The guys came to clean my chimney. They were so nice and polite. Very efficient. I would recall them.

Guys came. Checked it out. Did an inspection. Respectful. Will be getting a quote soon on a liner for the chimney. Though I probably wont go that route for a few years.

I am here to let anyone trying to deal with this company not too. I called them for a simple quote on a chimney cleaning for a property that I was purchasing. The lady who answered my call was extremely rude and disrespectful and went on a rant about how I shouldn’t buy the property and that I should not trust my home inspectors or the Va that my chimney was safe. I never got a quote. I never even got to finish a sentence. It got to the point where the lady on the other end told me “GOOD NIGHT”, hung up the phone, and ignored my calls from there on out.I even tried to email them about the incident and was emailed back “thanks for the update”Respect as a person doesn’t seem to be a priority with this company. Go somewhere else and save the headache.

The crew that came out to my house was top notch! They were friendly, professional, hard-working, and respectful. I cant say enough good things about the crew. I would strongly suggest with this company that if you need additional work like we did (needed to have an old liner removed) that you get the labor charge broken out on the estimate (hours and charge per hour). We had a little problem regarding that with the owner, but it was resolved and I think this is just good advice for both sides, right?Overall, I would highly recommend just for the level of workmanship done by the crew.

These people are crooks! Said they must have $300 in cash for them to show up, was at the for only 5 minutes refused to give me a receipt. Now they are harassing my grandma saying they didnt get paid. They have camped out in front of the house trying to stong arm my grandma but leave as soon as they see me. They are constantly calling my grandma and threatening her. Do not call these people at all!

This company has done work for us in the past and they seemed fine, however we had our chimney cleaned several weeks ago and needed to have the screen around the chimney replaced. I scheduled an appointment 5 days ago to have this taken care of. They showed up and said they were told that they were here to inspect the cleaning and had no screens on the truck to do the repair. We were told that the owner of the company would contact us? It’s been 5 days and not one word!!! Not to mention that the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude!! I could’ve overlooked that but given the circumstances I would NOT recommend this company!! Not reliable if you really need the work done!!!!
