Moxey Test Prep was the perfect supplement to our sons SAT prep. They offer several levels of help and it was easy to schedule. During COVID our son was able to meet on Zoom calls and the content was both engaging and helpful. He enjoyed the sessions and they not only boosted his confidence, but he was able to increase his score by over 100 points. I cant recommend Moxey Test Prep enough. We will definitely be back when our younger son begins his test prep!

I have used SAT service for all three of my sons Huntington Learning for # one and a Private tutor costing $280 per session for # two. We heard Great things about Moxey from the Next Door App and originally started at the Carmel Library. We then moved to Zoom during Covid. Mr. Moxey quickly and professionally made the change to his approach so it was easy for my son to continue with his prep. I am happy to say he has been accepted to all of the schools he applied to. some were out of reach when we started. I know these schools will say test optional but for my son it was a way to include a very competitive SAT score to his application for admission. After my first attempt: I scored a composite score of 34 (English 36, math 32, reading 34, science 32). I went back to Moxy for a second round of lessons. My second attempt resulted in a overall score of 35 (English 35, math 35, reading 36, science 35). This means my super score would be a composite score of 36! Mr. Moxy did a great job personalizing my lessons to center in on the issues that I struggled with the most. He also had never ending tests for me to practice with!

We overheard fellow soccer parents talking about Steve Moxey’s test prep program and decided to look over his website. That was in 2013 … we have been with him ever since! Both our sons are very good students but we wanted them to have a structured approach to the ACT. Steve’s schedule and willingness to work with us through their other commitments was invaluable. In addition to the structure Moxey Test Prep classes offer, Steve’s rapport with our sons was fantastic. He was able to gain their respect very quickly and offered insight into their strengths and weaknesses. Our sons took that information and, with Steve’s guidance, formulated their study plan. Steve’s strategy helped our sons improve by 3 and 5 points. We have used Steve for all 3 of our children for both SAT/ACT prep and the GRE. My son went to Steve for 8 sessions and increased his SAT score by 170 points. He only missed 3 questions on his math portion, increasing his score from 660 to 790.
