This store was renovated in the past month or so, and had the name changed to Office Depot. Its shocking how nice they could make an office supply store look inside. Its bright, clean, and easy to navigate. Staff were very friendly and were happy to help with whatever you may need.

I ordered a computer monitor online, the shopping cart said Free 3 day Shipping. After 8 days I still had not received the monitor. I contacted Office Depot through chat to tell them my tracking showed the shipping company had not received the package. I was called few hours later by someone I who did not speak clear english and I that could not understand. I clearly told her I needed the monitor, not a refund. She said the product was now out of stock and recommend another one that was not even close to the specs I had ordered. When I told her I needed one like the one I had order she said she could not help me. I ask to speak to a manager. I was told they would have to call me back......still waiting for a call from a manager.

Stopped here because of the fedex shipping site. 2 customers in the store, 6 people working. Mostly unfriendly and not helpful. Should’ve hit up Amazon before I arrived for supplies. This is the reason most brick and mortar is dying.

This was a simple and easy to use pickup for prepared packages for either FedEx or USPS available curbside in front of the office depot. I did not even have to step inside.

Awfully delivery service. Do not recommend ordering furniture from them. I was scheduled to have a desk delivered days ago and tried to customer support to get assistance. Waited over 2 hours for an agent with no response. Tried a live chat where all that was told to me was that they have no tracking on the order. Beyond disappointed.

I wanted to say that i appreciate the Office Depot policy of price matching its prices for 14 days on electronics. It would really be even better if it was an automatic process. If I buy a product from Office Depot and the price drops within 14 days, I should automatically be refunded the difference. That would be great customer service!Recently, I bought a Dell laptop for $439 from Office Depot and in 10 days it dropped to $369. On Sunday I went in the store in Carrnel, IN to get the difference refunded. A not so friendly older woman employee at first tried to tell me the policy was only good for 10 days. I explained she was not correct. Then she tried to tell me that I had to physically return the item. I again explained she was not correct and the policy is right in front of her on the counter. She gruffly walked away to talk to the manager. The friendly manager then came out and processed my refund. This older woman employee desperately needs retraining or needs to find another employer. Thank you.

I went to this store to make bulk copies for my practice. I spent much longer in the store than I intended. Asking an associate to help you is very bothersome to them and nobody bothered to ask me if I needed something while I’m wondering the isles looking for items of need. I spent about five minutes just looking for someone to help me. Customer service is very faulty. Not impressed. I attempted to do self service at the copy machine only to find out that I had too many copies to pay for them at the self-service machine. They told me they would have to override and I would have to pay for them at the front desk (which is fine if it didn’t take so long to figure that out). Then, the initial guy who tried to check me out didn’t know how to charge me for them. Spent over an hour in the store when I wanted to be in and out in 10 min!

Took me 15 minutes to get someone earlier today to try & purchase a bookcase. They had 1 left on clearance but refused to sell it to me. I offered to buy one in a box but they didn’t have any. I was frustrated & left. But, I went back this evening to purchase an adjustable desk. I immediately found the same worker & told him what I wanted. 10 minutes later he is wandering the store, I went up to him & said having trouble? He said, we show 1 in the store & the display. Again, they refuse to sell to me. It was bizarre & ridiculous.

I needed some custom invitations printed and was having a hard time finding a place that could do it quickly. I came to Office Max and Bob in the printing dept was SUPER helpful!! He did a great job and helped me get exactly what I wanted! I will go back anytime I need prints done.

After doing business here for many years, Ill never do business here again. I walked up to print services counter, 2 people working behind counter not one acknowledged me. I stood there for 2 minutes without being greeted at all. Left store replacing items I intended to purchase. Rude, zero customer service. My money will be spent somewhere with better customer service.

Returned a laptop we bought for our son for Christmas. Easy return and they made an exception to the 14 day return policy since it was a Christmas present.I would definitely recommend buying office needs at this location!

Not good. Purchased a stamp from this store and went for ink refill. They did not have any. Black is basic. Every other color. I went on line and none of the Office Depot stores in my general area has a black refill. Not very good planning. This stamp was over $65 dollars and is basically useless now. Very frustrating.

Ive been here for over 1.5 hrs getting two last minute 220 page reports bound. Needy Customer after needy customer has interrupted the tech, only one tech, from binding my reports, and in turn, I have watched those customers leave one after another. Meanwhile, the poor tech behind the counter has kept all composure and respectfulness. I would have lost my mind. Order after order. She had no help. Am I upset? Nah, instead I applaud her dedication to accomplishing task after task. The store is closed now, and I am still here, but I can tell my reports are in good hands. Thanks Office Max copy center tech. A++

This is the third time I have tried to get some prints done at this location. Like clockwork I have to go elsewhere. Either they are too busy with other prints and cant squeeze in a few. Well the last two times the printers dont work. I want to print here because it is close to my house, but I am just going to skip coming in all together.
