Complete crooks, told me I had hail damage when I was never in a storm. Cost me$500 for damage that I didnt have. Worst experience of my life, avoid them like the plague.

Love the service here. The staff is accommodating and friendly and know how to take care of their customers. Ive rented from them 3 times and they havent disappointed me. This Enterprise will definitely will be my go to Enterprise.

OUTSTANDING service! Cooper made sure everything was handled professionally and quickly! He never left me alone throughout the process and guided me step by step. With my young age, listed as the driver, Cooper still went above and beyond as if I was a driver over the recommended age. We shared conversation to make a long process seem so short and interesting. If you’re looking to rent, this is the place to be and Cooper is the man to see! He even offered information on purchasing one of their vehicles after I returned from my trip! So I just dropped the truck you guys put me in and I wanted to thank the man that rented it to me when I got this truck it was 6pm this rep stayed late made sure I got in a car even when it was more then insurance was giving us at the time but he was honestly so angry that hurtz put me in a non cleaned just returned and it just so happens there was a COVID patient that returned it he said you should not get back in there and tell them they need to pick up there own positive for COVID car them selfs I bet you no employee will come get it for 14 days LOL but definitely let me get you into ANYTHING ELSE for the moment to help you out that to me is showing HUMANITY at its best and personally I think legal should thank this man cuz I withdrew my lawsuit on enterprise from 3 years ago just cuz of this experience so this REP saved enterprise MILLIONS THANK YOU

Excellent experience. Unfortunately had an accident and needed an auto rental. My experience with this location was excellent. Emily originally assisted me and was more than helpful. Even though they did not have the type of vehicle I preferred in stock, they were able to get me into something fast which was great because I had places I had to be. I was able to switch out the car after the weekend for something more appropriate. Staff was very friendly and helpful and I recommend this location.

What you would expect for Enterprise. It is a small place but very easy to find. Staff was very friendly and I was in & out in literally minutes.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATIONMy boyfriend and I came to this location to rent a car after our truck was totaled in an accident. The insurance company paid the rental for a few weeks and then it was our responsibility. At the initial pickup time the incidental card was mine,and my boyfriend had it changed to his. After a couple weeks they went on a witch hunt for us to return the car, including coming to our home to leave passive aggressive notes and making calls constantly. They didnt charge us beforehand for the week we had it in our name thought they had a card on file for instant pay, yet they were claiming it was our fault for not paying it. After returning the car they charged my card, leaving me almost broke. My boyfriend called them to have them refund me and charge him instead, but they claimed his card was never on file. He gave them his info again, and then they ended up charging him TWICE! I still havent gotten my refund for their screw up,and now the two of us are almost broke despite just being paid 2 days ago.Do not rent from this location. They are sleazy and will cut corners any way they know how to make the car rental process incredibly stressful. Youd be better off using a ride share app, honestly.

I have never been to a rental car outfit with better service. If it was feasible I would only ever use this office to rent my vehicles. The team was friendly, quick and worked great as a team. I rented a car for the night while in town for work. The location was a bit hard to find, connected to an auto repair store. When I arrived there was no employees present with serval other people waiting. The one employee did apologize and got to us in the order of wait. He did call another employee to come in to help. When I was taken care of, the employees treated me extremely well and got me a great truck for the night. They were even able to pick up the car from the Addison Airport, from where I was flying out of.

This location gave my husband and I exceptional service! The vehicle we received was way nicer than we expected and love that through our insurance company (USAA) we received a better price. Best of all, the prices at this Enterprise annihilates other competitors!! Thanks for the fantastic service!

My rental was insurance related but good experience...helpful, fast and when I brought the car back with more gas than I started with, they gave me a voucher for gas on next rental.

This location is always boasting friendly staff Morgan, Jake and Molly are among the best staff of all enterprise locations I have been too I am in the military and I used to travel all the time on Orders and I can say with confidence this is the best location I have ever been too. This location far exceeds my expectations! It is also a nice feature that they will pick you up and take you back to where you need to be when you are done with your renatal.

Enterprise is my first choice for car rentals. They pick me up and drop me off back at home or wherever needed. Morgan was very helpful and the drivers were also gracious and courteous. Overall customer service was excellent, and I will be renting from here again.

I had an agent that was new.I gave her my insurance card and was never asked about my coverage! As Im getting into the car (after Ive paid) she tells me I have to get additional coverage because I only have liability. If I had been told that I needed to buy additional coverage from the get go I would have politely declined the rental and gone about my day. Now I have no car and no money for the weekend!Ive rented from Enterprise pretty much exclusively and Ive always been given all the insurance info before I paid!Train your people before you let them handle customers unsupervised!

The people here are nice and try to create a good experience. This is obviously a difficult task when your business revolves around customers experiencing car problems.I have experienced delays at this location but have been told this is rare; the staff did what they could to improve the situation. I can honestly say I am impressed with how they handled my problems.

Wow. Very disappointed. Just picked up at rental from this place and the car was ABSOLUTELY filthy. Like the dirt was caked on all inside! I had so detail it myself which put us way behind on our road trip. This place doesnt pay any attention to the products they rent out. So sad because they charged me alot and this is what I got. Never renting from here from now on.
