I’ve used this location for shipping many times and returning internet equipment. Workers have always be nice and helpful. They do get busy because of the location but even when the line has been to the door it has been a pretty short wait.

If you enjoy waiting in lines that appear short, but actually take a really long time then this is the store for you. They never have enough help and its like time stands still when Im here.

I usually dont write reviews even if something is terrible, but this review is called for. Earlier this month I called to confirm a notary was available. I was advised yes, so I drove to the location. The notary was not there. A few days later I called again to see if the notary was there and they were. I went there and the notary was extremely rude and lazy. Long story short, my package was lost in the mail. I called the store to see if they had my package in the returned mail. They took down my contact information so they could lookout for my package as it contained a lot of personal information. I never heard anything so I assumed they did not find it. Today I called again to see if a notary was in and was again advised yes. I go there 15 minutes later and am told she is gone. I also asked if they could check to see if my package was returned. It was not so again, they wanted to take down my information. It was very clear that the previous time I called was a waste of time. At the end of the day, this experience was a complete waste of time and money. I went to the Westfield location and everything was handled in less than 10 minutes and there were no issues. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location.

Bryan is the best! I had originally setup an Amazon return via Kohls; unfortunately due to Covia-19, Kohls locations closed. Bryan took time to walk me through the Amazon return process, so that I could send the return via this UPS location. I truly appreciate his time and assistance! Thank you Bryan!

I arrived at 4:40. Clearly these customer service agents had very little interest in helping me to get my very simple package shipped and appeared to me to be more interested in closing up shop. They assembled a box after telling me some were available to assemble. I showed them what I had could easily fit into an envelope. I had a new mailing address to ship to. They then could not verify or provide a zip code so I went back out to my car to get that. I was under the impression with a post office/mailing facility and internet that may be available on site. One other customer was in the store at the time. Overall, a lackluster experience.

Do not return equipment here. Their employees are not trained and will ship it to some other random company. The management is no help, simply stating they process hundreds a week and you’re out of luck. They give you the wrong information and then you pay for it.

I am unsure what is happening with this location but it seems to be crashing hard and fast. The staff used to be so friendly and even though some faces are the same, there has been a few that is not there anymore, the upbeat and outgoing atmosphere and personable touch is gone! I used to go out of my way to come to this location instead of the Carmel Drive location because how amazing the staff was. They would know who I was when I walked in, it didnt matter if I was printing, shipping, or just dropping off which is not even spending money with them. I think I will begin going back to Carmel Drive, they are not great either but here lately its better than this location. I am hoping someone addresses these issues very quickly or I feel sorry for the effect its going to take on their business. I had to really think about putting this on here, I really wish I would of had a corporate complaint number so I know this gets to someone who can address the issues and not just the members of the staff in the store.

UPS continues to disappoint me. In spite of having the shipping slip on my phone, apparently their only archaic system to get the slip from phone to package is to e-mail the store and wait for an indefinite amount of time for the label to come through and eventually print it from the store printer. Waste of my time.

It disheartening to see customer service change at this location. I have been a customer here since moving to the area for the past several years. What used to be a great atmosphere here with excellent employees who went out of their way to help you has now changed into a place that I dread having to go to do my business. They have become robotic and emotionless and the manager is downright rude. He has a sense of arrogance and entitlement to him that makes me never want to take my business there any more. The way that he speaks to you is unacceptable. It’s sad to see an establishment change so much from a business who was the epitome of great customer service to an example of exactly what it shouldn’t be. I just can’t believe UPS would allow this to happen without anyone caring to correct it.

I visited this establishment with the intent to ship a laptop. Upon entering the store, I was greeted from a distance, and approached the available service rep at the second register (Caucasian, female). Ill skip over the hardly noteworthy opening inquiry and conversation, and get to the otherwise unenjoyable experience. In the process of identifying myself, I had to repeat my name (and spelling), as well as my phone number multiple times (initially due to the noise), and the only cues were uncomfortable pauses and blank stares. Not a huge deal, but off-putting nonetheless. When it was time to provide the shipping address, I thought it would be easier to provide a printed (typed) copy of the address. I even said, I have the address here (on a piece of paper) if that would be easier. I provided the piece of paper, and after a few moments, it was returned. Later in the exchange, upon reviewing the information she typed up, it was apparent shed paid little attention to the address. She abbreviated what she could, and completely omitted the ATTN line. I had to request the additional information, to which she grabbed a sheet of stickers and commented that she could just write the ATTN line on the sticker and place that on the package.Okay...Throughout the PSO Terms and Conditions sheet, she hastily marked various Xs before handing it to me. She further instructed me to write laptop and $100 at the bottom of the page. I initialed the first two areas, and then directed my attention to the section for listing the contents of the package. I verified that I should write laptop & charger and then the actual value of the device rather than the $100 response she suggested, because that would affect the compensation for damages. Her response, Im not a lawyer... Im not trained in law, so I dont know. Its $2.50 for every additional $100.I took a moment to absorb the absurdity of her response. After a brief pause, she extended a copy of the Terms and Conditions and suggested, Heres a copy if youd like to read it at home.Seriously? Am I taking too long to determine whether I can trust you to package and ship my expensive electronic device? Im not asking you to fully comprehend liability law. Im verifying the validity of something you instructed me to do; a component of your likely everyday exchange.Considering the comparably high price tag, I expected better, more comprehensive service. This was an uneasy, unflattering exchange at best. I often give people the benefit of the doubt, but her poor attitude and carelessness suggests my services would be better handled elsewhere, despite my preference for UPS.

I would like to start with the service. Went into this location with a big box, which I had to hold both of my hands. Wasnt that my package was heavy, it was big enough to where I would have to put it down, open the door, hold the door with my foot, and pick the package back up. No help from anyone in the store to open the door for me. Luckily a friendly staff at the Verizon store next door helped me with the door. When I went it, attitude of the staff was mediocre and no friendly welcoming greeting. The package that I had was about 12lbs, no more than 15lbs. Dimensions 20x16x14 shipping from 46074 to 83646. They wanted around $50 for ground service, their cheapest offer!!! Staff said you can try the post office if you want, which I politely agreed. Now I know the staff noticed when I entered, someone had opened the door for me. The same thing happened, no offer to hold the door open. Even though they only had one customer from the moment I entered and left.I entered my package dimensions onto USPS, their rate was $20. I even called just to make sure that the rate I saw was true. The staff told me yes that rate is true, and when I mentioned about UPS, she advised me one thing UPS do not tell their customers is they charge a surcharge on top of the rate. Fed-Ex had the best rate of $15.I hope this review helps the next person when they decide to go to this UPS store location or any other location.

I took in an item for a shipping estimate. I was quoted around $100, which is not horribly unreasonable if they packed the item. I told them that I just needed to know how much it would cost for size/weight because I would build I box to fit the item and weight/size would not be altered much. The worker advised that this would raise the shipping cost over $100. What a scam! I went to another location and was quoted under $70. I will never go back because this is the second time they have tried this.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! If I could Id rate them a 0! Had a business shipment that had to go out, the women that was helping me was just rude to start off with and when I asked for her to talk with the company whos UPS account number I was trying to use, (I had them on my cell phone) she got upset and said NO SHE WOULD NOT DO THAT and THAT I COULD JUST REPEAT THE QUESTION! So off to FED EX I went - buyer beware!
