Good morning, with a couple of swmana, I took a package on the 12th and they held it for 3 weeks when they delivered it, they do the open box and customs stamps. I didnt say anything because all the merchandise was there. But today they gave me a granddaughter and specified merchandise to be specific tennis and I know what they are, I want them to carry out an investigation and to indicate what happened with my country and who will be responsible for the money invested and if it was customs that happened with those tennis if not I indicate to the distributors that with you they send me more merchandise. Because they open the parcels and it is not that there will be them but that they take out merchandise. Gravias I hope you answer soon

My package never arrived and it says it was delivered and I signed a certain J Caraballo when no one with that name lives here. Im going to make a complaint.

My package arrived in San Juan on May 25, 2020 and even today June 8, 2020 has not arrived, I was supposed to receive it on May 29 and nothing. I call and they dont answer 🙄
