Got my oil changed at the Carol Stream Jiffy Lube location. The manager explained everything my car needed in great detail. I went ahead and got my air conditioning serviced as well, and my air has never blown so cold! Even in the 90 degree weather, it feels amazing! I was still in and out in a very reasonable amount of time as well! Definitely recommend these guys!

Went back in November and the kid changing my oil asked if I wanted synthetic or conventional and proceeded to argue with me when I said whatever is cheaper then had the nerve to ask me do you own or lease your car? And I said lease and he said oh, that explains it. People who own usually own tend to care about their car.Cool bro. Thanks for the $95 oil change and your attitude.

While Jiffy Lube is a service chain with many locations, the Carol Stream on Main Street location is my go to for oil changes and quick auto services due to the entire team that works there - namely Anton. I have been there 3 times in the past 3 months and all due to different issues (oil change on two cars, one after an accident I had on a highway) and each time I have been treated with the efficient and professional service that I’ve come to expect from this location. If you need any quick auto services, don’t hesitate to come to this location - they won’t try to sell or give you anything your car doesn’t need.

When I asked the manager on first oil change how many greese fittings did they greese ? He told me the greese gun was broken. Today, I get my second oil change at the same place. Asked the same question and got the same answer. This is terable service and definitely bad for your cars front end ball joints. Go someplace else that cares about you and your vehicle.

I actually had my first ever positive experience getting my oil changed and this exact location had a lot to do with it. For once, I felt like they were explaining things ACTUALLY wrong with my car in a way I understood, did not seem to be throwing in all these extra fees, and even gave me a discount on nearly every service that was provided, since I have an old car and they didnt see the need to charge my full price for these fancy adjustments. Will definitely use this location only for anything car-related I need.

6 months ago from today I was at this jiffy lube in Carol stream and they did not open the doors for over an hour after their regular opening time I along with many other people did not get an oil change and our day was absolutely screwed up and our schedule was an hour off everywhere I had then gone to a corporate office to discuss the matter and afterwards I was awarded a credit after going to another location to use my credit once again theyd could not open the doors for another 45 minutes because someone did not show up to work. I then called back with corporate and then was rewarded in additional credit I now have two and then was rewarded in additional credit I now have two credits. I went back to the Naperville store afterwards about a day or two after and got one of my credits for my oil change done on my supercharged 3.8 l Buick I then weighted sum time to go back to jiffy lube but when I came back the problem started again they did not have my filter they said they couldnt get my filter till next week and I should go next door to their competitor.I then called corporate again and ask them when were actually going to resolve this issue that is when the owner of the last jiffy lube or manager or whoever he is called my personal cell phone number and was upset that I had called and told on him he then followed by bring your car in and we will take care of it this all happened in the same day let that one sink in.I then went to Carol stream location because I obviously dont want someone working on my car that is upset with me when I was pulled into the bay only to be told to pull back out then when I pulled out and the guy came up to my car he started talking to me like I was some kind of punk and then ended our small conversation with you are right you should work here. And then went back inside of the bays and closed all of the bay doors I then proceeded to the bay door because I needed an oil change they did not open the bay doors and then I pulled in front and no one would come out for me you must be absolutely joking me this place is a clown house nothing but jokes around here they do not take care of their people at all do not get your oil changed here it is an absolute clown show they do not own up to their standards.

The staff and manager are very well informed, I called ahead of time and they told me to just bring it in and they will take care of it for me. Explained everything that they were fixing in my car to assure me that they were not scamming me. Will be back again to change my oil!

I had what I thought was a simple taillight bulb issue. The Jiffy Lube team found that the directional signal bulb had come loose and was inside the housing. With only a small opening to remove the bulb, they were able to get it out and re-insert the bulb - no charge. Thank you Anton & Team for a wonderful experience of great customer service!

Went for my oil change and Anton and Joe were awesome! So polite and expedited my service accurately and quickly! I usually dread getting my car serviced but these two young men were wonderful. For 10 years, I have been bringing my car to this location and have had consistently good service, even though staff has changed over the years. They are competent, friendly, and fast. Besides that, you can tell they just like cars, so they aren’t careless.

The manager, Anton was SO nice and friendly. The other two staff members that I interacted with were also very friendly and communicative about what was happening and how long it would take. Overall, my oil change only took about 20 minutes. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a quick, affordable oil change in the area.

This is my go to Jiffy Lube/vendor for oil change and regular vehicle maintenance. I have never spent more than 30 minutes (even on a Friday afternoon before a holiday) at this location. They are fast and friendly -- and best of all -- straight forward! There is no superfluous services or BS; just what I need and an honest assessment when things need addressed. I highly recommend this location based on professionalism, quality and fast service. Shout-out to Anton, Joseph and Desiree!

I had a wonderful experience! I came here to have one of my headlights changed. Instead of turning me away when the first bulb didnt work, Anton (the manager) went above and beyond to find a replacement and make sure everything was functioning properly. Everyone was very kind and friendly!

Love this location! Always so friendly, quick and professional. They check all the things I would never think of and vacuum the inside, wash the windows and fill the tires! This is my only oil change place!

Anton and Joe were very helpful, knowledgeable, and provided best advice for having my car running efficiently and effectively.

My wife took our car here a few weeks ago. I told her to go there since her tires were also low on air.The next day I looked at her car and her tires were still low. I checked all the tires and every one very low, but if you look at receipt it said tires were checked, windshield washed and vacuumed out. Clearly none of this was done. Makes me wonder what else was not done. I got a call from corporate office saying they would credit me for this, since that is not the experience we should have received, but never got a credit. Definitely not worth the extra money they charge for the service you receive.

Quickest oil change yet! I was very impressed by the professionalism and energy of the store manager Anton, he represented Jiffy Lube well and I’ll definitely be back.

I stopped in because it was next to my jobsite and I was off early. I was out the door in about 15 minutes. Breath of fresh air. Last one was at a JL on ogden Ave in Naperville and took over 2 hours. When I got to that one only one car was in front of me and they driver of that car walked up to my truck and said ive been here an hours so Im sure they are about done half hour later they took me and proceeded to spend 1.5 hours changing my oil. I have the company another chance at this new location on Schmale and thank goodness it was just that other place. Could not have been happier with todays visit on 9-28-2020

Fast service!

My first time getting an oil change at this Jiffy Lube and it was a great experience. Anton and the rest of the staff were very knowledgeable and I received excellent service. I also had a unrelated interior trunk panel issue that Anton helped me resolve. Thanks Anton for going above and beyond to help me out. Highly recommend.

Service is worse

I used to visit their La Grange IL branch they were nice but few months ago I visited carol stream branch they said every branch have different owner and show me the history of my car and ask me extra for same synthetic oil by saying that other branch put regular synthetic make invioce for synthetic blend. I paid on that but I was really depressed . Currently I switch with other auto shop .

Very unprofessional management as well as staff. Did a check on my brakes and they claimed that they were all worn out completely. Next day went to a certified dealer and they showed my breaks to be in good condition. When communicating to Anton M. the results of my brake inspection at the dealer and asking as to why this could have happened, he said the past is the past and you can do business elsewhere. Not the kind of language you want to hear from mechanics touching your car.A report has been filed to corporate regarding this matter and I suggest they all be retrained on customer service and brake checks.

Today, preparing for a trip, I needed a quick oil change, plus had a puzzling dipstick problem and an engine light on. I told Anton & Joe that I was in a hurry. They got the oil change done in record time, explained how to fix the dipstick problem, plus ran a diagnostic on the check engine light and assured me that the repair on that could wait until after the trip. They were polite, professional, and pleasant. I was able to leave on time. Thanks, Anton and Joe, for a job well done!

My second time here in this location and also my last. The two ladies were very professional but the gentleman that works there need to work on how he carry himself. Right of the bat I did not have confidence on him working on my car due to his communicational skill. Bad mouthing other customer and also myself leads me to think that the quality that they provide is untrustworthy. We all need a trusted place to do a simple oil change but unfortunately this isnt the location for me. Hope this help.

As soon as I pulled up I was greeted at my vehicle with a smile by Mike. They got me in right away and before I knew it my vehicle was done. Mike took the time to explain the results of the inspection and explained everything very thoroughly. Every time I come to this location I feel welcome and not pressured into anything I dont need. Its nice to take your car in and not feel you are being taken advantage of.

They added more money when I told them I have a discount coupon.

My boyfriend and I just left this location and we were honestly so pleased with the service. Not only did they give us an oil change, they literally wiped the windows of the car, did a tire pressure check AND they vacuumed the car! Mike ( the manager) Sa (I think that’s how you spell it) and the other guy (who’s name I didn’t catch) were great. Thank you gentlemen for the great service! Keep up the good work!

I have been to this location many times in the past and must say the new manager Mike is a breath of fresh air to work with. He was very personable and friendly, and didnt try to oversell me on anything. Not only was the oil change quick and very affordable, they also vacuumed out my car, cleaned my windows, and checked my tire pressure which I greatly appreciate. Brought my hyundai in for a standard oil change. They told me I HAVE to use synthetic oil or else I would blow my engine. Ive worked on my own cars for years and know this is not true. $70 for an oil change is robbery. I will go back to changing my own oil from now on.

The new manager is fantastic!!!! Marcus and Joe were absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. They let me know I had an issue with my exhaust and told me where I could get it fixed. They didnt try to upcharge me for anything that wasnt necessary.

I visit here regularly, to have the car taken care of. Not only the oil, but various misc items are checked, from other fluids and filters to wiper blades and tire inflation. They always vacuum the car at the end, which is greatly appreciated. Ive always found the folks working here to b e very polite and professional, and if they have the time, more than willing to engage in conversation or answer questions. It can get busy at times, and often if it is I will just stop back. they have a waiting room, with coffee, so bring a book or your phone. The whold place is on one level, so guests with wheels should have no issue.

I do not recommend places that take advantage of certain customers. I visited this location yesterday, and have recently purchased a new car. I was informed that my car would only take the synthetic oil change. after I said that I didnt want that, I was informed that I HAD to take that bland so to make and model of car. After paying $100 for oil change I went home to read manual and find out that my car does NOT need the synthetic. I will be returning and asking for my money back, considering I was very taken advantage of as a young girl who trusts mechanics to do best for both the customer and the vehicle. I do not recommend this location, and do your research before you go. I tried saying that I didnt want synthetic but he didnt really give me an option.

Waited over 2 hours and spent $100 on an oil change. Service was fine but that kind of wait time for an oil change is unheard of. They told me I had to put synthetic in my 2005 car...absolute scammers. Will never return.

$70 for an oil change?!?! Ridiculous. I should have walked out as soon as I saw their prices. And a tire rotation wasnt included. One of the most expensive, most basic oil changes ever. I would never recommend anyone to go here and I definitely wont be going back.

I had my car in for a oil change memorial weekend actually the Saturday before. I had to wait almost a hour seemed to be doing a good job checking things out going over things with customers yet they missed the fact that the oil filter gasket they put in had cracked something I was told would have been noticed when they started the car up oil was spewing out of the oil filter area. I did not realize there was a problem until 2 days later when I went to move my car and there was a huge stain all over the drive way. I have never had a oil leak before I shut the car down lifted the hood and you could see the oil coming out of the oil filter area. I took the car back and they replaced the gasket and cleaned up my engine from all the oil I was told by the young man there that I might still see some oil due to them washing the engine down. After almost 2 weeks later I still have a drip from under the car. I am so frustrated because I have never had a problem with any other oil change I have had other places nor has my car leaked oil before prior to this oil change not to mention the oil all over the driveway. Not sure what I am going to do I am not sure I can trust this place....will probably have to take it up to the dealership and get documentation as to what is causing this and go from there. Seem nice enough but no apology for what happend nor the oil all over the drive way. I was told that the gasket would have been noticed when they started the car honestly I dont anyone even checked it. I was the last customer both times maybe that was the problem but should not have been.

They warned me it would be $90 for an oil change. Called my dealer and they told me not to get it changed for anything over $45. I appreciated the up front warning on Jiffy Lube’s part, but not enough to pay that much.

The manager over there very professional . And I didnt know you can top of your oil for free if you changed it there . Fast service and good service .

Just finished up an oil change from this jiffy lube. The manager Anton was super helpful and the service was perfect.

Wanted my tires checked and rotated. They told me to wait an hour, and when I came back, they said 45 minutes. Left them with my car, they never called back, and never touched my vehicle while I was gone an hour. They wont be seeing me around again if they cant even prioritize service correctly.

I pulled in at 6:30 p.m. knowing that they close at 7 p.m. and I was told it was too late to take me. I told them all I need is just the top off. Then I was told oh do you want me to show you how to do the top off and I said no I have the signature service Im here to have the top off thats part of that service. This location needs more employees and to teach the current employees how to speak respectfully to the customers.

$20 for 5 quarts of synthetic oil and $4 for an oil filter at Walmart and do the job yourself (every 8,000 - 10,000 miles.) It really is quite easy for most cars. Or pay $100 at a Jiffy lube. Your choice.

I will never return. After a couple days of smelling burning oil, I looked under the hood to see remains of spattered oil everywhere, though some had been cleaned up. I also had greasy handprints on my seat and steering wheel. A short time later found more fingerprints on interior fabric which I haven’t been able to remove. My worst experience at any service company.

Ive been to several Jiffy Lubes, and I have to say, this is by far the best Ive been to. Generally other sites have had me in and out in 10 mins which resulted in careless mistakes that nearly ruined my vehicle. With that being said, Alfonso and his crew in Carol Stream really took their time and gave quality service. I only came in for an oil change, but they went above and beyond with their work. They vacuumed, topped off fluids, filled tires, Ect. Did it take longer than expected? Yes. However, Im content with waiting a little longer knowing that they care about my vehicle. Overall, great customer service, very transparent and I will only stop at this facility from now on.

Theyre great! I called because my tired had no air and i had no clue what to do and they told me to come on over if i could get there and theyd do it all for me!

I got an oil change here and 4 months later my car was breaking down. Turned out I had no oil in my engine so i did an oil change myself and the drain bolt didnt have a washer and there was a piece of cloth put into my oil filter.Save yourselves some trouble and never go to this location.

The first time I went, the service was great. Im assuming it was the manager/owner who was there that day to help. Met me at my car, asked questions, very helpful and service was done efficiently.This time just now, completely different story. Both my boyfriend and myself pulled up needing to have service. One technician came over to my boyfriend but didnt actually say anything or ask questions. No one acknowledged me. We then walked inside and went to stand next to the service desk where a technician was sitting. He never even looked up. We thought, okay hes finishing up something no problem. Meanwhile, the two other workers literally look theyre stuck in a slow motion movie frame. I have never seen such molasses feet. The man in the office area finally got up and walked out when another car pulled up. Not sure what he told them, but they left. When he walked back into the garage, he still didnt acknowledge us. Not even with eye contact! Still, we tried to be patient. He walked over to the other computer in the garage (literally passing us as he did and still acted like we were ghosts). When he walked back into the office again and didnt say one word to us I exclaimed, ok zero acknowledgement, lets go. And we got in our cars and left. We paused for a minute just to see what they would do, and literally they made no effort to try and retain customers.I have no issue about waiting my turn. I understand that sometimes places are busy. My issue is that not one single worker at this place gave us any attention or made any effort to help us. And essentially these guys lost this facility three peoples worth of business.We both work in the automotive industry and know 100% how important it is to gain and keep retention. These retention scores are looked at heavily and carry much significance. You have lost two customers for sure. And possibly one more from that other man who drove away.Do better for your own sake.

Ive taken my car here twice. Both times after Ive left something leaked from the car. Either they dont know what they are doing or they break things 9n purpose to generate more business.Either way,never again. Stay Away!

The posted hours are 7:00am-7:00pm on saturdays. I tried to beat the rush by coming early at exactly 7:00am. At 7:10, there was still no one there so I left.

Went there twice this morning and they only had one employee. Had to go to a different one farther away.

Went in for oil change, was pleasently surprised that they also fixed my tires pressure, vacuumed my car and clean my windshield

I have nobody but myself to blame for this but i must post this to give all potential customers who are thinking on going here 1) make sure you ask how much they charge for oil change, i paid $71.00 for a regular oil change no synthetic. there are no posted signs beware beware !!! 2) make sure you tell them not to remove your filters to show you they need to be changed, they ripped my dash open to show me my cabin filter and not by a mechanic either now my dash rattles. beware beware !!! 3) do not have them check your tires they do not have the equipment or the know how to do this they are uncertified people they did not have a gage either. beware beware. 4) the oil they use does not get pumped out they had it in a plastic container !!! beware beware. this is what you get when you go looking for bargains!!!!! you get what you paid for i guess but please go anywhere else but here these guys will pick your pockets like nobody else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and i was in the car buisness for 30 years, im smart, take my advice not here
