I cant begin to describe how wonderful Sonos Carlsbad is. windy the manager and her assistant Fidel are absolutely five star theyre the most wonderful people Ive ever seen their service and taking care of their customer 100% perfect they are so fast and accomplishing what you need I could not believe it other places they said take three four weeks 5 weeks and they accomplished everything through faxes and phone calls and put urgent calls and they made things happen I love them they are the best that I recommend everyone now waste your time and going looking for her and elsewhere come to Sonos to windy and Fidel

Complete garbage. My wife had an appointment at 1:15, it took 30 minutes to see someone then said we were late for our appointment. Once see saw the Professional she said that the appointment will for a hearing aid function test even though we were there for 3 different hearing tests. The Professional then said that there were wax in the hearing device yet said that the hearing aid was hard not 10 minutes before that. The Professional had no idea what she was doing nor did she know how to read an authorization letter and referral.

A great hearing place to get your hearing checked or get new hearing aids or have your hearing aids tubes changed when they need to be changed.

This is a great place and they are there for you. So glad we found them.
