Went for a balance and I was second in line. After 35 minutes I ask what’s taking so long if there is no one else waiting and the employee got into an argument with because 35 minutes is not a long time for him. Anyways after an hour and a half they’re done and when I got home one of the tires had a drill bit 3 inches long in it. I cannot prove it but isn’t it suspicious after a discussion? If it were a nail but a drill bit like the ones used in there is not a coincidence.

Good service and prices. Staff willing to help but sometimes selling and guarantees are different from reality. Like tell you a battery is 3 years guarantees and then find out is only 2 year and a half

Great prices and service, no complaint with my recent transaction. I made an order on line and about 10 - 25 minutes later I was called from the store where they notified me that one or of my items were not unavailable at the store. They mention it might not arrive today. Facts were they called me early next day to inform me that one of the items I ordered will arrive at 2pm , so 2:05pm I received a call saying my order was ready for pickup. I felt good so I was not in a hurry since I needed the parts by the time I was on my RDOs day off. Like mentioned before very happy with my experience.

But too expensive..for a change of pads and a computarized alignment I paid 245$

Dont ever try calling, they wont answer the phones. I have been there while the phone was ringing and the man just took it off the hook and set it on the counter. This happens at multiple pep boys I have been to over here on the island. This location has kind customer service and they work on my car quickly . And when I call and ask for a part, they actually have it in stock. Ive had time when I show up to get a part and the person tells me Its shows in stock on the computer but it is not in the store. Havent had that problem here yet.

Lack of employer. Only 3 on Store. 2 working on registers one on the back of store. About 7 people on line. Didnt get anything.

Good prices? Maybe... it depend on the type of repair you are doing to your auto. Prices on simple repairs such as battery change, tire change or brake repairs are ok. Prices on more complex jobs can really make you think twice before proceeding. The facilities are ok for a auto shop but you will find yourself wandering thru the isles when you realize that your wait is gonna be for hours.

You will get you parts and you will find friendly people but I do not trust the mechanic side di not trust them.

Counter staff friendly. AC mechanic Joel went on break for 1+ hour at 4pm and didnt tell anyone so my 20 min wait turned into nothing getting done on my car but waste my time for over 2 hours. I ran out of time and left without anything getting done so I cant speak to their technical competence.Not well managed if they are this disorganized.Location actually adjacent to hwy 26.
