Melinda setup my appointment and she was the one who gave me my haircut. Friendly and good conversation. I will ask for her next visit.Washed and cut and I liked the style afterwards.

My hair looked okay at first! Then I noticed extreme thinning, which has NEVER happened after getting highlights (I go every 4 months). My friend also got her hair colored here, later realizing her hair was thinning too and coming out in her hairbrush. My hair is so damaged that I will have to go back to my natural color. I am very disappointed.

Great hair cut for my 9 year old daughter. The stylist listened to what she wanted, asked questions and gave her a super cute cut. You cant beat the price. We were super happy.

The stylist was very nice and friendly. She gave me some advice that was useful. Just did not like my hair cut afterwards. My husband stated one side was longer then the other, etc. How can you cut hair correctly while one has to wear a mask.

Had a fantastic experience at Holiday Hair on Spring Garden Street in Carlisle today. Eileen was absolutely amazing. I brought my elderly mother in, who had been recently hospitalized to get her hair and eyebrows done. Eileen was extremely helpful in selecting a cut that would make my mom look and feel good. She was very patient in addressing my moms anxieties throughout, and was a real joy to work with. She also did a lovely cut for me and took the time to blow dry my very long hair. Thank you so very much, Eileen! We will be back!

Chris at the carlisle store is the best I travel from Lancaster to have my hair done by her only she knows what I like she’s an awesome person professional fun to talk with I can’t say enough about her thank you Chris. I need you only to take care of me Chris.

I went in not knowing what I really wanted to do with my hair. I told my hair stylist to do what she thought would look best. She did a great job and I am really liking my hair cut!

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, Holiday Hair requires an appointment be made now (no walk-ins at this time.) I made an appointment for both my daughter and I to get a haircut 💇 and highlights. I made sure I told them on the phone that my daughter’s hair was very long (so they’d be sure to schedule enough time.) We arrived on time & were taken inside (as waiting space is outside at this time) within a couple minutes. Both hairdressers took the time to make sure they knew what we each wanted before starting. They were very pleasant and professional, and our hair turned out wonderfully! Just how we wanted it! The salon was clean, they were careful to disinfect between customers, and moved efficiently. Definitely recommend!

She was very nice and all but I wanted black and they didnt listen so they gave me red highlights. That look more orange than red. But Its ok

I am a fair person who gives people breaks but.. this one is bad. I had a stylist cut my hair without checking the texture of my hair. She took me back to the shampoo bowl without first looking at my hair to see if the photo I brought in was a good fit for me. It looks like someone blindfolded themselves and started cutting.Every cut stands out like a sore thumb. I should know never to cut my hair. We both missed it..

Wish I could give it no stars. Took my one year old there to get his hair a trim yesterday. Just a little of to get it out of his eyes. The stylist did a total hack job. Still made me pay for it. I paid to have my childs hair destroyed. Thanks

I went in with my daughter..3 people working , only one cutting hair..my daughter got waited on and the one cutting finished her customers.my name was never added because the girl at desk was to busy gossiping instead of waiting on customers..two other people came in and were waited on..a 4th girl cutting hair came in..I have been waiting now about 20 minutes..girl came up to desk and I asked why I wasnt called and she said I never added you..I flipped out..I will never go there or recommend them to anyone..wasted my time there..no wonder they cant keep stylist..new people everytime you go in..horrible customer service..customers should be first concern

Terrible experience. My wife, her sister and her mother went there but had a bad experience with a lady with blonde hair. She does not respect and start yelling. Need a coaching how to treat customer. I would never go there again.

Charge for haircut went up and no coupons.

I always go to Dawnya. Shes a great stylists.

The stylist talked and looked around the whole time, only to turn back occasionally and cut off some hair. Needless to say the whole thing is uneven and my scalp feels liked it was raked by the comb.

Walked in and was taken right away I have never had the same person cut my hair twice at the location however Im not super pleased with my haircuts but being a male going to a salon I think a little bit gets lost in the confusion not that they do a bad job per say I just think from now on I will go to a barber rather than the salon
