This Office Max closed at 6:00 today Because its HALLOWEEN. Seriously?! In what world does a business thats supposed to support professionals close because of Halloween?!(I should add, that this is after another terrible experience at this store a week ago. I submitted a print order online where it said it would be ready within 2 hours but usually faster. Since every time Ive ever been in this store, Ive only seen one other customer, I arrived 10 minutes before the 2 hour window ended only to find the same printing employee mentioned in another review having not even started my order yet, which caused me to be late to the event. I waited patiently while he showed no sense of urgency and no apology or even a thank you.) Im done with Office Max.

The customer service is kind to you when asking where something is. Its a great place for getting writing utensils and neat handbooks.

My only experience here is with the print shop, and they are excellent. They have gone above and beyond to help me when I have messed up my own orders.

OfficeMax was understaffed and ignored me for quite a while. When the employee finally talked to me about downloading a couple of documents from my Mac computer to their printer, she said she did not know how to do that for an Apple computer. I had no undue delay nor trouble at Staples getting my documents printed by their lady employee. Office Max needs to better staff & train their employees.

There’s a specific pen I like and office Max always has it in stock. No complaints. Foray felt tip pen.

I drove over an hour for a desk. I walk in theres 1 person on staff later 2 whole people in the whole store. (I checked the back and break room) understaffed. The woman i speak to is a white woman with brown straight hair. She could have cared less about why i was here. And acts like im inconveniencing her by being here. I tell her what im here for something i called ahead for. I use the bathroom and then wait at the seating RIGHT infront of this girl. She proceeds to let us sit and sit and sit there. And never inform us that our desk is ready. When i get up to ask what the hold up is. She says its over there and she thought i would have seen it I say no and she simplely repeats. Forget this store. Im never coming back.

Expensive business class briefcase ripped apart after 2 month. Went to the store: did you buy a protection plan? / i did not... I figured an expensive briefcase would last longer than 2 months / we cant do anything without a protection planCongrats OfficeMax! You saved a few bucks & lost a customer for life.Bought a better case at a cheaper price on Amazon

They’re horrible. Had an employee at the print desk say he couldn’t print a .doc file because his boss was in a meeting. Not really sure how someone can’t print a simple word document

The staff were very helpful when asked to help find a couple items I needed.

Came in for some things that they said were available online, of course they are actually werent available. Talked to who I believe was the manager, and he was even less helpful than the employees. Overall it didnt seem like any of the employees or management had training on how their systems even work. Wont be back.
