So I do not have enough room honestly, I have dealt with Jason the most but also Nate they have ALWAYS steered me in the right direction Tires, Hood, Soft top, Off road doors, winch, ect the list goes on. The staff to include the warehouse associates and mechanics are all very knowledgeable and proud of thier work and it shows. They will help you save money or just get you what you want as long as its not wasting your money or incompatible, these guys are amazing and I will always deal with them. I ordered parts that specifically said ready to ship. Checked the next day online, no record of my order. Called, waited 1 HOUR on hold. I got should ship today, may see it in a day or 2. I explained I need these parts next day. Should and Maybe again. the excuses are over. Its time to get everyone back to work. Or dont claim do be something you are not. Last time we do business

Dont shop here. i ordered 4 shocks for my 4unner in March of 2021, now its July, I received 3 of the 4 shocks, I call today and they say all 4 have shipped, then they say they will credit me back for the shock i didnt receive since the order is closed and now they dont have them in stock. Would not recommend to anyone. Plus the hold times are insane, no email support replies and they like to shuffle you around to different departments for zero reason.

Ordered tires they took money and tires never shipped they were out of stock and it didnt say that when I ordered them. 2 months I canceled my order and got my money back. Ordered same exact tires from Walmart.com and got them in a week. I will never shop from 4wheelparts again.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Guy made me wait on the phone for about an hour and still never picked up. The online process along with the workers have bad attitudes and do not want to help. I do not recommend.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I have never experienced an online purchase like this. I ordered a wheel replacement 3 1/2 weeks ago and still did not receive it. I have been on the phone for a total of 2 hours 4 different calls made and STILL have yet to speak to a representative. The line will hang up after I have been on hold for 30-40 min. I have not received my part and I have not been able to get a refund for the money they already took out of my account because they WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE! I obviously checked on their website before calling and the status of my order just says processing USELESS

I purchased rims and tires online 3 months ago. BFG’s apparently have to be ordered directly from the manufacturer now, which has taken 3 months. However, I was told the rims I ordered were sitting there waiting for my tires. Now the tires finally came in, but apparently they sold the rims, I bought, to someone else. Now I have to wait an additional 2 week, maybe longer, to receive my rims and tires I paid for. At this point I have zero faith I’ll receive anything at all this year. I would love to cancel my order, but don’t know where else to get the set up I want. Oh well, too bad for me I guess. They also never called or emailed me once to tell me about all the delays, I’ve had to contact them EVERY time. They could truly care less, I suppose their time is more valuable than mine...I will never, in my life, order anything from 4wp ever again! Who wants to wait 4 MONTHS for anything!!

I ordered some parts and it took months to receive, I emailed them asking what on earth is taking so long and receives nothing.Heres what makes it even better, they sent me a survey and I gave them extremely low scores and at the end of it it said the survey did not count and was NULL lol what a crock

We had them mount a swing away spare tire carrier on our camper van. Great job, very reasonable price for the service, and they even price-matched the mount. Extremely nice, newish store with tons of cool stuff in stock. The guys seemed knowledgeable and very engaged with the business.

Very disappointed with this place not necessarily this exact store but 4 wheel parts I’ve ordered tires for them 5 or 6 times and tried to order tires today nitto trail grappler mt’s 37/11.50r20 they claim they price match and have a90 day price match guarantee I gave them the price I found and even offered to send them the quote the man I spoke to was really rude and said they would not match the price so I guess they lost my business for life really think they should work on there customer service and not make claims they can’t honor

Given the recent supply chain disruptions, they had suggested an alternative aftermarket item to what I had ordered that was needed during some recent service on my new-to-me truck with a history of a lot of deferred maintenance that I wished for them to help me to immediately complete, as the vehicle had a lot on the schedule. Their service was outstanding, the new parts have performed flawlessly over the subsequent 2,000+ miles in the past 2 weeks, and I intend to come back for some additional upgrades.

Took 40 minutes to return a damaged product and they could not reissue the gift card I used for said purchase they said that could take a week I would have exchanged it but apparently its the only one anywhere

I order a part online and paid for next day deliver been trying to call all the numbers and find out where my part is and they guy at the Carlisle store told me he could only email the place incharge of delivers and let them know i would like to know where my part is and that i should get a call soon i have sent 2 emails myself and still no response its been 5 day after they withdrawled the money out of my account and i still dont have my parts. They have the worst customer service and no one knows what is going on

By far the biggest joke over ever dealt with.. 3 straight days of saying they would call me back about my tires and 3 straight days I had to call them. Each day a different person. After I get these tires I will walk before going through these guys again

Ordered an arb bumper from here and it came scratched down to bare metal. After trying to reach customer service in many different ways, I am writing this review. I requested the touch up paint kit from them so I could fix the damage on the new $1000 plus dollar bumper I ordered from them. I spoke to 3 people at the store who all said they would find out more and call me back. Never received a call back.. I also tried using the contact form on their website. It took me filling it out twice before I finally got a response. Someone asked me for my invoice number which I provided along with pictures of the damage. I have not heard back after 5 days. I got the bumper 10 days ago and still have not gotten anyone to care about the damaged merchandise they provided me with. If you are in the market for anything for your vehicle, steer clear of this company as they do not care about their customers. So disappointed in their awful customer service.

Local 4 Wheel Drive Shop off 81 South at Exit 44 behind Burger King Settled between warehouses. Their shop and store is attached to one of their distribution centers and wholesale office. Store is small with minimal seating for waiting. Burger King, Subway and Sheetz are within walking distance. Install Jobs usually need scheduled ahead of time and minimum jobs are 2 to 3 hours and can be $$$. They Carry a lot of items but only select amount of products can be available in the warehouse. 4 wheel parts (old 4 wheel drive hardware) is owned by Polaris. They also house their own brands like Trail Master, Pro Comp, Rubicon Express/Bilstein, SmittyBuilt, and Poison Spyder. If they dont have something else ask if it can be ordered. Had a 2 level kit installed on my 2019 F-250 with 5k miles a little over a month ago. Noticed the shock extensions were not installed. Was told they were not in the package, they would have to call the manufacturer. Took 2 weeks of me calling back to be told they are not included in the kit. On both sites, 4WParts and Trail Master, they are definitely listed as included. At the same time of level install, the truck had an alignment. The before and after print out were the same measurements. The caster was in the red (out of spec). I highly doubt Ford sent a truck out after being built with 1.1* and 1.2* of caster on a solid axle truck. Now im on another 2 weeks waiting to hear their solution to what they are going to do to make it right. (Caster bushings or radius arm drop brackets). Seems as though after they have your money, you are on your own. I.E. installed my own shocks to compensate for the shock extensions that were not installed......Looks great though....

I dont hate the place. The problem for 2 stars is that it took me 2 hours to mount 1 tire. (Came in around 12.30 and left at 2.30)The staff were very apologetic and friendly and I dont blame them. Most of everyone else was at the Carlisle Truck Nationals.The concept is great but needs proper execution. That is have better trained techs, warehouse personnel and sales.Overall I got a good deal. But wasting 2 hours that day was not good.

Order 4 UTV tires from this business. After two and half weeks it stated they were still processing. Called to cancel my order and it stated there was 30 people in front of me! I waited and hour and it told me there was still 20 people ahead of my call. If you wanna wait a couple weeks for your shipment to come and have terrible customer service order through this place.

I placed an order online for wheels and the website didn’t even say that they were on back order. I waited for 2 weeks and called to find out it was going to be 4 more weeks wait! I finally received them all scratched up. I called them back and it seemed like they could care less! So after not having my wheels all these weeks I have to wait for them to be picked up and will not receive a refund until they get them back!! Worst company ever!!!!! Will never order from them again and will order from Quadratec or Extreme Terrain , they have excellent customer service.

I just bought an ARB bull bar for LX470 from them. My experience was great except one minor thing I did not get the ARB fog lights with the bumper because they were out of stock. They did ship them to me but by that time I got one thru Amazon installed in my truck.The bumper was packed really well with no scratches a small ding on the bull bar but I am ok with that. They also helped me load bumper in my Lexus. It is really heavy so Thank You, will try them out again if they carried more stuff for Land Cruisers.

Not a very happy customer......had a leveling kit put on my Grand Cherokee...1000 miles later I come to find out the tore my front axle boots and just let my TPS wires hanging....now after the snow ball effect I need to replace my two front axles that are worn due to shi#&y install.......thanks for costing me another $1200 guys
