My boyfriend brought in my old battery to be sure he could get the same one. AutoZone provided him with what we thought was the right one. $477 in damages later my dealership tells me it was the wrong battery.

Forget the guys, talk to the girl. Shes the most knowledgeable gal I have ever met. She not only told me to clean the terminals when installing the battery, she went and checked out to see if battery power was being drawn when the car was off.

Nice place to buy any car related products , staff are very nice and professional, they would even help you out with some parts. I Highly recommend this place.

Well stocked inventory, had exactly what I was looking for. Friendly crew, knowledgeable and welcoming (unlike some of the other AutoZones, where I have to literally check my pockets to make sure I didnt steal something?) No, Im not a thief and never have been, just how Im treated is all Im saying. But this AutoZone has a comfortable atmosphere and has everything you need and then some. 5 🌟

Quick and simple. Needed a battery changed in the key fob. They said they couldnt do it for me, but they were very nice and gave me directions on how to do it. Bought the new battery replaced it with their guidance. Good as new. Definitely will come back.

Terry and Gauge went above and beyond to help us girls out. These guys take customer service to a whole new level. Thank you so much! They checked our battery, took our battery out and charged it for an hour, put the old battery back in, 15 minutes after they closed they were still helping us to make sure we got home ok. We did need a new battery and they’re installing it now. They’re checking the alternator again with the new battery installed, 20 minutes after closing... with smiles and kindness.I can’t say enough about Autozone. Terry and Gauge both deserve a big fat raise!

This visit was the epitome of customer service. Valerie was so helpful and really went above and beyond what I would consider her duties. My cars electricity, and therefore radio, power steering, and A/C went out while driving to pickup my kids. I got the car there and had my battery tested which was drained but not dead. The battery was put on a charger and charged while I waited. It took half an hour. They put the battery back in and I drove off. Three blocks later and it was dead again. Somehow I got it turned around and back to AutoZone. They suggested we check for a different issue however I now had my kids with me and it was hot out. Valerie brought the kids and I waters as she did a deeper diagnose to discover my alternator had gone out. She graciously installed a used battery, since mine was out of warranty, so I could get my kids home safely. She informed me of my options, c their costs, and tools I would need to complete the job if I do desired. By far one of the best automotive experiences Ive ever had! Valerie has guaranteed i will be that store any time I have car issues. Thank you Valerie and AutoZone.

I needed my windshield wipers put on, (that I purchased somewhere else), after several attempts to put them on, I thought Id have to pay a mechanic to put them on. Driving by AUTOZONE one day, I thought...hmmm. The men inside were all busy, but when done, were more than happy to come outside and put both my wipers on, AT NO COST!! Thank you soon much! ♡☆

Masks are required thank you very much.Excellent service! As I walked in they asked me immediately what I needed. I told them I needed wiper blades, they looked it up told me what wiper sizes are needed for my car and then told me exactly where to find them. When I got to where they said they were, there was a great selection at a variety of prices.I made my selection headed for the cashier. Payment was quick and easy. Everyone was polite and helpful! Been shopping here since they built the place. Glad to have them in the neighborhood.

Returned an alternator core, they have a great inventory tracking system so it was no problem getting my core charge back with no reciept.

My car would suddenly not start. AAA came out and said it was the battery. I called all the usual suspects and many places didnt have the battery I needed , and the two I did had 2 hour wait times.Finally I called Autozone , I thought it was retail only , but to my surprise, they installed batteries . They had my battery and said it would take 10 minutes .Upon arriving , everyone was friendly, they grabbed the battery , rang me up, and installed it in 10 minutes as advertised.
