Great and easy experience after totaling my vehicle. I wish I could remember his name, but the guy with the longer slicked back hair, is the reason for my 5 star review. He was always super helpful and truly cared. Wouldve gave a 4 star review otherwise just because it’s quite pricey to rent from here. But you get what you pay for and I had a great experience.

Always rude every time I go in. Always give me and my brother a hassle every time. Have to tell them how to do their job each time. Try to deny us and tell us they don’t accept our insurance or our age group and have to point out to them the numerous times we have already rented from the exact location with the exact same ID, same insurance, same face and everything. One particular instance (IMO) they weren’t fond of me proving them wrong that they gave my college age brother a mini van for his rental? He drives a mustang and the rental they gave him was a mini van? Lol. Don’t they usually give you something comprobable? They refused to give us the Ford Fusion or the Nissan Altima we honestly thought it was hilarious lol. Also have reserved vehicles for vacations (mini-van, well in advance) and they don’t get the vehicle in and it’s the day of the vacation and now have to take multiple vehicles for this reason.

One of the only car rental company in town with a national presents. Car was immaculate and drive to CA and back with no problems. Not much packing to pick up and drop off your rental.

Car was clean, desk service was timely. However, I was not notified until 15 minutes before my flight that they would not shuttle to/from the airport and it was my responsibility to find a ride to pick up/drop off the car. Website had no indication that normal shuttle was unavailable. Trying to be understanding of COVID19 impacts, but they should have given notice of this at the time of my booking.

Absolutely the worst place to rent a car my son just left there and was not allowed to rent a vehicle because and according to the manager on duty “ did not fit the criteria” my question is exactly what “criteria” does he not fit? He went in with credit card money insurance and was was still denied. I would not waste my time with this office they should be ashamed of themselves. She profiled my son plain and simple.

Everything was great with the rental. The counter person was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely consider using again.

Love the ladies that work here. Always go above and beyond to accommodate me. The gal that is the supervisor is so hardworking, kind, patient, knowledgeable and FRIENDLY. Enterprise is lucky to have her and the rest of the crew. They are always swamped and keep everything running smoothly. I actually live in Hobbs and prefer to go to the Carlsbad Enterprise because of the excellent customer service. I hope this team of employees are appropriately compensated by the company. The staff there at Enterprise are really helpful and kind to help you out with any vehicle. They try to get you as comfortable as you can with a vehicle. Theyre fast and convenient.

The ladies do the best they can. They are super friendly. Reserve your car in advance and they for sure will have a car for ya. I come here every time I fly into Carlsbad. The staff works cohesively to take care of the customers.

About this time last year, their customer service left a lot to be desired. Now theyre on top of it...over the top actually. OUTSTANDING customer service!

While the staff is friendly, they are incredibly understaffed. Rumor has it there are 3 employees, however all we saw was Stephanie, she ran the desk, the phones, the prep, the reservations... it seemed like she ran the business. We needed a 24hr rental and after waiting about 30min for her to clear out the lobby, she was not only able to prep and review our car, but she also found time to be personable and recommend a local diner which was fabulous. 5 stars for Stephanie, 4stars for enterprise as they need more staff.

Always have a car ready for me, even on short notice. Kim, Stephanie and Sabrina are always so pleasant and professional... even when customers whom think they deserve special treatment throw a fit and act like children.Good rates, good comfy cars and no mileage charge, only day rates!

Lonnie helped with all aspects of rental, no hidden cost, best price, and checked several options for me to rent.Looking forward to renting again from this location. Customer service at any Enterprise location I have used in the US has always been top shelf, but the staff at the Carlsbad NM location took it to the shelf above the top shelf! Thank you Kimberly for your friendly service and the follow up text message a couple days later. The whole staff in this office were genuinely happy, energetic, and caring!

The customer service was great, and all aspects of my reservation went well. However, my car , the purpose of this business, was a piece of crud. I rented a small car (Mitsubishi). In my experience that doesnt mean crappy, it just means small. Not this time. The brakes were scraping metal on metal. When turning on the car it made a hideous noise, and it ran horribly. It got me from point A to point B without issues, but I worried about it breaking down the whole time. If it hadnt been a weekend rental I wouldve returned it for a replacement. I have no issues driving a small car, especially if it makes for good gas mileage. However, I do expect it to run smoothly. I was very disappointed in the car.

I received a car in Hobbs, New Mexico that was very dirty and should not have been given to a customer. When I showed up at the Carlsbad location, I spoke with Kim. Not only did she take the time to listen to the issues I had with the vehicle, she offered to wash the vehicle and/or give me a replacement. I frequently use Enterprise for business trips, but the service that Kim provided went above and beyond anything that I had previously experienced with them. Thank you for being awesome Kim!

I had a wonderful experience! Kendall was incredibly delightful and helpful. I needed to rent a car last minute, and she went out of the way to make sure that I was on a wait list and she followed up with me the next day. The car I got was perfect, and I was impressed. Of course, it is a small town so reserve far in advance and call a day before. Also because of all the oil and gas work in the area, it can get very busy.

Customer service was great and we were given a very nice rental. Wouldve been 5 stars but the bathroom was out of all essentials upon both the pick up and drop off of the rental, and we had it for a week. Thankfully, I was given napkins to use upon request. I would definitely rent from here again, but maybe use a gas station restroom instead.

Not great. Reserve a car a week in advance and it wont be there for you. Twice. Sorry! Thats all I got, a sorry. Its a sorry place alright. And they have a list a mile long for a pickup truck rental. What is with this place? Dont count on it.

Our neighbor experienced a mean attendant, possibly intoxicated, long lines, she called him a curse word to his face and to others, proceeded to tell him there was no car than give him a damaged car that was barely drivable in this desolate location where you count on your car rental people to care about people. She needs help and more staff at that location.

Kim and Steph did a great job and helped me get into to my rental quickly with no hassle. Extra kudos to Kim for going the extra mile and helping out with a misunderstanding with my rental. Thanks Kim youre an angel!

We reserved an intermediate car from the Carlsbad, NM branch. When I arrived I was told they didnt have that size car for me but I could take an F150 or a compact car. I was unhappy but we needed to leave town so I took the compact car. Was told Id get a discount fgor the cat. When in fact she meant shed charge me me for the compact car instead of the intermediate car. Upon return, I was charged for the intermediate car but told she charged me less. Arrived home & saw that she charged me more than she said she was going to charge. Called the 800 #, Sylvia was super helpful, had tge regional manager call me. He gave me a discount & I was happy with that. I will NOT rent from the Carlsbad NM branch ever again. They were NOT honest!

My main problem with enterprise is, my husband will reserve a specific vehicle, and every single time he goes in to pick it up, they say they dont have it.... not only that, but he only has the option to upgrade and pay the difference. Whats the point of a reservation then?? Last time they pulled that, we accepted the upgrade, but refused to pay the difference. We paid the price in which we reserved. We will be picking up another vehicle in a couple weeks....hopefully they have resolved these issues by then, or they can have Something Remotely close to what we have reserved.

Made a reservation a month in advance, called to confirm the day before, and then when we went to pick up the vehicle they didnt have anything available. We had to rearrange all of our plans. Not happy!!!! I wish there was another place here to use because I would not recommend this place! What is a reservation for if they arent going to have the vehicle you reserved!

My experience was wonderful my truck broke on me 900 miles away from home had to get to work kim had a car ready for me quickly .The ladies was real nice and very helpful .i brought the rental back then next day and they even dropped me off to the shop to pick up my truck .Did i mention Kim is so beautiful lawdddd I might just break my truck on purpose just to go rent another car so i could see her face sooooo beautiful

This Carlsbad branch is the BEST OF THE BEST!!!! Tony and Sabrina went over ans beyond my request ! They made me and my lil family feel so welcomed like weve known eachother fpr years! Tony was amazing and kept me up tp date with cars. Sabrina waa kind enough to pick me up for my rental. This staff is truly amazing and deserve a raise! The branch manager should be ao proud of the staff they have because they are truly a force to ne reckoned with! Thank you guys for everything and your hardwork! This family visit wouldnt have been as fun without a car and im so happy you guys made it happen! God bless.

Horrible customer service!!! Rude manager! Worth going to Roswell just to avoid the glares and bad energy. Doesnt matter if your car is totaled, if your mom is dying in the hospital and you have to get to them, they do not care at all and thats not customer service.

Worst experience ever. Gave my 48 hour plus notice as well as called ahead the day of my pick up. Nothing was ready for me and had to get a friend to pick me up and schedule for pick up later. Will see what happens. If they dont honor my reservation I will be without a vehicle for 5 days

Definitely the worst that can exist, they left us lying without a car and we lost the hotel and paid. They damaged our vacations, a lot of lack of information and seriousness we care about the client as such only the money. I never return there.
