This car service was easy to book and flexible when I had to make changes. I was traveling with my parents and wheelchair. The driver took careful care to transfer parents from wheelchairs to car on his own. I used Wilbert Taxi Service from San Juan several times and each time we had courteous and punctual drivers. I especially recommend for groups of 5 or more as they have large comfortable vans and wheelchair assessable vans.

There were no cars available to rent, so we decided to use Wilbert Taxi service based on the reviews. We were very pleased with their service from and to the airport. Leading up to our trip Wilbert was great at keeping in touching and ensuring they had our flight information. Although our flight was delayed, our driver was outside to pick us up on time. He even suggested a bunch of restaurants and beaches to visit. We ended up going to one called Raices and the food was amazing!!!!!! They were reasonably priced and Im glad we booked them! Great communication, prompt service. Texted me that he was outside and ready 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Very knowledgeable about the airport and made sure we knew to go through the agriculture checkpoint before checking our bags and pointed it out as he unloaded our luggage for us. AMAZING!!!! My wife and I used this taxi service for our stay in Puerto Rico and it felt like we had our own personal car service!! They were there early for every pickup, extremely professional, opened doors, loaded our bags and was even very flexible with a few time changes and pit stops along the way that we had for pickups. But when u get there u realized u could’ve paid 20 for a regular cab 🤦🏽‍♀️That’s not why I gave a low reviewI believe they only care about airport runs because I kept asking for rides during my stay and they did not care for my service! This company was extremely prompt for our airport pickup upon arrival to Puerto Rico as well as hotel pick to return us back to the airport. I wish that I would’ve made arrangements to use them for our entire trip due to other companies either didn’t answer our calls, didn’t show up and left us stranded after midnight, or was too expensive. I was so absolutely pleased with the service I received… from our airport pickup to a last minute reservation to take us over to Old San Juan. Our driver was so helpful and very informative on the history of San Juan… I definitely would recommend this company if you are traveling to San Juan!

Spirit airlines changed my flight from 5:30pm to 6:20am so I was forced to stay in San Juan the evening before my flight and look for a taxi service that would pick us up at 4am in the Condado beach area where I had to drop off my rental car and stay the night. I called Wilberts Taxi service and they wanted to charge me $50 for driving me, my wife and son to airport. I was advised by my brother to use Uber. I did and saved over 75%. My Uber driver was on time, packed my bags and got me to the airport safe and on time. I gave him a nice tip and still saved 50% over Wilberts Taxi service.

Sorry for the late review Wilbert, but here you go! I traveled to PR with my family on December 25, 2020, when there was a lot of restrictions because of Covid, and I arrived by 10 p.m. Wilbert was already there waiting for me with my name on an iPad and took our luggage right away in the brand new van. Sadly everything was closed at that time, so we couldnt eat anything. It was aprox. a 45 minutes drive to my moms house, and the trip was quick and smooth.Wilbert was very welcomed and professional. During my stay Wilbert kept communication with me to schedule the trip back to the airport and by 4 a.m. he was already waiting for me and my family at my mothers house. IT was a comfortable and safe trip for us since we had a long trip to make that day. I fully recommend Wilberts Taxi for anything you have to do during you stay. Super trustable and professional. By the way Wilbert, Ill be going back in July 2021 so Ill be calling you soon, thank you!!!

The drivers were very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. We could not have picked a better service for shuttle to the hotel, port and airport. We took a last minute tour on our one day in San Juan after the cruise and the driver who was off that day was gracious enough to come and show us around with patience and courtesy. Scheduled a 4 am pickup on their website. They texted me to confirm minutes later, paid in advance. You’re always worried if the taxi will show up. I was 45 min from the airport but he called to let me know he was on his way. Excellent service! Very polite. I was even early to my flight!

Wilbert helped us out when nobody else would. He was dependable, patient, courteous, and kind. We got caught in the midst of a move when Covid broke out. From Canada, I had to deal with getting my 20 year old son who does not speak Spanish and arrived alone, from the airport in San Juan to our apartment on the other side of the island. I called several companies, and either they weren’t operating or didn’t return my calls or wouldn’t take him that far. Wilbert promptly returned my call and made me feel confident that he would be there, waiting for my son, and he was. Not only that, but he made an extra trip to pick up the key and made sure my son was sufficiently supplied with groceries before leaving him to do his quarantine. Family cruise for 11 people and lots of bags!! Wilbert picked us up at the baggage claim area at the airport and we use his services to go to the hotel the night before and then the next day to the cruise port. He was extremely professional and would text or call you to let you know his ETA. We had different flight times out on the return but as luck had it Hurricane Dorian cause use to change our times so we all had later flights. Wilbert was able to come and pick up us at the port and drop us off at the airport. Very nice to have someone flexible to help out when our plans changed due to the hurricane. Would highly recommend him if you are traveling to San Juan!

My husband and I arranged to have a taxi pick us up from the airport hotel to a cruise ship. The driver was early, professional and very helpful with us and my husbands disability. On the way back from the cruise, I had the service provide me with a tour guide who took us through Old San Juan and showed us some quote local spots unquote. I had a early flight to catch and was concerned about be on time. The dispatcher even gave me recommendations about time and airport procedures that were very helpful and accurate. The driver constantly communicated with me and most importantly he was early , professional, and friendly.The vehicle was not a regular taxi, it was a big SUV , clean, spacious etc . This was my first trip to Puerto Rico and did not know I would need transportation to the resort until the last minute(less than 24 hrs) I contacted them and they responded immediately and assured me they would meet me at the airport with a sign with my name. Sure enough, he was there waiting! He was courteous and on our way to the resort. Suggested places to eat, pointing out historical places and things to do!
