I don’t recommend. If they no longer carry the model of jewelry you have, they won’t fix it. Despite the lifetime warranty. What a joke. My chain broke on my favorite necklace and they said they couldn’t help us. Why get the lifetime warranty then? Also what does carrying the model have to do with chain?! This isn’t the first time Kay’s screwed me over. I’m done with it. Will be finding a new, reliable jewelry store from here on out.

My boyfriend bought me a pair of earrings for my birthday,during the pandemic so he ordered them online. They got sent to me damaged,missing a diamond. I take it in to either get fixed or replaced. The lady at the counter took care of everything. I go to pick up my replacement earrings to find out that she kept my earrings and I needed them to do an even exchange for them! She told me she would keep them so we can do even exchange and then changed her story today when her boss was there when I came to pick them up. Currently waiting on camera footage to show I never recieved them back before I left the store. Worst experience ever!!!

I walked in there today and everyone greeted me with a smile. I needed an adjustment for my ring and JANA was very nice and helpful. I was very satisfied with the service i got. I will definitely be back again.

Very friendly and welcoming experience. Very glad to have gone there for our wedding rings. The location is clean and very nice looking.

Annoyed that I took a necklace in to be fixed which I was told it needed sent out for and it would take 2 weeks. After 14 days I call the store to find out whats going on and Im told someone should have called me because I had the jewelry replacement plan and the necklace should have just been swapped out. So I go in today because Im told I can stop by and pick it up quick. I wait over a half an hour for no one to know how to ring up my jewelry replacement plan. I wont be back at this location again.

Its a quaint store, has a mom and pop feel with modern style twist to the interior, theres always a place to sit and relax if staff members are busy with other guests. Endless options for the perfect ring. If they dont have something the staff will order it in. If u have patients to wait this is always a good option, at most for them to get something in is 20% and u are never obligated to buy what you order in. Staff is friendly and patient with there motto Were all about customer care They go above and beyond to make customers happy.

Extremely disappointed. My ring was bought back in February 2019 and the band already broke. Called in and they are not willing to pay to fix it. With it only being 5 months old they should at least cover up to 6 months. Definitely never buying jewelry for Kay’s again!

Went in to have my rings cleaned and Angel noticed one of the stones was missing from my mothers ring. We discussed having the stone replaced and discussed a possible estimate.She finished cleaning my wedding rings.Thank you Angel for catching the missing stone and for being so pleasant and helpful.As I said before I left, you have a lifetime customer!!!

Attitude! But from what I understand there is new people but one may still be there. As far as store well I shop around $ price matters.

Everything was great until I had to have my husbands wedding band resized for the second time. They had the ring for a month and never told me that instead of resizing it they were going to put spacers balls in the band. I didnt find out until I picked up the ring and they told me they were not able to make it smaller and they always feel terrible when they have to put the bumps in the ring. This is a ring he is supposed to wear ALL the time!! Not just a regular piece of jewelry you wear for special occasions!! I am so disappointed with the results and lack of communication.

Hours said open till 9, showed up at 8 and they were closed!
