I requested rug services on 7/20/21. They told me it would be 2 weeks for it to be cleaned. My rug was dropped off 7/29 and it looked the exact same as it did before. There were even particles of dirt/trash that I pulled out of the rug. I had them pick it up for a redo 7/30. Just received the rug back today, and still have the same issue. I see nor feel any difference and was able to pull more stuff out. I do not recommend this company at all.

I got my couches cleaned by Kiwi services. The first time booking, nobody showed up in the scheduled window time. I was rather upset, but decided to give them another chance because “their system wasn’t working properly”. 2 weeks later I was able to book another appointment. Once the couches were cleaned and the worker left, I was sad to find remaining spots on my couches with water all over the floor and under certain pieces of my other furniture. It took me 15 minutes, on my hands and knees, to soak it all up. I also took the time, after paying nearly $200, to remove the spots that still remained. To top it all off, the worker forgot to bring towels so I was left with a load of laundry to clean. Before he left, he told me to put his number in my phone and persisted that I go out with him. I’m new to the area so I expected much more professionalism. I still have a vacuum head that was left, but felt so uncomfortable by the situation that I never reached out. 3 stars because the majority of the couches were cleaned and smelled nice.

They told us it would take 6 weeks to clean our rugs. It has now been 3 MONTHS. I understand lots of businesses are short staffed right now, so I gave them more than 2 months before I called to inquire. I called 3 weeks ago. They said they would escalate my request for the status. I did not get a call back. I called again today and was told again they would escalate. I understand delays and being short staffed, but 3 MONTHS with no update from them is ridiculous. Communication is key to customer service. I just want our rugs back.

They called and cancelled twice and just didn’t show up once. Do not use this service. I’ve never done business with a more unprofessional company.

We have used Kiwi Services 3 times since moving to Texas . They have always done an amazing job. We will continue using their services in the future. We even used them to help us deal with a second floor flooding that we had.

Im only giving 1 star for the customer services reps who I spoke to that were kind. My husband and I just bought our house and we were really looking forward to our carpets being cleaned and stretched this morning. The technician was supposed to arrive between 8a-10 am. I called at 10:09 and was given a 15 minute ETA for technician to arrive.I called at 10:56 and it was escalated to dispatch... still no technician. Dispatch did call and advised of a 30-45 minute, tops ETA, as the technician was coming from Alrington.I called at 12:24 and it was escalated to dispatch again. I never received a call from dispatch and still no technician.I called again at 1:24 and requested to speak with a manager. It was escalated to the dispatch supervisor and a manager. I never received a call from dispatch or a manager after that call.I called again at 2:14 and asked to speak with a manager and was advised that wasnt an option and that I could email. I was advised that it was escalated to a manager again and I was also notified that my account indicated the appointment needed to be reset. The gentleman stated that meant the appointment needed to be rescheduled. I was not 1 time advised of this the entire day. I waited from 8 am until 2:15 pm when I couldnt wait any longer and no one notified me of the appointment needing to be reset. I was also told the customer service rep was emailing the manager.At 4:14 I emailed the manager asking how the situation would be rectified and no response.It is now 9:02 pm and I have yet to speak with a manager in an attempt to resolve this incident. Were very disappointed as this had been a company recommended to us.

Had an appointment between 4 and 6 window time but at last minute they called me and told me they had to reschedule it.

Over the years, we have used KIWI services. This is the second time, Kiwi Services tech did not show up in the scheduled time window or called to inform that they are not coming. We had confirmed the appointment a day in advance. We moved furniture in anticipation of carpet cleaning and stayed home waiting, and when we called their customer service person, even worst! Instead of resolving the issue, he began to argue and started acting wise. DO NOT HIRE KIWI - as they do not keep their appointments. I HOPE they call back and explain why their technicians did not show up.One star is of shame for conducting business poorly and for not respecting customers time.

Caret clenaing was not good. The stuff the use to clean the carpet smells bad. I will never use this company again looks like they hire some guy off the street with small machine and charge me 235 not worthy it.

I booked an appointment last week for today, April 7th and given a window of 10AM-12N to have my entire house cleaned.This morning at 10:30AM Kiwi called to advise the tech (Daryl) was still on a job and will be a little and I am his very next stop. Great no problem I understand.At 1PM still no tech NOR ANY CALLS OR FOLLOW-UP from Kiwi. So I called Kiwi to find out why no representative has arrived, I was informed the the tech went out to provide an estimate and ended up doing the job so he is running late.Kiwi was unable to provide a guestimate as to when I will see a representative at my home to provide the services I scheduled for. I was told to expect a call from the dispatch supervisor as my concern was going to be escalated and...............STILL WAITING.I DO NOT RECCOMMEND USING KIWI AND STRONGLY ENCOURAGE AVOID THIS BUSINESS UNLESS YOU PLAN TO SIT AROUND ALL DAY WAITING TO SEE IF ANYONE WILL SHOW UP. Took over five weeks to get four rugs back from cleaning. Reached out to them multiple times regarding the status of my rugs and was never given a clean answer or a return call with any information. Finally after we requested that we get our rugs back whether they were cleaned or not we were told they were in the drying process. Why did my rugs need to sit untouched for weeks at their facility?? Why were our calls never returned? Almost felt like they were holding our rugs hostage. Worst customer experience.

When asked, what do I like about this business, Id say everything! Ive used Kiwi since they opened and the service I have received has been consistently exceptional. The company truly cares and stands behind their work. From my experience, their ultimate goal is to keep customers happy and coming back. Theyve achieved that with me and I cant recommend them more highly.

I’m so disappointed. Out of 200 dollars and the man was not able to remove the stains from my couch. In fact, it looks worse than before!!! The machine didn’t look like it was extracting the stain at all. The guy was very nice and friendly but my couch looks worse than before.

I went with Kiwi due to all the good reviews but I dont feel I have had the same service with my rug cleaning. They picked up an area rug to clean and it took them 3 weeks to get it back to me. When I got it back it you could clearly tell about a 3rd of it had not been done. They then came and picked the rug up again to clean and its been another 3 weeks and I am still waiting for it to be complete. If youre looking to get an area rug cleaned in a timely matter I would not use these guys again. Ridiculous!

Terrible customer service- I had an appointment scheduled for a 2 hour window. No one showed up. I finally called and they told me nobody was coming. I rescheduled for today and no one showed up. After calling and waiting an hour and a half after the scheduled time, I finally cancelled the appointment. None of their customer service representatives were even the slightest bit helpful.

On November 14th, I contracted with Kiwi Carpet cleaning to have a rug cleaned. The receipt I signed stated the process would take between 10-15 business days. Allowing for the Thanksgiving holiday, I even didnt count the week of November 23rd.The week of December 1st, I contacted Kiwi carpet cleaning by phone, I was told that they would put in a status request and someone would call me back. No call was ever received. I then contacted the Rep who sold me the service, Shirley Mata via email, and was again advised that someone would call me back with the status. After not receiving any response, I called the Carrollton location today, and by chance spoke to Shirley Mata, who advised me that she cannot provide a status check and cannot make her Manager call me back. She also stated that due to COVID they cannot have as many people working in their location and that the rug cleaning could take as much as 30 days. I then asked if that meant I would be receiving my rug on December 14th? She stated she could not commit to that date either.I explained that COVID is an understandable reason, but I was frustrated by the fact that she was just NOW telling me this (not before the service was paid for and rug collected) and that she could neither tell me when I would receive my rug or commit to her Manager calling me back with a status update. She assured me my rug was safe. Which, while good to know, is not really the issue.The issue is I paid for a service and that they now are telling me that I will get it when I get it (in essence).I find this to be not only a horrible business practice but also an unacceptable answer from a company in the service industry. While my purpose is not to get a refund for this service, I would gladly take it and my rug back as I have no confidence that I will see the service completed this year and they are under the impression that is acceptable. The fact that they are working with a minimum crew was a limitation that was known to them back on November 14th when they contracted to perform the work and provided a receipt stating that the process would take between 10-15 business days. Their inability to perform the service in a timely manner should have been communicated at the time the service was being considered or at the very least before payment was secured.***********UPDATE********Despite their response, IT HAS BEEN A MONTH NOW AND I STILL HAVE NIT HEARD ANYTHIBG FROM THEM.ABSOLUTELY NOTHINGPlease stay away from this company.They paint a very good picture and make it sound like they are truly apologetic for any service failure, but they are lying. On a few occasions the service was rescheduled because a technician left the company. Most of the cleaners do a good job overall.

(This was their tile clean and grout restoration) They caused MAJOR water damage in our home. They did not send any water restoration experts. They lied. They refused responsibility. They refused to provide us with insurance information. They did not file a insurance claim. No refunds whatsoever. They stopped responding. Where is the super chipper customer service now? We paid over a thousand to Kiwi to clean our entire home flooring and it has cost us THOUSANDS more in restoration and repairs! We have proof, pictures, videos, voicemails, AND emails. My first experience with Kiwi Services was so easy and appreciated. Not only was it affordable, but they picked up my rugs soon after I contacted them, and the turn around and the drop off was quick. I didn’t have to worry about lugging big rugs anywhere to be cleaned. They did it for me. I also appreciated their friendly customer service. In fact, my experience went so well I’m using them again.

I love Kiwi! We’ve had them clean our carpets several times and they always look new afterward. With dogs and kids, they routinely get stained, but they always come through for us promptly and courteously. We also had them do our tile and grout, and it looks great. Low prices too! Had our rug picked up to be cleaned and upon pick up was told two weeks. After over a month of waiting several phone calls from my wife with empty promises of callbacks and expectation of completion all the while being told now that restaurants are opening they are busier than ever even though we gave them our business prior to commercial projects being reopened we were put on the back burner. I made one stern phone call and received a delivery date which is unfortunate my wife wasn’t treated the same. Once it was returned there was zero change in cleanliness or scent. Incredibly disappointed as it would have been easier to buy a new rug from a big box rather than pay a local area cleaner. Lesson learned. Beware of this company.

We used Kiwi for years at our house in Arlington which had white carpet and a large family. We were always very pleased with their customer service, punctuality, and quality clean performance.Two years ago we downsized to a new home in Fort Worth with hardwood flooring and haven’t had need of carpet cleaning services.We recently desired to have our upholstery cleaned and contacted a local service to schedule that appointment. There was no personal contact, no quote, no confirmation, and ultimately they cancelled the appointment.I called Kiwi to schedule the upholstery cleaning and received prompt, courteous scheduling, quote and follow up. I look forward to Kiwi Services continuing to be our reliable source for ongoing needs.

Kiwi Services was hired to pick up my rugs, clean them, and deliver them back to me. They picked up my three rugs on July 7th, 2020, have delivered two but are unable to deliver the third one back to me. They have my property locked up in their Phoenix facility but have abandoned it during this time they were supposed to return my rug and now have no way of getting it back to me. I have been in contact with a customer service agent and have asked for reimbursement for the cost of the rug and have provided my receipt for it. They have ignored my request for reimbursement and have since ignored my phone calls and emails.

We have used Kiwi Services multiple times for carpet cleaning, as well as duct cleaning after a major home renovation. We were more than happy with all services received and will be using them again for future services. Jenny R.

We have used Kiwi Services since about 2002 in two different homes. In fact, when we bought our second home, we negotiated that the seller include an initial Kiwi cleaning in the sale. They do a great job. Technicians have always been on time, helpful, friendly and thorough. We have always had dogs and they can handle almost any stain! The call center customer service is top notch. Our house looks and smells great when they are done.

Still waiting in my rugs after 4 months!!! Can never get in contact with anyone to give me an update. Everytime I call the person I need to speak with is in a meeting. How convenient right???

I paid a fortune for my first cleaning. Had them back out today for warranty cleaning. Just a cleaning. They tried to charge me a $135 a room. Instead of the $4 a room quoted. I have never had a bad experience until now. They were also 30 minutes late with no call or apology for being late. Buyer beware.

I requested my couch be cleaned and it looks like nothing was done at all. The couch still looks dirty. So disappointed and I paid almost $400. My couch is only a year old so it was just dirt from normal wear so I would think that should have been easy to remove but guess not. Not happy with the service. The tech was really nice but the quality just wasnt up to par.

Last year, we moved into a new house- well new for us. But the previous owners did not take care of it at all and the carpets were pretty much destroyed. Robert R. was the technician Kiwi sent. I was honestly skeptical that he would be able to get some of the stains out...but WOW. I mean really- he killed it!!! We tell all of our friends how awesome of a job he did. He also make sure that we clearly understood the pricing and did extra stuff (like clean our air conditioning vent) on the way out just because. Really great guy! I am such a stickler for customer service, even beyond just getting the job done, and Robert is the best Ive seen in a long time. Great job Kiwi! Because of their outstanding job, we called them back and asked them to do our hardwood floors too. I highly recommend this company if you need a small clean up or an overhaul. Before you replace your carpets- at least give them an opportunity.

If I could give 0 stars I would and I absolutely recommend going elsewhere. I ordered a dry carpet cleaning service two days ago. According to the customer service representative, it would only take approximately 45 minutes to an hour for the carpet to dry if the technician needed to spot treat the carpets. My carpets are regularly cleaned and free of major stains (just normal wear and tear). The technician showed up to our appointment window over two hours late. My husband was present for the entire appointment. Not once during the appointment did the technician inform him that any of our pre-determined services needed to be changed, however, ALL of the carpets were soaking wet and parts were still wet when I woke up this morning (over 48 hours after service). Not only were the carpets soaked, but the technician failed to vacuum before cleaning and left black debris and staining around the baseboards. We have spent two days on the phone with Kiwis customer service and manager. We have provided them with photos and all they would agree to do was send the tech out for another cleaning. When we declined and requested a refund, they told us they would not refund our money until they could send an inspector out to look at the floors. The inspector who arrived late again turned out to be the same technician that came to perform the initial service said nothing was wrong with the carpet it was just cat hair, then tried to charge us for a re-do even though they agreed to do one for free because of our issues. My husband declined to pay, advised he was calling customer service and technician left. Not only did they not provide the service we paid $206 for initially, but they have done nothing to rectify the situation and have completely brushed off all of our concerns.Edit: Kiwi Services has agreed to issue a full refund. Will update in two to three weeks when our refund check is received.Per your response, you havent issued any refunds yet. Your customer service advised it would take up to three weeks. Your company being intentionally misleading is part of what got this review posted in the first place. I am happy to update this when the refund is actually received.

I will not recommend this to anyone who wants things get done on time. They are unreliable. Scheduled appointment for carpet shampoo clean for Saturday 2-4pm window but no one showed up. I wanted to get this done before moving in to a new place. I gave them a call at 2:30 to check if they are going to make it and the response was “team is on the way”. At 3:30pm I got a call saying they cannot make it today. I was ok with them even coming in later in the evening but they wanted me to reschedule. I will not trust and rely on this company. Very bad customer service for a new customer. Your entire plan will get messed up if you request a service with them.

Technician was extremely professional. He was courteous, & efficient. We had our tile cleaned, and boy was I impressed! He went over EACH grout line, sprayed, cleaned, scrubbed.... very conscientious. Would definitely ask for him again.

I recently booked Kiwi to come clean my carpets for the second time. I highly recommend buying the warranty because you get unlimited carpet cleaning for a year for really cheap. Its a great deal if you have kids or pets. My first experience with Kiwi was fantastic. The guy showed up at the beginning of my appointment window, which I really appreciated. He was friendly and efficient. He gave me an estimate of how much it would cost before he got to work so I knew what to expect. Then he cleaned my carpet, which didnt take very long. It looked brand new! It then dried really fast due to Kiwis special formula/process. The pet stains and smells did not return afterward, and my carpet stayed clean for a long time until we got a second puppy. This time Im also having them clean my air ducts. Im excited about this because they told me on the phone when I booked my appointment that they have a unique process that gets the ducts cleaner than other companies. Ill continue to recommend them to friends and family!

Worst thing happen to our house. My wife call and schedule to have our carpet cleaned for entire house. Appointment is at 2:00 PM on 5/5, the guy call that he will be at the house at 1:00. So my wife showed up before 1:00 at our new home, 1:15 he is not there so my wife call him and he said he will be at the house in 45 minutes. He showed up at 3:20! That is almost 2.5 hours late! We have a 4 bedrooms home and a stair and he finished his job in 40 minutes that is impossible that he did a thorough clean! We found a few places that were not even touched and our stair case area has a wet spot that we have to spend the whole roll of paper towel to try to suck the water out of the carpet. I thought I can trust them by reading the reviews, but it is not the case. Really regret paying that much money to have that kind of service!Response to the customer care:I do appreciate reaching out to us on rescheduling a re-do. We have cleaned the house and have moved all of our furniture into our new house. A re-do is not needed at this point.

I have been using Kiwi for many years. They are always courteous and do a great job! I love that they can come out the same day you call them. The warranty program is fantastic and I take advantage of the warranty cleanings numerous times throughout the year. I have an older dog and a 3 year old so those frequent discounted cleanings come in handy. I would highly recommend Kiwi to anyone!

In a world of poor customer service and care, KIWI is a shining star in the customer relations department. I like to be (very well) informed about decisions I make with my home and ask A LOT of questions and was treated very well by every person I spoke with when deciding to use their services. Michelle pretty much taught me about every single aspect of air duct and tile and grout cleaning by the time I actually had the appointment to have them done:)Joe came out today and did an excellent job. Very professional and courteous and did exceptional work. I was lucky to meet Patrick over the phone when I called back in to praise the work and he was also fantastic!Thank you for proving that there are still great companies that care about their customers!

I requested to have my sofa and love seat cleaned. It actually took me several months to make the decision and I dont regret doing it at this point. The technician came to my house and she was on time and extremely professional and did an excellent job. I consider her asset to your company and I am requesting services again-I only want her to come and work in my house for the service is currently requesting and future services. We love kiwi! We love that their carpet cleaning process is safe for our little ones, dries quickly so we can get on with our day! AND their 1 year warranty cannot be beat! They were amazing, the technicians were all very professional. The carpet looked amazing and was very happy with them being a Green company. Kiwi cleaned 3 rooms of carpet and all of our wood floors. The wood floors looked awesome! They cleaned, buffed and waxed them and they look beautiful. We have used them for several years and will continue to use them. The technicians are very friendly and courteous. Great job overall!

I had my initial cleaning in October 2018. Since then, I have had 3-4 warranty cleanings. Every single time they have been 2-5 hours late because they are running behind. Today, I purposely made an 8:00 appointment. It is 11:30 and no one has come. Ive called customer service 3 times. Still waiting. When my warranty runs out in a few weeks, I will not use Kiwi again. The warranty cleaning s are not worth the hassle.

Customer service was phenomenal! The job the day in the home was nothing short of a miracle! We had an area rug for YEARS in the same spot over very light beige carpet. For a bit extra they treated and went to work...you cannot tell where the rug ever was! We even have a great warranty where they will come back and re-clean for a cheap price throughout the year! I highly recommend them to all!

I have been a Kiwi customer since moving to Prosper in June of 2013. I love the one year warranty package. Because of the great warranty deal, I am able to have my carpets cleaned every couple of months and with four children and four pets, that is a life saver. I have also had a grout cleaning done in my kitchen and was very happy with the result. Scheduling is always prompt and if anything, service providers have tended to call and ask if they could arrive early. We also had a deep cleaning done for some pet odors, again we were happy with the result.

I called to have my kitchen floor tiles cleaned I was able to get an appointment right away, which was very important to me because I am selling my house and could not wait.
