Do not use this garage!! We had my sons truck towed to the garage in February. Apparently there was no rush with working on the truck. He did inform us he was behind and busy so it would be a little bit until he got to it. We were fine with that. We were not fine that it took numerous phone calls and stopping by the garage to get any action and that was in MAY!! Finally “fixed” the truck paid close to $1,000 to leave us sitting on the side of the road twice that weekend. We had to use our AAA to get the truck back to the house. When I called the garage I was informed that I would get a phone call back as to when they could put us on the schedule for a tow back to the garage and be able to fix it. We paid for services that were not completed. In my opinion we should be at the top of the list and not put on a waiting list to get it fixed. I never received that phone call and the truck is now still sitting in my driveway a month later. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I have never been treated like this by any garage. Not only did they not fix the truck but damaged the tailgate and told us they would replace it but still have no tailgate. As soon as we get everything fixed on this truck, it will be the last time we ever use this garage.

I appreciate being treated with respect at R & R. They have never tried to talk me into getting something fixed just to add to the bill. I have been to other garages that think just because I am a woman I have no idea how cars work. Their rates are very reasonable and I have already recommended them to several people.

For a local shop the owner does the best to accommodate fair prices with excellent work. Work was quickly and efficiently done even with waiting for me to get my insurance card the next day it was no problem for the truck to sit overnight. Accomadates for pick ups and drop offs of vehicles and kid friendly waiting area. These Wrench Warriors surely exceed the standard if not set the standard for others to follow.

As a woman, I can take my car to R&R and know that not only is everything going to be addressed in a timely manner, theyre not going to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. These guys care about what they do and they care about their customers. Good business!

I wish i would have had a great experience but definitely didnt. I was given a quote of $762 but when i picked my car up my bill was $1056! The owner did give me $100 back but i needed it to pay for a necessary alignment after the work was done(that i was not informed of til pick up). Continued to have a heavy knocking sound after the alignment to find out a bolt was never connected on my strut replacement. Spent another $42 to complete the work. Not a happy customer.

I found this business through word of mouth from an A.B.A.T.E. biker sister. My A.B.A.T.E. chapter is having an benefit poker run this coming Saturday & I had asked the owner if his business would be willing to donate for door prizes for at the end of the run. He agreed because 1) my understanding, he rides bikes as well & knows all about runs like these and 2) we can help let people know about his business. I, myself, will start bringing my car to R&R for work.
