I had a great pedicure here a few months ago. I decided to make an apt for a pedicure and dip manicure so I could get the same lady who did my first pedicure. Unfortunately, they did not give me the same lady as I requested when I made my apt. The lady who did my dip completely botched them. She made them so short that my fingertips are now red and sore. The manager came over and assured me I wouldn’t have pain “after a week” and they would grow back. She blamed “the lighting”. In the end, they had to file down the dip powder further weakening my nails, and applied gel on top, which was not what I asked for. Most of my fingers are now sore because of how aggressively and short she filed them. I was not going to write a negative review, but they argued with me over paying full price for the manicure which I refused.ETA: 2 customers had masks sagging below their noses. No one said a word.

My new go to salon! They were very friendly and did a wonderful job in a timely manner. I recommend making an appointment on weekends as they get a lot of walk-ins since they are on a busy street.

The pedicures are fine, but the service is atrocious. Not only do appointments mean nothing, but even when you call and ask for CURRENT availability they say ok, come in now. I was there in 3 minutes after calling, place was full, no one helped me. This has happened 4 times, so Im done. Plenty of other nail places in the village that honor appointments or at least give accurate info over the phone.

They are very detail orientated! Loved my nails

My girlfriend and I walked in and were seated immediately for two spa pedicures. They came with a massage and callus removal, and by the end my feet felt pretty good. Ill come back when Im in Carlsbad again.

Horrible service and long wait. The staff dont even acknowledge you...wanted gel paint but wasnt even asked just slopped on regular polish then just left me sitting there..finally has to ask someone if I was done and if I could pay. Will never come back.

They took my husband and I in last minute at 5:45pm on a Friday. Super friendly, accommodating and my nails are gorgeous!

Great service, great nail color selection, and very friendly staff! I asked for gel with a tip and Miss Tina did just that for me and did the most incredible job! She took her time and I have never had such perfect nails. Will definitely being going back!

Amazing service! I went in to get my nails fixed from another salon and she not only said she can do French tip but made it look amazing and natural! And did the size and everything I wanted! Will be coming back for my fill in a few weeks!

Super friendly and do a great job. My 7 year old daughter and I go here for our special mommy daughter days. Some nail places are just plain rude to kids because the price is less. This place always makes me feel welcome. And they do adorable matching designs for our toes.

Best nail salon in the area. My pedicures always last a month or more. The upgrade options are very reasonable and I love the scrub and massages. Everyone is so friendly. I recommend an appointment on the weekends as they get very busy.

Went here with fiance and had a sub par experience. There were 3 girls in total working on me and him, but one in particular was SUPER rude. The other lady said her name was Carolina, not sure about that. She was super upset when I asked if I could please use the bathroom, she rolled her eyes in absolute disgust and was super mean after that. I have never felt so disrespected in my life in ANY nail salon ever. But that woman ruined it for me and its pretty upsetting. I will never return back ever again and I hope others dont encounter the same experience I did. I respect and love every culture and every single person but to be treated with such disgust is very disappointing and saddening. Thats all

I got a fill, $30. Tammy was super nice and was patient when I took forever to chose a color (X-mas vs No X-mas lol) The fill was one of the best I’ve had and I’d recommend.

Great ladies that work here! They have different pedicure levels that you can choose from, love the european with the sea salt. Makes my feet feel so BUTTERY SOFT and CLEAN! They have a good selection of gel colors: cant go wrong with baby pink.Prices are VERY affordable for it being in the village and by the beach. Usually in and out but sometimes theres a wait. Great service and awesome ladies that work here! :) i never leave here unhappy.

Love this place very nice staff and did a great job

I got a decent Mani/pedi, but it was very chaotic and disorganized while I was there. My Fiancee had it much worse. Her manicurist was obviously sick and coughed with her mouth uncovered for most of it, then put a mask on. The same girl did a poor job on the gel.

I love all the girls in there . They are friendly ,fun and always try to accommodate.
