’m not wasting my money or time here anymore.Thank you for sending all of their records, I appreciate it.

I wish I could write a positive review but I cannot. I think at this point I have been charged about $250 more than was needed at this point. The first time we visited this place we came in for tapeworms, which was a simple process and they handled greatly. However, their website says they are affordable which could be true but they do find ways to make up for it. Imagine my surprise when a simple tapeworm visit suddenly turned into a double ear infection for my dog. Which she showed no signs of. So about $150 later of cleaning, labs and re-check her ears are still concerning but the ear infection is gone. Fast forward a month and we bring out dog in again for red eyes and some swelling on her nose. We were pretty convinced the eye issue was allergies, but it was actually pink eye. The swelling on her nose, which we brought up multiple times, was ignored completely. Which is fine, except the vet said that it was from a scratch in her eye that she claimed was very easy to see (we saw nothing) which resulted in another $100 of unnecessary work to be done. Also never get your dogs nails clipped here unless you want jagged and sharp daggers for their nails. Needless to say we wont be returning.

I have trusted the vetsavers staff with my dogs since my first visit in 2015. They have been nothing short of exceptional. My baby Daisy was in the best hands with Dr Mace who truly went out of her way for my sweet girl. I am so incredibly grateful for the love and care my Daisy received, even in her last moments. Dr Mace was compassionate and patient with me as well, who really struggled to come to terms with my girls poor prognosis. My Daisy loved Dr Mace, and I know with full certainty Dr Mace loved her too.

I was in town staying with my daughter and her family over the holidays. My Boo began having some issues so we went to the North Dallas location. They found she had a bad UTI so they fixed us up. I was very pleased with the friendliness, professionalism and knowledge they had. A few days later she acted like she felt better but she was still really struggling going potty. Went back and was able to see the same vet and found she had a bladder full of stones. Dr. Mace got in touch with Dr Lum and she came in early and did surgery on Sunday morning. Folks. I cannot say enough about the way I was treated through all of this. That in itself is wonderful but wait there’s more!! In a case like this where it’s the first time visit and a surgery was involved I was afraid of getting stuck with some outrageous bills. I felt they were very conservative with their costs and performed the tests. while we were figuring out what was wrong in the most cost effective way. I cannot say enough good things about the way Boo and I both were treated. I am “that” pet mom who is convinced that Boo is really just a human with a fur coat. It was a stressful week for me because my baby was in distress. Everyone I dealt with at Vetsavers was marvelous and that sure made it all a lot better for me. This will be Boo’s vet now.

So I adopted a cat back in March name Purry. She was a stray cat wondering around at my work which I got emotionally attached to and had to bring her home. Next thing I learned was that she was pregnant. Well. Vetsavers were with me, my wife, and my cats journey over 9 months of check ups, vaccine, checking up the kittens inside Purry, finally giving birth, and finally getting her spayed. It wasnt easy but hey we did it.Vetsavers really keep up to their name and is very helpful and it seems like they are renovating their place and thats a great idea. I just started taking my fur baby, Ares, to Dr. Lum and couldn’t recommend this place enough! Ares was abused in the past and can be a little iffy, but loves all of the staff here. Normally she’s extremely scared, and will be depressed when she gets home from other vets, but seems to be well adjusted here. Dr. Lum did an excellent job with Ares’ dental work, and is super sweet! Price is decent but they sometime scheme you by inefficient vaccine administrations, consequently making you pay more. For example, I brought my 14 wk pup for the annual comp visit package. They said only 1 of the 2 DAPP vaccine can be administered at that time and wants me to come back in 4 weeks for the 2nd part along with the rabies vaccine. Why not just have me come back in 4 weeks so I can save 80 dollars instead of 2 separate visits (since every vaccine admin HAS to be done with a physical exam and HAS to be administered by a vet, per Dr Karlsson.. which according to some of my vet friends, is untrue. Can be administered by vet techs as well and a physical exam is not always necessary at the time of the vaccine admin esp when 2 physical exams were already performed within the past 2-3 months). So instead of helping me out and suggesting that I bring it back in 4 weeks for efficient vaccine admin and pricing, they coerced me to do it separately. I know a vet clinic is a business but scheming customers like that is not cool at all.12/28/20 - Why does it take forever to get online Rx filled? My Rx is about to be cancelled because it is not being filled. I emailed them and no response.

Dr.Mace, Dr. Stillie and Dr. Anderson were always open and understanding to any issues and took the time to hear your concerns whether they be health, scheduling or financially related. The office and tech team is also great, so big thanks to them for maintaining a clean and organized clinic. After 16 years, Lola crossed big rainbow bridge and while it wasnt easy, no Dr. Mace always was committed to do doing the best thing for Lola. Definitely recommend if you seek a caring team that offers real value and care. Thanks Vetsavers.

We had never had an issue with this vet before. I fact I always recommended them to my friends. After what just happened I will be taking that recommendation back. I told this to the girl on the fone and she told me they would not see him today and that the first available appointment they had was NEXT FRIKKEN WEEK! What?? I tell you my kitten isnt eating and you say its fine qell wait a week?? No thanks I like my pets to live so we will be going elsewhere from now on. Have an appointment at a new vet for an hour from now. Crazy how weve never even been there and they arent making us wait a week. 0/10!

Theyve definitely lost their person touch from when they first opened. I think they try to do more tests and medications than what is actually needed ($$$). And just found out that their process for re-filling a medication is quite inconvenient - Even if you pet is in dire need of medication - from the time you call in to pay for it (yes, correct, they wont fill it until you call in to pay for it)- you have to wait 24 hours to pick it up!?? Im definitely switching vets!!!

Dr. Mace and Vetsavers did neither and Ace is doing great today. Dr. Mace also was there to handle the situation when Ace swallowed a bunny whole! I will start off by saying it has taken me a few years to grieve over my pet who passed while briefly in their care. I took my precious pet in a few years ago based on the reviews but I regret ever taking her in..I’ve heard great things about Dr. Mace but I do not understand why people love her. My Precious baby came in one day unexpectedly for tremors and vomiting. Of course, as a pet owner you would want to do whatever is best is for your pet, but I realize now she took advantage of my emotional state and knew I would be willing to spend any amount on my baby. $3000 LATER, over the course of a few months, she died 1 month later..I took her to another vet hospital who told me she has such a bad life that I should’ve let her go a long time ago. She left me voicemail telling me how “heartbroken” she was. I was so blinded by my emotions and she took advantage of that. She was heartbroken because she couldn’t make more money from me.It has taken me a very long time to grieve as she was my only pet and I hope no one experiences the GRIEF I’ve had to live with..

Finally after calling to see what the problem was, they claimed they were unaware of the paperwork being completed. Used to be a good vet, been regressing for a while now, and now disorganized and not worth the hassle.Update: tried again. Dr. Carlson was very defensive about the poor customer service from my prior visit, still no apology or explanation on why they cannot manage paperwork or keep appointments (once again an extended wait today), and attempted to get my wife to sign a document saying she would be the sole communicator for my animal. What? Clearly they would prefer not to answer for their service failures.
