Called and had a short dicker with their salesman...sent them money which they received and, unbelievably, the car was delivered here two days later, 2000 miles. The car exceeded my expectations. Not the best or worst experience. Our salesman was communicative but..off. the truck was overpriced for its condition. They said the price was negotiable. They mustve just not liked my offer because they never tried to counter. They didnt even call me back to tell me that they couldnt accept my offer.No courtesy.I thought it was a great offer considering the cigarette burns on seats, paint chips, scratches, dents, destroyed badging, and missing tonneau cover.

At first when I found out MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER had been used to run a hard inquiry credit check, WITHOUT MY CONSENT, I was worried that an employee had access to my social security number. I figured I would call and speak to Andy, the man in charge, and the situation would soon be rectified. But on the contrary, I was treated like I had done something wrong. When I asked point blank how the company would handle one of their employees using their company’s system to run my social WITHOUT MY CONSENT, I was told that there was no penalty system, and that I should file a police report, and there was nothing they could do. Andy, the man in charge, showed no compassion, no remorse, and simply did not take the severity of the situation seriously. I am completely disgusted would not recommend a company that allows their employees to use their system for illegal activity.

I drove from Cincinnati to look at a car, the pictures online looked immaculate and the car was described as being garage kept and very well maintained. The alignment was off so bad that the steering wheel was turned halfway while driving straight. The paint was not in good condition and overall it just did not look taken care of. Luckily, they had a second car with the same mileage, just a different color. It was in much better shape, and was slightly less expensive so I bought it instead. If they didnt have the second one this review would be much worse because I wouldve drove back to Cincinnati empty handed. Second one had a dead battery that they replaced which I was grateful for, but halfway home I realized the belt started squeeling really bad and the wipers were both torn. Wipers are no big deal, belt squeeling probably isnt either but still makes you nervous after spending that kind of money on a car.

I want the best for all small to medium businesses but unfortunately this is one who cannot to be trusted. An employee there pulled my nieces credit WITHOUT any written or verbal authorization. Not to mention she wasnt even there shopping for a vehicle. This is a direct violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.To make matters worse, shortly after I posted my review Andy messaged me asking me to remove my review, showing that the concerns are only for the reviews, how they look, if you will.This issue has not only NOT been addressed with the employee who illegally and unethically pulled the credit report, using her job as the avenue to commit this fraud, but she has yet to be held accountable by Auto Showcase. To further show true colors, Then when she spoke with Andy to make him aware of the situation, he had an additional with her, never apologized, claimed he can only see credit pulls 30 days in arears, that the person who did it is on medical leave anyway, and overall kept referring back to what the victim should have done differently. An action by one person was one horrible dishonorable thing, even if shes used to getting away with things, but the management and owners response to this is just as unethical. Had it not been, we could have moved on with the situation. Time and time again you see reviews where owners or management never admit to any wrong doing in their business and thats unfortunate.So now further action will be taken and that comes earned by Auto Showcase.

My wife and I just purchased a 2017 Audi A6 from Auto Showcase tonight. The car was for her. The experience went well until we had to complete the paperwork. After negotiating the price down $800, they snuck in a $695 dealer prep fee. My fault I guess for not making a stink about it but she was really excited and I didnt want to ruin it for her. This is the nicest car shes ever had. This fee was never mentioned and is not listed any where on their website. Im kind of suspicious if this actually is a fee they charge everyone, or if they tailor it to the negotiated price. As $695 to basically just wash a nearly brand new car seems excessive. What started as a good experience has now just left a bad taste in my mouth. I just wish they had been more forth coming. I dont think I would purchase from them again.

For the past few days I have been inquiring about a Toyota highlander and was communicating via email with Isaac. I made it very clear to him what my budget/price range was and he said we were close and “he’s sure we could work something out”. I wanted to know that there was room for negotiation before I made the 45 minute drive out to see the car. So I drove out this morning to see the car and test drive it and only then did I find out that they cannot budge on the price. It very much felt like a bait and switch situation - telling me one thing through email to get me there and then something else once I got there. It was very disappointing and a waste of my time. Isaac was very nice and I like the car but do not appreciate being treated that way.

Wow, what a great car dealership! I stopped in to see a Ford F450 that got my attention. I spoke with Andy who was very helpful and I enjoyed not being pressured into buying the vehicle. Andy handled the sale from start to finish and I drove away in my truck in less than 30 minutes. Their service after the sale is fantastic. I had a minor diagnostic issue that was rectified immediately and Miles was very helpful in explaining all the features of the diesel truck. By far the best long distance auto buying experience we have had. We have purchased in the neighborhood of 10 cars in the past 12 -15 years and always at least 2 hours away from where we live. Most in the Chicago area. Buying our car today from Auto Showcase was the most positive experience to date. Miles was exceptional with quick communication and thorough attention to detail - also one of the most affable and respectful sales people I have worked with. He had everything ready so that when I arrived there after a 2 1/2 hr drive I was in and out in less 30 min from trade in to signing papers. Miles did a great job for us. He knew a lot about the vehicle, helped us discover things that we didnt know it could do (running boards, tow package, etc). The price was great and they took care of us on our trade.2 days into it, the left running board stopped going up and down. They fixed it free of charge even though technically they didnt have to.Weve had to call him 3 times since the sale. Hes been very patient with us and answered our questions, even though he had no financial incentive to do so.You can go to a dealership to feel safe if you want. Youre a number there. Id rather deal with a small business with staying power that cares about the customer.

After researching online for our new family car, we came across a Toyota Highlander at this location. I called, spoke with Jack, and we booked an appointment to see in person. When we arrived, Jack was waiting at the front door for us, had the Highlander pulled up front and heated for our test drive. After test driving, we sat down with Jack who went over all the SUVs features, answered any questions we had, and, although we went to test drive this vehicle we ended up driving home with it that day! Jack was professional, polite, and thorough in his explaining of everything related to our purchase (paperwork, 30-day warranty, sat with us in the SUV to go over everything navigation and blue-tooth related, and had the service department double check our tire pressure before leaving). In addition to working with Jack, all other employees were professional and helpful with our questions. Additionally, their dealership is a clean, well-maintained, and inviting space. I recently purchased a BMW 335xi from Auto Showcase. I live in the Chicago, so it was a hike to the dealer, but it was worth it. I worked with Mitch, who was very upfront on pricing and had the car ready when I arrived. Mostly I appreciate the follow through Mitch provided after the sale. Id asked him to order an extra key for the car, and Id paid in advance for the key. In my experience some dealers neglect follow up after they have inked the deal on the car. I appreciate that Mitch sent me the key without my having to follow up with him. Id definitly consider Auto Showcase for future used car purchases.
