I’ve taken my old laptop here multiple times for issues as well as my new one to get everything switched over. They get the diagnosis done pretty quickly and then give me a detailed explanation on what’s wrong and how much it’ll cost. Most of the time they get it done quite quickly and way sooner than what I was expecting. I highly recommend this local business since they have done an amazing job with me and my pc issues. I will be coming back when this new laptop has issues.

Dustin their senior technician not only helped me upgrade my laptop, he gave me the right size screwdriver so I could work on this computer on my own in the future, and the upgrade would usually cost a fee but he did it all for free. Dustin was a very friendly guy who helped me through every step of the process giving to me straight how much everything would cost, why it costs that much, and the benefits of being a repeat customer. He managed to get my PSU replaced as well as installing new liquid coolers all in 2 hours. The location is also super easy to get to, and I will definitely be recommending this place to all of my friends.

Im very impressed with the professionalism, and the responsiveness of this business. Feras was willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was satisfied with my gaming build. It actually took less time than he quoted for my build to be completed even with the strain that COVID-19 placed on any shipping businesses. I wanted a very high end gaming rig. He built a very high end rig for right around what he quoted, and he even emailed me when he could find a better deal than what I could find, or if something I wanted wasnt available. He was even able to discuss technology in a way that my 83 year old father, who has very little technical skill at all, could understand. Dustin backed up my desktop computer, cleaned the inside, installed a new version of Windows and two new SSD drives and reloaded my data. I was amazed when he called and said it was ready in less than 8 hours. I am very pleased with his service.

Excellent and responsive work on upgrading my sons computer. They provided detailed quotes, photos of the work in progress, frequent updates on timelines and the arrival of ordered parts, and followed up a week after we took delivery to make sure that the system was working well. It was.

I took my Mac Notebook here because there were lines on the screen and you couldnt see the display properly. I was told there would be a $90 fee just to look at the computer, I said okay. I get sent an invoice for $209 to downgrade the software as Mac updates can sometimes causes bugs. If I paid for the repair ($209), the original $90 is taken off so Id pay $209 total instead of $299 . I was told if the software downgrade doesnt work it would cost an additional 400+ to replace the screen. I declined as I was not comfortable with the lack of guarantee he could give me on this initial $209. If the software update didnt work I didnt feel that I should be responsible for paying for this service. I took it to Apple today and within five seconds the Apple employee knew I needed a screen replacement and said it would be free because it was a wear and tear problem that Apple is responsible for. I dont even have Apple care. I dont know what kind of work this shop does for other people; however, in my situation I would have been out almost $600+ for the software update that wouldnt have worked in addition to the screen replacement when Apple did it for free. I would recommend going straight to Apple when you are having any issues with your Mac. Upon explaining this, I was refunded the $90 deposit so the owner is willing to work with you when you are dissatisfied.

I have used other computer repair locations in the Indy area. By far, they were the quickest, nicest and reasonable. I had a problem with a boot issue, and was sure a new computer was in my future. I dropped it off, and on the way home, after a few errands, I recieved a call it was repaired! Im sure not all problems are that easy to repair, but the concern, care and follow up, is certainly rare. Two thumbs up.
