Quick and easy rental. Nice clean new van. Cool tech used to expedite rental and return. Very fair prices.

Easy enough to get a unit. Place is clean and the hours seem decent enough, but the management is vindictive. They will lie and hype up interactions to justify the punishments they dish out. They abuse power and talk down if they think you may have done something wrong. They will turn your entry card off to inconvenience you just to force you to come in the office during the hours that theyre available. Its a tactic used far too liberally. Expect fees added and rates increasingar. I have rented from 6-7 different storage facilities/companies and have never had such an awful experience.

Always clean, the employees are nice and get you everything you need quickly.

Overall always stocked with everything from vehicles to boxes and moving supplies. Costumer service needs improvement people behind register need education on how to treat their customers better.

I have booked many trucks at this location. The people that work here have been very nice and understanding.

They have been a good storage facility for us for years.

I am so happy to have found the folks at the U-Haul storage facility on Paseo Del Norte. I am interested to completely full large units there with my precious possessions, and I know I am in really good hands there. Everybody has been warm and helpful and pleasant. The service is excellent because their people are excellent.

Just spent an hour trying to get a hold of anyone to speak with about moving supplies. Called here, called Oside & called Esco Uhaul storage centers, all during business hours and no one would answer their phones. Website also appears to be unresponsive- cant order supplies there either ( which is why i called ) Maybe this company should spend less of their budget on endless info-mercials & focus on basic customer service.

They have excellent customer service and affordable van rentals.I had a couple of glitches but everything was taken care of.The boxes they have worked out great even if they have a bit of a musty smell.I definitely recommend this location.

Great customer service, clean location and well lite. I had no problems with them, very knowledge staff, they will go the extra mile for you. I have use Oceanside at the time, so I can let you know Carlsbad is where it’s at.

The manager at this location is beyond dedicated. It’s evident she cares about the clients’ experience. Also I witnessed some amazing customer services skills making my experiences easy and flawless every time!

Extremely efficient. My only complaint is the odometer had more on it than the paperwork said, and I was a mile down the road before I realized it. So I paid a few extra bucks for someone elses mileage. Partly my fault for not going back. Overall, they do a good job here.

Place blows and the counter person was rude. They want way too much information just to rent a storage locker. At least two different phone numbers, then they want another person as a contact that does not live with you. Im renting a storage shed, I shouldnt have to feel like Im dealing with the FBI.

Friendly staff and a good selection of boxes. They backed up their return policy. We purchased boxes at another U HAUL location and this location took those back as well.

The staff is polite and helpful. The rental units are well kept and easy to access. The rental vehicles are in good condition and maintained.

Convenient location close to the 5 Fwy. Not very much parking but its a small storage facility !

Most pissy woman Ive ever dealt with. I brought a receipt to return boxes and she said because it was a carbon receipt instead of a full sheet, she couldnt do the return. Like IM the idiot. I dont even care about my $20, I just dont want to be wasteful. So now I can throw these in a landfill or drive 50 miles (and waste gas) to hopefully return them at the original location... What a joke.

I went there to purchase a wardrobe box but they had a bunch of used boxes out front for free, so, yeah great price plus they were nice!

Needs a bathroom on site, seriously bad deal without one. People who work there are great.

Im not very happy how the lady that was running this location treated me over the phone and how she treated my employees Im not very happy at all.

I have moved from coast to coast with the military and never had so many issues with a moving company.The carlsbad location was not helpful. Coonfused about booking. My UBOXES experience has been a nightmare! Placed the ordered on line and have spent numerous hours on the phone to resolve issues. I will not use uhaul again and will tell everyone I see about my horrible experience.

Do not rent from this Facility. They are rude and dishonest. I brought back my truck with the same amount of gas as it had when I rented it. I was charged double what I should have been charged. So ya is a very rude manager.

This place was okay only because we survived coming out of the parking space that they had which was really tight.

Totally disappointed when we tried to turn in our uhaul van and they refused to take it, said they were TOO FULL to accept any vehicles then.

Phone does not work. Tried to call. It connects but there is no one not the other side.
