Very unfortunate for my first and most likely my last experience to go so bad with this place. I called in to get an estimate on a repair for my pump. SW had previously diagnosed the problem and told me its an actuator and the electrical switch board that needs to be replaced. The jock on the phone didnt wanna hear it and kept interrupting me saying that I need to pay the $50 drop off fee so HE can do his own diagnosis. Wouldnt even give me a ballpark number on the items that I listed.Save your money by going to Sherwin Williams for a FREE diagnosis where they treat you with respect and at least let you finish your sentences.

100$ labor for tighten loose wire and replace plastic cover!!! Lexus dealer charging less for labor!
