Our tax professional has been and was very informative, stays updated, always friendly.

The service here was not good at all, and I did not feel like they were trying to help me save money or get more money at that. The ladies were kind of nice and thats about it. The representative I had did not seem to know the system very well, and was slow using the computer. Also, she was training a new employee, which I didnt see how, considering...Also, it was going to cost me 235 dollars to file just because I claimed 1 dependent. That couple clicks of a mouse that she barely accomplished, caused the price the more than triple.

Every year Esther does my taxes and I really appreciate her help. Shes always honest about her work and informing me of me or changed information.

I will return only because Tasha rendleman had my taxes amend and she assured me that Beverly rust will not give my social security number to anyone after Beverly rust wrote down my ss number and left with it and did not tell me what she was doing I had the worst none sleep night of my life after that bad experience plus she filed my husband on my taxes after I told her not to and she blamed me saying I am the one gave her the envelope she is a horrible person who been working long enough not have made a mistake like that so I Know it was all intentionally done Tashia rendleman was a super boss and made me feel so happy after I let her know what happened to me with Beverly rust her supposed to be trusted employee.
