We had a problem with a watch we purchased several years ago from another Jeweler. The Parker representatives spent a great deal of time explaining the best way to resolve our problem.. We didnt feel rushed, in fact we felt important. This is a classy business!

I recently had a bad experience with a “best of” jeweler in Camp Hill that not only ruined my custom design, but left me searching for someone new to work with to get my leftover diamonds from my grandmother’s engagement ring reset into a ring. I was SO happy to find Parker’s! So incredibly upbeat, super happy to help, professional, HONEST, very very REASONABLY priced, and they did a fantastic job! I swear I’ll never go anywhere else.

Love Parker Jewelers! I cannot recommend them enough! I was able to get my dream, custom engagement ring and wedding band, which Josh helped us design. They were wonderful to work with throughout the whole process leading up to our wedding. I love that they are a small family business that really focuses on providing what their customers want, not trying to pressure them into buying anything else.

My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Josh and Katrina to design my engagement ring. We went into the shop where Katrina showed us some of the options they had, and then we nailed down the specifics of the ring to what I liked. Josh then sat down with us for 2 hours on a Saturday to explain the 4 C’s of diamonds, insuring the ring, our budget, and what exactly we were buying so we were all on the same page. Then Josh and Katrina went to a diamond show to pick out our diamond because of the way the inclusions can be different in oval diamonds. They then brought 3 diamonds back for us to specifically pick the one we liked.From there, they created rings on a computer program that we were able to see, make changes to, and ultimately choose. Then they even set all of the diamonds in the shop themselves.I couldn’t be happier with the service we received and the final product of my engagement ring! Parker’s truly has the best interest of the customer in mind and we are so excited to work with them on our wedding bands and jewelry in the future! Thank you, Josh and Katrina, so much for the beautiful work you did for us! We recommend them to everyone who is looking for jewelry, but specifically for an engagement ring of your dreams! 💍❤️

Both my wife and I bought our wedding rings here. We both wanted something very specific, and this was the only place we were able to find what we were looking for. The selection is not extensive, but what they have is great. Plus, the staff are incredibly nice; they basically knew us personally from the first day we came in. The prices are reasonable also, and the location is pretty convenient. Would highly recommend this place!
