The drivers do not attempt to contact via telecom, instead they put not deliverable... and they were 15 min. late. You cant talk to customer service to get the managers name, they dont offer to dispatch a message to driver. to attempt again, Bad customer service and lazy driver.

We had the nicest, most efficient and knowledgeable person helping us yesterday. Next time were in there, well get their name so we can make sure they get the kudos they deserve in a subsequent review. Actually, after reading most of the reviews others have already posted, I see that this kind of employee is not unusual to find at this FedEx shipping center on Faraday, but believe me, it was remarkable to us. We recommend this place very highly. Being treated so nicely really made our day.

Next day or 2 day packages never once arrived and I’ve had to pick up from this facility each time. Drivers lie about attempted deliveries that never happened.

This is not a UPS experience. Be prepared to have everything you need ready, packed and ready to drop off. And no greeting when you arrive. Straight business.

They lack drive to help the right way

Twice this week a package was not delivered. Twice it said they attempted to deliver it saying nobody was in our store. Twice that was a lie. Ive been receiving FedEx packages at this location for over 20 years.The first non delivery there were three of us working at that time and the second non delivery there were two of us here. It is very visible to see in my store that we are inside. I dont know who this new driver is but I hope that someone at Fed Ex reads this and he/she gets disciplined.

I had to pick up a package the other day because the ship are made in error. I had never been to the FedEx main location. Their staff was courteous and efficient. They sound my package quickly and I was on my way!

I have 3 things to say: everyone there was incredibly friendly and polite, Wendie was exceptional in helping us with an odd shipment, and I would go back in a heartbeat.

I had a rough time dealing with FedEx until the package finally arrived at this facility. The packages arrived in a can that morning and weren’t expected to be delivered until the next day. I needed them by noon, and the employees there literally poured through the container looking for the packages and when they finally found them, it was apparent just how hard they had worked from the sweaty, grateful hug.I wouldn’t recommend having to go through this, but they really went above and beyond to help me deliver the packages in time and I am extremely grateful!

EVERYONE at this center is incredibly nice. If you have a lost package, theyll do all THEY can do, they are just employees, not miracle workers. CALL the support center. These guys are quick and efficient and very friendly. I would hate to be them having to deal with the dummys who walk in with unpacked items, and not a clue how to ship... but they do. Gotta love them for their patience.People, go online and do your labels and shipping BEFORE you walk up to that counter. Learn how to properly pack your items with videos online.Youll save yourself trouble, and youll save us from having to wait behind you. IF youre using a computer to read this, or post bad remarks, you SHOULD be able to assist yourself using readily available online tools. DO IT.... PLEASE... :-)

Good gracious. For to different occasions I paid $70 for overnight delivery on a Saturday for morning delivery and both time was late. Damn!!! I should have just paid for regular shipping or afternoon delivery. I cant believe I wasted $70 twice, thats $140 for a service I didnt get.

The staff here is better than any office location I have ever been to. They are really nice and always helpful. This is an actual hub and I ship with them almost every day. Ive never had an issue with any packages. Im assuming the bad reviews are from missing packages through fedex and not because of this specific location....

Ive had nothing but good experiences with this FedEx location. All the shipping clerks there are friendly and helpful. Especially one guy, I forget his name. Hes always super nice.

Ive had a package sitting there for 3 days, just a few miles from my house and they refuse to deliver it because the due date has not come. I have never seen anything so dumb. UPS would never do that. They also would not let me pick it up either.

I shipped a package from San Francisco to my home. Instead of delivering that package to my home, it was delivered to Taylor Made Golf. Everyone at FedEx agrees there is nothing on the shipping label to deliver there. The miss delivery was discovered on Wednesday and reported. All day Thursday went by and I went to the distribution center. Everyone agreed it was a very big mistake and everything would be done to retrieve the package. The manager called me late Friday afternoon to say that he had finally dispatched a driver to pick up the package. Still no resolution. Saturday morning I went to the delivery center with no package. I was told that the package was at Taylor made but I would have to wait until at least Monday to get a resolution. I have lost all faith in FedEx.

When shipment requires signature, there should be a more exact delivery window rather than all day. Also, in prior years, missed package was taken to FedEx office in same city, not back to delivery center 18 miles away. Phone rep useless, only repeating robotic line, sorry for inconvenience. This is very SORRY service all right and the best advertisement for other carriers.

Ive been tracking and waiting for my package. I stayed home, because I wanted to make sure I get it before I went to school. I kept checking the tracking number online every five minutes or so. I saw it was out for delivery, but then it gave me a message saying delivery exception. The Fedex employee never even attempted to deliver the package, just stuck a slip right on our door. WITH BOTH MY AND MY HUSBANDS CAR IN THE DRIVEWAY!

Since moving into my current gated apartment, I have had all 5 packages from FedEx returned to the Carlsbad facility. I talked to one driver and he said that if he drives up to the gate and it is closed that he leaves and tries to drive by later to see if the gate is opened....... Hello! That is the purpose of living in a gated community...so that it remains secure from just anyone coming in. The USPS carrier comes in every day. UPS drivers have no problems getting in. Amazon packages always make there destination on to this property. Even water delivery companies like Sparklett deliver water to my neighbors. So, why is it that ONLY ONE courier service is too incompetent to deliver packages onto this property??? I have talked to the facility multiple times, I have put special instructions to call with my cell phone number. Why is it that a NATIONWIDE MILLION DOLLAR company cant get it to work? Is it because they low-ball the other courier services to get contracts with big companies that use free shipping and they skim on their quality of service as well?!?!? Can someone please help these people out while I drive 45 minutes to pickup my freeshipped but not yet delivered package.

Folks who work here are extremely helpful and fast.

This is by far my favorite FedEx location. I ship a lot as part of my job and usually have my 3 year old with me. The staff is always incredibly helpful and has taken the time to get to know us as weve been so often. One particular employee, Mr. Fish as my son calls him, is one of the biggest highlights for us. He always calls my son by name, asks about his toy of the day, and has even gotten down on the ground and played with my him for a minute when we were the only customers. Weve moved father away from this location, but I try to make the drive over if we can manage it. The people working there are worth the extra miles.

Everyone is very friendly and its the latest drop off site in the area for FedEx Ground packages.

Really ticked off right now. I have fragile animals coming that were guaranteed to be delivered by 10:30 a.m. Its now 2:00 p.m. The Carlsbad Center told us an 1.5 hours ago that the animals were on a truck for the 20 minute trip, and they still arent here. FedEx has been entirely non-responsive and unhelpful!

I had a snake shipped to this location because they can hold live animal shipments so they dont sit in a hot truck all day waiting to get delivered. I was treated quickly by a friendly fedex employee. He noticed that it was a live animal in the box and informed me how fedex can put in a claim if the animal did not survive the shipment so I checked and everything was good! I had a great experience here!

My packages always leave Carlsbad FedEx Facility around 9 - 10 AM and they never arrive at my front door. Medicines, Shirts, recording equipment, you name it. It never arrives whatsoever. I have called FedEx Customer service and all they can say is: If its not at your front door or porch then check your leasing office but they never investigate or look into it whatsoever. Someone needs to do something about this and urgently! Very unsatisfied with FedEx because thanks to their terrible delivery services I wont have my package in time for Christmas.

Saturday hours are 10am-5pm not what google says. Also Fed Ex employee at the store told me the three separate notes on our door were for the same package even though they had three separate tracking numbers and we had confirmation that the packages were at their location. We called FedEx office and even confirmed the boxes were at that location. The Employee at the store was adamant that we only had one package.

This facility is AWFUL!!! Several Walmart orders I have purchased go through Fed Ex, EVERY SINGLE time Fed Ex messes it up. They cant find the address, UPS and USPS can find it just fine. Fed Ex cannot, then they make promises of the driver returning the same day to deliver it, after they call me, but that does not happen. The worst part is this, you can put the address of the facility (2495 Faraday Ave) in and the address of the recipient (which is on El Camino Real) in Google maps, THEY ARE NOT EVEN A MILE APART!!! Seriously .6 of a mile between the two and they cannot deliver the packages for days because the driver cant find the home. AVOID THIS FACILITY AT ALL COSTS!!!

Your FedEx drivers need to stop speeding in our commercial parking lot. Its not a race track. There are people walking here. Were are at the Carlsbad Commerce Center on Faraday.
