On time and very nice and helpful... I loved it!

I came to PR On Wednesday at 2:00 pm I took a taxi from this company to go my hotel Coral By The Sea in Isla Verde, only 6 minutes from airport. I forgot my baggage at the taxi, when she dropped me off. I did notice when I got to my room and immediately call the taxi company, nobody answer my six calls. Left a message, with the same results. Had to go to the airport, and to make this long story short, the driver had my property with her since that day and NEVER went to the airline to return it. Thanks to Luis, one distpatcher that can identify the lady and asked for it. Bad taxi company and this driver was very irresponsible. The tag with my name, information about me, was in the bag also. Easily the can go to Jet Blue terminal, and return my luggage.

At the beginning it seem like a great service with a very fair rate, great professional response to all my questions and a very polite gentleman. However when i called a half an hour before the requested time for the pick up as instructed, the gentleman never picked up, in fact it went straight to voicemail. I called for 20 minutes straight and as there was no answer i ultimately had to find other means of transportation (9:55pm; requested time was 10pm; requested time for call to make sure the service was going to happened 9:30pm). Which is a shame, it seemed like good service. Hope nothing happened to the guy.- update on my experience : the gentleman and I seemed to had had difficulty understanding the time that was set to make the call to check in for the service (or at least that is how a civil person would see it, which would save him business if situation is treated in this fashion) he messaged back to me an hour later obviously showing his displeasure in a passive agressive group of texts, however his lack of professionalism (since he made it painfully obvious how displeased he was with his unnecessary passive agressive attitude) made his company a last choice for me in the future. I highly value the maner in which i am treated, being passive agressive makes it so others (even if they do get the service and its good) not want to use ur company. In the end I do wish the best to the gentleman in his enterprise.
