TCC Verizon has been my place to go for service, new phones, etc. on both my business (Sterling Property Management, Inc.) and personal account. I won’t go to any other store. Alex and Ray are always quick to keep the business account up to date to make sure we are getting the best bang for our buck. The entire crew there is one of a kind. Alex, Ray, Lou, Scott. Lou is AMAZING! My fiance and I stopped into this location after we had been to another Verizon store in the area (the other store was not helpful or friendly). Lou helped answer all of our questions and made us feel comfortable with the choices we were making regarding a new plan and upgraded phones! We were trying to purchase new phones and switch carriers. I made 3 trips to this store and worked with 3 different people and they all acted like we were a bother. Didnt want to do there jobs. No smiles, made you feel like you were stupid when asking questions. I would not recommend this store.

Wow! I cant speak highly enough about this place. I upgraded my phone, and they handled the entire data transfer process on the spot. It took a while but it was worth the wait, AND they made sure to check that I was getting the best deal. I walked in to Verizon on 10/25/2020 in a hairy situation that my phone was getting shut off in 2 days. I needed to go on my own phone line. Walking in, I assumed I was going to keep the same 2 year old phone I originally had with sprint (IPhone XR). I was greeted by Louis and he had given me an option where I could keep the same phone and add a line. He then found out I had sprint and had to switch over which made me eligible for great discounts (switching lines and phone trade in). I walked out of sprint with an awesome rate for a monthly bill and a brand new phone fully paid off with an awesome screen protector and phone case as well. We ran into some difficulty on my end with needing sprint info that I couldn’t retrieve. He helped me as much as he could to his professional capability. After retrieving the information, Louis made it possible I could keep the same phone number which made my life so much easier. I have had plenty of experiences buying phones thru Sprint previously, however my experience with Verizon and Louis was the absolute best experience! Even better I could watch the Steelers continue their undefeated reign right in the store ;) Thank you Louis and Verizon for this truly wonderful experience!!

I am so PLEASED with the service we received at this location and especially want to sing the praises of LOU who from his first “Hello” was extraordinarily kind, friendly and professional!!! Lou did an EXCELLENT job from start to finish and always with a smile! We traded in two phones for two new ones recently and through every step of the process he was there to explain everything and answer all our questions. He is very knowledgeable about the products there as well as the services and he explained everything so we could easily understand. There were some billing credits that didn’t go through on my account right away and every time I’d call to see if things had been corrected yet, Lou would immediately offer to call and get an update for me so I didn’t have to. As someone with little time to spare during my work day, this meant so much to me....he was very considerate and kind every single time. He would also call back as promised (a man of his word!) and kept me posted on everything that was taking place. In just a short time he had resolved everything, my credits were applied and I couldn’t be happier with the phones and the service we received!!! I’ve been to other Verizon locations over the years and this one by far surpasses them in the QUALITY of service delivered by the great team that works there. They genuinely care about their customers and that’s so hard to find these days. Even when I stopped back to turn in my old phone a week later, and Lou was with another customer, one of his colleagues was immediately happily assisting me until Lou was free! I so appreciated the way they respected me and my time. I will be telling everyone about my great experience at this location.So thanks from the bottom of my heart to Lou and the great team there. You guys are all doing AWESOME work.Lou, you hit it out of the park and I believe you are a gem!! A million thanks!!!

TCC Carlisle (Verizon) is THE BEST Verizon dealer in Carlisle. Scott and all the guys at the store are so incredibly helpful and willing to listen. They answered all of my questions, no matter how dumb they might have been. They had great personalities, offered suggestions, but went with whatever I chose. I would never go to the factory store again. This place is too notch!!!

These guys are awesome! I upgraded to a new phone about a week ago and they totally set it up for me with no problems, and everything was able to be transferred (no lost pictures, contacts, etc.) In the past I have been to different stores and have had problems getting all of my stuff transferred to a new phone. Definitely go to these guys if you want to get a new phone or if you have an upgrade coming up!

Stopped in last year to have mine and my boyfriends phones upgraded and Alex helped us! Very friendly, very helpful, and very knowledgeable on the products he sells!!! He switched over all of my contacts, photos, and apps for me without even asking!! Even helped entertain my antsy toddler while doing so. What a life saver! (I’m not very tech savvy). Verizon can be a little pricey compared to other carries, but employees like Alex make it worth it! Definitely keeping our business! Ive been updating here once a year and Alex and Ray are always amazing!!!
