I love i love Tammy and joe they always make sure everything is fixed and always makes sure the surrounding area is safe for everyone they are great ppl and great place to live.

Ive lived here for three years, going on four. Its quiet, havent had any crime issues. Any issue with the trailer has always been promptly taken care of. I enjoy a low rent and it helps me maintain my budget.

Great, well maintained older homes at a reasonable price. I just called them about a toilet, they were here to fix it in 10 minutes. Very friendly people. I highly recommend them.

Kind of a run down trailer park.

The manager and staff are really rude, its ran like a prison, When Covid hit we lost are jobs ran a little low on rent money, so they cut the water off which is wrong anyways had to call land of Lincoln to fix this problem, you cant have nothing outside your place or they come and remove it even if you arent there. Stealing I think that is. I will not ever live here again.thank you

BEWAREthe woman running the place does not accommodate service dogs, dogs who are trained to mitigate peoples crippling disabilities. (im not talking about an emotional support dog, im talking about a $4000 task trained service dog)do not go here if you need an accommodation for a service dog or ESA.

Our A/C went out over the weekend, Tammy and Joe dropped everything to come out and diagnose it. They overnighted our part and gave us a place to stay so we didnt have to stay in a hot house.They will do whatever they can to make sure your home is in proper, working condition. Seems like a quiet place. The trailers are kind of dumpy but they are cheap so what can you expect from that. I know people who ha e lived there for a couple years and never had any issues.

Did a year and a half in here. As most others have stated: Management is a real piece of work if not a joke. Rude would not begin to describe the woman, Tammy. What the others have posted is true. Shell belittle you, talk down to you and burn you anyway she possibly can. Maintenance, if you can call them that, do trash work. When it rains youll need buckets throughout your trailer. We also had to jump over a hole in our bathroom because if you didnt you would fall through the floor. Be prepared and stocked up with rat traps and bug bombs If you decide to live here. Truly, 1 star is too generous for this place.

I wish I could give them 0 stars.A. They told me that I couldnt bring my service dog with me and that they only allowed cats. I tried to explain that she is a PTSD alert dog and she told me no.B. They told me that since my PTSD alert service dog isnt by my side 24/7 that she isnt a real service dog, but more or less an emotional support dog. I proceeded to explain that ESA (emotional support animals) do not have public access rights and do not have protection under the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act.) And that service dogs do have access rights and do have protection under the ADA.C. They told me that if I brought my PTSD alerting service dog that they would find other ways to evict me.They broke the federal law more than once during this encounter.

So these might not be the most beautiful trailers on the outside, but you can do a lot with the interior, and the landlords here are absolutely fantastic with being on top of repairs!You wont find anything better for the price in Carbondale, (trust me I looked everywhere), and its really quiet here.

I was here doing a audit of the place for a company I work for online. My 1st impression of the place was kind of negative. There really wasnt any signage that helped us find how and who to get a hold of if looking for a place to rent here. There is a main sign when you come from the road that is viewable which made it easy to find then the offive doors do have a mini sign with a phone number they have no email or web site that I could find. As far as the apartments themselves well they are trailers, they are all located in a tight knit trailer park with neighbors a arm distant away. From the outside all the trailers looked to be not too old possible 80s and up and there is road parking for them. It is driving distant to parks, stores, and restaurants. There is no bike or walking route and they dont offer any amenities. Overall this place is somewhere I would stay possibly in my younger years but would hope would graduate from later in life.

Heard from one of my employees the trailers arent insulated very well. He had an extremely high power bill

Although Ive never actually rented from this place, so I cant speak to that part of the experience, its not a bad looking trailer park. Ive seen better, but I have seen much, much, worse.

I was a resident there for 2 years and i paid off my rent in advance 1 year at a time. This is by far the WORST PLACE TO LIVE. I have seen homeless people maintain their own belongings better than the landlord Tammy managers her places. She is rude, belittles the tenants, and when repairs are needed they give some excuse as to why they cant fix it till months later. I had to live my last 6 months there with BLACK MOLD in my back room. When i complained they said that they couldnt do anything about it. They even tried withholding my money from me when i over paid on the lease saying i damaged the house because of the mold. But when approached by my lawyer she hastily gave me my money that was over paid. Tammy is a slum lord and is the worst person that should not have a rental property anywhere. If i could i would give this place 0 stars.

Very friendly, and will do anything to help you if you have a problem. Landlords are very down to earth and understanding, and the maintenance workers are quick when it comes to repairs. They also do a great job of notifying renters of any situations that are occurring and I honestly feel safe living here. I once left for a month and a half and forgot to lock my front door and when i came back nothing was out of place and I didnt worry to much about it while I was away because I knew everyone who lived in the park is friendly and neighborly. Also during that time when I wasnt there Tammy and her maintenance staff noticed a problem with my camper, not only did they notify me about it, but they also resolved the problem so it would not cause any damage to my property. If that problem had been left untreated no damage would have came to their property , but mine would have been destroyed, so I cant thank them enough for how much they truly do care. Great place for anyone to live. Please take note that the only people that have left negative reviews are those that did not pass the background check and were frustrated. If anything take those reviews as proof that Tammy runs a very safe place and that it will continue to be safe while you live there.

I rented here from 2007 through 2009 and it was the best place I lived in the Carbondale area. It is safe, quiet, Tammy is a wonderful property manager, maintenance was quick to respond to calls, GREAT price for the square footage and close proximity to the university and local businesses, storage units are available in the park as well as a laundry facility. I really loved it here. Very relaxing and spacious. Too bad prices arent this good in St. Petersburg, Florida where I live now-- haha! I recommend Saluki Homes rentals and Tammy as a great property manager and her husband as an excellent maintenance manager. Thank you both for 2 wonderful years living in a safe community.

In response to Brass Tacks review, everyone has to apply by application to live in our homes. I asked you to please fill out an application a number of times in which you would not do. As far as your fixed income goes, we like to have residents on fixed income, because this is guarantee. You were very argumentative at the time in my office and would not hear me out, Our application fee is $20.00 per adult. I had never called you names, and you continuously over talked me and without communication this was going nowhere. We take pride in our business and for you to trash us was totally unfair. We respect all of our residents and do our very best to provide safe neighborhood. That is why everyone has to have background check when applying to live in any of our homes.

Its affordable but you risk having roaches and the trailer I stayed in had a gas oven.

Great prices and they fix things promptly

We moved in on a rainy day so we didnt get a chance to throughly inspect the damages to our trailor and she didnt discuss to us prior what damages it had. no list. nothing. Personally Im a bit afraid shell deny us our deposit when we move because of these damages we didnt do. Also, we moved in during the middle of the month and charged a full months rent but 14 days later the rent for the next month is due. We have a window in our trailor that wasnt properly seen to, just closed off with staples and plastic. its a no wonder we have ant problems. Our electricity will be sky high for that in the winter. there is water damage in our trailor that hasnt been seen to due to rain that keeps coming in. We are from a small town and rent on average is what we pay for our trailor. Its a college town so yes the rent is more expensive. sometimes quality goes down as rent does. Its really decent for the location and price. The disadvantages just dont outweigh the advantages for us.
