In addition, they seem to be very well organized in scheduling appointments and in arriving exactly on time. It was hassle free repair/annual maintenance for a very large house with three HVAC units. I had an annual maintenance plan for both cooling and heating and the technician - Cheng who came down both the times was really a knowledgeable technician. Not only just do his things he explained all the things how it works and best practices as well. I rate this technician highest quality and Value.

HIGHLY recommend this company for your A/C needs. We had a 15 year old system go out and TempPro worked with us to replace both units (didnt want to have to go through this again) at an extremely reasonable price based on 5 quotes from different companies. Im always nervous going with the least expensive option but after a significant amount of research on the internet I realize that both the company and the equipment had fantastic reputations. We had to have both the air conditioner and furnace replaced. The crew that came out to both remove and replace the units were very knowledgeable, and friendly. The communication was great, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

We have been having some small issues with our heater. We called TemperaturePro to see if they could help us find the issue. They were prompt, considerate of our house, and cleaned and inspected the furnace. They didnt charge us for anything we didnt need and clearly explained what is good and what to keep an eye on. Our furnace is getting pretty old, but I appreciated that they didnt try to sell us a brand new expensive unit. I will definitely be calling them back when its time.
