In addition to installing a new and comprehensive irrigation system, over the years he has also provided superior maintenance work as well. I am very happy with this company. I called after 7pm with a busted sprinkler, as he was the only place who was still open. Brett, the owner, fit me into his schedule the very next day. He came out, fixed the issue, and at a very fair price.Brett was honest, professional, and a joy to work with.I will definitely use him for my yard from here on out.

My sprinklers would not turn off - and of course this happened at night when most repair people are not working. I called and literally within minutes Brett was at my home and made the repair. Even though it was late in the day, and he was just starting his dinner, he saved the day!! I appreciate anyone who goes above and beyond, and he really did…I know my old system is going to need an overhaul, and I have NO doubt that Brett will be getting that call.

He came out and replaced our outdated system with fewer sprinklers getting more coverage. Did have a problem with one on the units and he came out the same day and corrected it. 9/9/21 he just left my house after a re-connection. Took him less than 15 minutes. He is really good.

So I scheduled an appointment with the technician for a Saturday and he didnt show up. I called him several times and when he answered he said he was busy somewhere else. He had no regard for my time or personal responsibility. It was a rental property, so I had to schedule time for him to come and meet me there and he just blew it off. Dont use this company they will waste your time and lie to you.

OHS installed a sprinkler system for my property and the system is leaking. I asked Brent to come take a look. Without coming over to look at the leaks (3 leaks) he said the system needed a pvc filter installed. I asked why a filter was not installed when the work was initially completed if he knew the issue without looking. Evidently, I asked the wrong question because a storm of ranting was unleashed. He told me You dont know what youre talking about, youre wrong He was ranting at me for the entire phone call. I couldnt get a word in, he just kept ranting over everything I tried to say.I asked him to calm down and lets talk this out. Nope. Still ranting and more insults. I was told, Youre not in the industry, you dont know anything and began telling me I was saying things I did not say. He has the text messages to prove it. I did not text anything he said. There was no reasoning or talking with him. Disappointing. Instead of working with clients on addressing installed work, OHS would rather just be irrational and unhelpful. Unprofessional service.According to Brent I dont know anything, but there are a couple things I do know for certain:I know a couple sprinkler lines and an improperly glued coupling are constantly leaking.I know OHS has terrible customer service.I know I will never recommend OHS to anyone to do anything.
