I emailed them from their website requesting an estimate. No answer after 5 days. I then called them and asked fir an estimate. No apology. Directed to voice mail as estimator was out on job. Left contact information, included window size. No return contact after 72 hours. Note most of the reviews here are several years ago. How do these companies stay in business?
Quick and quality service! Very flexible; allowed me to change the time of my appointment due to work. My appointment for my windshield replacement was at 1PM and they called me at 11AM already done and ready for me to pick up! The replacement itself looks flawless. They did a great job and I’d recommend them to anyone. I’ll definitely be back for tinting.
Wow, wow, wow 👏This place treated me like no other business around the world. Had our vehicle broken into and made a call to miss Lauren. She was able to get replacement glass faster and cheaper than any other local business from st louis to poplar bluff. They also did our window tinting and so far very impressed. Called to get an estimation for one of my windows and the guy was very professional. It was super fast and easy to get all the needed info. I would recommend checking them out at least call and get an estimation what do you have to lose.

Took my Chevy Chrysler to them to have my speakers fixed. I got my vehicle back at the end of the day which I dropped it off no later than 10 oclock that morning. When I finally got my car back the speakers kept skipping when I would turn the stereo up past 8. I called the company and spoke with someone that same day and they told me to drop it back off tomorrow and they would work it out. The next day I called them and discussed with the same person from the prior day, he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about, when he finally remembered my car he then tells me it was skipping when I brought it up there, the only problem with my speakers was my front ones were not putting out any sound. He continued to say it wasnt their fault and to bring it back they would take a look, he asked me if 1 oclock worked for me I told him I wouldnt be off till 2 he then told me that wouldnt work and he had to find a different DAY. To fix something their company messed up. And not to mention I asked about certain speakers to be installed they told me they had the speakers no problem the day the installation came they no longer had my speakers which was only a couple days after we made the appointment to install. Over all I will not be back, and will soon be taking legal actions.
The ONLY place to have your windows tinted. Chris also does stereo installs, window, replacement, paint protection, remote start systems.
Awesome company to do business with!! I had a tree limb from the storm fall on my van and break my windshield. Called these folks, they ordered on Monday and I was back on the road by noon on tuesday!!! Thanks so much for a great job! Highly recommend!

I had them reinstall a windshield that another company did not put in correctly. I was warned that there was a possibility I would be charged for a whole new windshield as there was a chance the glass could brake when they removed it. I almost expected them to charge me full price as I would have been none the wiser but they didn’t. They told me they were able to get it out without breaking it. That kind of honesty is what will keep me coming back in the future.

Had two subs installed in my Jeep that I bought from Quadratec. They did a fast and great job. Chris was super thorough. He did a clean job and explained everything. Fair price for the install too. Also, they have done at least 4 tint jobs for our family. Best around.

Rude AF. Could use a good reality check on customer service and the value of word of mouth. Tint was well done and 40 cheaper than home.
They were super friendly and initiated conversation, and was mindful of the stickers on my car. They of course did an awesome job!

Slow service. Was told it would be roughly 2 hours and they would call me when it was done. 5 hours later which was 30 mins before closing I called and they told me they had just finished it up. Overall Im not very happy with there service.

These guys talk a good game, but do not follow through. Took my Harley in for color changing led light kit to be installed. Was told it would take 2 hours, ended up taking 4 hours. When job was completed 1 color only not multiple colors. With the way the power box was installed not being fastened to anything, the wind from the ride melted the box by moving against the head of the engine. Contacted the owner Chris the same afternoon by text no response. Finally called him 2 days later and was told they would purchase and replace. After 2 months of multiple trips in to the business, was told they had the power box, by then it was to cold to ride the bike in and their credibility was shot with me! Very shoddy work and even worse customer satisfaction skills!
