The doctor was very polite and courteous. My hearing test was not stressful and the information from the hearing test helped me get a VA appointment for a more indepth hearing test.

Needed to exchange wax filters which had been provided to me at no extra charge. Was in and out in less than a minute.

Good results thus far. Havent had a chance to test them in a crowded space yet. Thanks for checking.

Hearing aid specialist, Ms Amanda was very professional and took time to help us out. Receptionist, Ms Christine was helpful and pleasant. They use good devices made by Oticon.
