Started job in early Feb 2018 just finished in June 2021 never will use these people again! Windows that were installed were fine but siding falls off, installed wrong, no communication at all hires people with no experience ,drug heads, aliens, one guy said he walked out of casino and they ask him if he wanted to install siding. By far the worse place in my opinion to get siding nothing but a bunch of LIARS!

I would never use Window World again. I ordered windows in November it is March and I still do not have windows installed. You have to put 1/2 of the money down so you are totally at Window Worlds mercy. If they would have told me it would take 5 or 6 month to get windows, I would have gone any where else. DO NOT USE WINDOW WORLD IF YOU EXPECT WINDOWS IN LESS THAN 5 MONTH. Make sure you understand you are at Window World mercy.

The people that put our siding on only used the bare minimum of nails to hold it on. We had a piece come off from the top of the house and it only had 1 nail . We called to tell them and they said that they would have someone call us about it but no one called. I keep calling but its been months and no one returns our calls. I even called and left a message for the owner and he never called.

Ordered windows in july 2020.They said they would be in about october because of coivd 19. When coming to the house they had 4 windows to install. they installed 3 windows then found the 4th to be wrong color. had to reorder. The forth window came in jan 2021 didnt get installed until feb 2021. When the 4th window was installed I told them about the screen being ripped. to fix the screen. Here I am tommorrow being April fools and I feel i have been fooled around all year by this company. Would never in a million years recommend this company. Job still not done.

Outstanding customer service! I had replacement windows installed a couple years ago. Had a problem with one screen. I called them, spoke to a very friendly lady, who took care of my issue. Their service person, Tommie, came out and took care of everything. All were very personble and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this company for window installations.

Good service they put in brand new windows on my house about 3 years ago

Well its been a three-month waiting time for the windows youre due in 12:30 is the best month to be installed Ill come back and do another review after to install them to tell you if they was good or not or if they did a good job

They were here when they said they would be. However the factory forgot to put some of the parts in the kit. We had a sliding door we could not use for about 3 weeks. they did get the factory Rep. out here and he installed the parts. these are some of the best windows and doors out there today. You can’t beat the lifetime warranty. great company they will take the time to talk with you and make sure your getting what you want. Thanks Window World will be buying more from you in the future.

I had 2 doors and 3 storm doors put on last year by Window World. They still look great, good quality. Very professional when they came to show me the doors and installer very professional. If I need any doors or windows I would not hesitate to call them to do the job.

Just trying to get a quote, since covid we have been trying to work and make an appointment. Linda was very rude to not only me but my husband as well. I would recommend working with a contractor before window world cape.

Windows look amazing and I can already tell my ac isnt having to work as hard as with our okd windows. The crew showed up got the old windows ripped out and the new ones set in and trimmed up in a timely manner. Very professional crew and cleaned as they went. Highly recommend windows from window world. You may pay a slightly higher initial but they have lifetime warranty and its transferrable if you ever sell your house.

My window installation was fine, the salesman who sold me my siding, did not tell me the color I chose was not available and had another color installed without my consent. The sliding installation has flaws that was made aware of by the salesmen and not fixed. I have been waiting four months for them to install my porch railing even after contacting both the installer (same person who sold me my siding) and, the owner after I have already paid for both the porch railing and the installation. I do not recommend using Window World in Cape Girardeau.

Windows installed today. (Very cold Dec.day) house nice and tight and very quiet now. Circa 1860 windows gone!New window world windows in.Installers were incredibly nice, clean and efficient. No sign they were here except for 6 beautiful new windows and our 2 huge smiles. Amazingly good value for reasonable cost.Will highly recommend. To anyone.Thanks!

Our salesman was perfect! He was well informed and didnt push to get the business. He explained everything and I learned a few things. Our windows were installed and are perfect! Best thing is lifetime warranty. If we sell our house, the new homeowners can transfer the warranty to them with a small one time fee.

We unfortunately have spent over 9000 dollars with this company for a window replacement install. Barely short of a year we are still dealing with the company to correct their shotty workmanship and inability to get the order right! When their own employees show up to fix a problems and comment I dont even know why Im here ,you know your in trouble! Never so much as a Im sorry for your inconvenience or our errors until I asked for one. They used to be reputable but I warn ALL consumers to go elsewhere!

I was charged an extra $250 to install a door because I was told that the door frame needed to be rebuilt and sheet rocked.... The installer came and done NOTHING extra.. no Sheetrock... no nothing, but they checked it off on their list as done.. Well, needless to say, Window World refuses to give me my money back... so basically I paid $1800 for a plain door and a glass storm door... And they refuse to give me my money back for the work that wasn’t done... I wouldn’t refer Window World in Cape to anyone... Over priced ripoff robbers🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Windows are a decent quality and the work was finished. That is the only positive thing I have to say.

The job was done well. And workers were professional and kind.

Took me weeks to get a rep out, then I was told they dont deliver or install in new c9nstruction. The next day my neighbor informed me they delivered and installed theirs. And when I asked about this they never have me direct answer, then stopped responding to my texts. Finally 2 days later told me they would deliver but it would be 25 a window....i just spent $4300 and you can deliver, really!?!?!? I will not be recommending them to anyone. At least not this office.

We have had a terrible experience from beginning to end with the Cape branch of Window World. We started w an order back in July 2018 and are still not finished with install in December!! Some of our windows were ordered incorrectly and I understand that mistakes happen. The bigger issue is with communication between the office and the crews doing the jobs. We’ve taken multiple vacation days to get the installs done and they haven’t shown up for those dates and rescheduled the work multiple times. Of the 4 or 5 times that they have been to the house for work, the crews have been different each time. We have been in contact with the office and their project manager throughout the process and there have been only excuses. The work itself is fine and the product is ok, the service has been horrible.

Good prices, solid staff.
