My husband needed a ride to the airport for a 5am flight and there was no Uber available. I thought He was stuck and would have to book another flight but I called White Taxi and they texted/called me back SUPER FAST and we made it in a timely fashion. I highly recommend!

I desperately was trying to find a ride to the airport. After no luck on Uber or other taxi services, White Taxi was available. I texted with the dispatcher and he got me someone as soon as possible. They even have an online paying service if you’re like me, with no cash. Thank you guys for saving me!

I booked service the day before for transportation to the airport. Called after the service didn’t arrive on time & had to call several times before anyone answered. Let him know I was still waiting and he asked my location. Received a text from the driver - I called him - because at this point they were very late & I needed to get to the airport. The driver asked where he was picking me up from and told me he’d be there in 5 min. Luckily an Uber was dropping an employee off at the Airbnb I was staying in and he was able to accommodate me and take me to the airport. I don’t recommend this service at all, unreliable, unprofessional. Only gave them 1 star because I had to.

We booked a ride to an Airbnb well in advance, and checked in on the reservation the day of. The taxi never showed up and didnt answer or calls or texts. Another taxi company picked us up.
