Staff has always been pretty friendly and knowledgeable, most recently I needed a new battery and they put it on for me right there. Only place I go here in town.

In stock selection is going down hill. They really dont know anything about cars anymore. Better off to just look it up and order online, skip the store all together.

I drive a bit farther to use Auto Zone for my maintenance needs. They are courteous and helpful and never make me feel that Ive asked a dumb question (treat women respectfully and have women on staff).

Folks here put a new battery in my car after I had it towed there. We did have to order my battery, but they had it in within 24 hours (even with the icy weather). Everyone in the shop was super friendly and the swap-out was fast. They also helped me clear the ice off my windshield.

One of the better Auto Zone stores in the area. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely better then the Murphysboro store

Went here to figure out why my new battery wasnt charging. They tested it and came back under 12 volts with the truck on. This determines a faulty alternator. Bought the Duralast gold series alternator with lifetime warranty. Its a great buy at $195.00. Thats with the old one brought back for a $40.00 core rebate. So $195.00 total out the door.

Ive been to autozone several times over the past few days and all of the employees were amazing. The amazing manager was a woman who helped me figure out exactly what was wrong with my car, what what I should do to fix it and what parts the store had available to help me. Today, an employee even offered to help me install a new battery in my car during the pouring rain!

They had the hitch pins in stock for my 2 receiver. Someone thought that they needed mine, more than I did. They never try to balance the cost of the ER visit against a $7.00 part.

A few months ago I was distraught because my vehicle battery died out of nowhere and I had no clue what to do. The staff went above and beyond to help me get my battery replaced not only did they price match a local shop for this battery but they also drove to my apartment to replace it. I don’t know what I would have done without them, I’m new to the area and had absolutely nobody to replace to battery for me and my car was stuck. I highly recommend this location to people hands down one of the best services I’ve received in this area!

We used to love this store, but no longer. The woman who works there is one nasty piece of work. She is very miserable and nasty to both customers and other employees. If you have buy stuff in this store DO NOT DEAL with her, ask for one of the other employees if possible.

They go the extra step to help, if it some things like a bulb,cabin filter, they have you covered and lend tools for the big stuff, plus great knowledgeable staff

AutoZone has some terrific employees at this location. Always ready to give a hand even if its out at your vehicle. I cant tell you how many times Ive come here and gotten exactly what I needed at a fair price and enjoyed positive, friendly and knowledgeable sales associates!

Amazing place

I was absolutely floored by the amazing service my husband and I received this evening from the two gentlemen working. We didnt even have to ask before they came and helped us find the right parts for an 86 VW CabrioletThey also took the time to look up what else we might need in our eventual restoration of the old car.

Great staff got what i needed and the tools to repair my light in the parkinglot.

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Went there to get some armour-all rags to clean the interior of my car..I was planning on doing some work on my car later that weekend and was going to come back and purchase some tools and parts..Anyways waited in line for about 4-5 minutes while there were 3 employees and only 2 customers..not once did they even say be with you in a minute sir or for that matter even acknowledge myself and another gentlemen behind me. Finally I had enough and walked out. I will never step foot in there again.

In the middle of snow storm my wiper blade flew off and broke. I went here because it was the closest place. Bought new wiper blades, and the nice man went outside in the snow storm and put my wiper blades on for me! Super awesome customer service!!

Manager of auto shop in town call for part said that they would be right here and 45min later! Here I had to call them back and they sent the part to another store even after i told them where i was at the first time . this is the last time i order parts from them .

My go to auto part store. Helpful staff, lots of car/truck related products, they loan tools and help with minor stuff like wiper blades etc and they take used motor oil.

AutoZone the helpful place they are good most of the time like any place they sometimes dont have everything but even then they usually know where you can go

The tools have a life time warranty and the guys working the counter knew how to repair vehicles.
