Customer service needs to be addressed as soon as possible. They forget to be polite to their customer. Need retraining in customer appreciation
My tracking number said delivery on the 20th. I called on the 19th to ask if I could expect delivery for sure on the 20th. They confirmed that it would be delivered but couldn’t give me a time so I wasted my day waiting for my delivery. When I finally call they tell me the package was not even put on the route for the week but now I can for sure expect it on the 21st. They are still unable to give me a time so I have to waste another entire day at home tomorrow. 2 days wasted stuck at home because of how unorganized and unprofessional this company is.
