The older lady (p.s. she did my nails) she watered down the nail polish with remover next to me. . Lol! 🤔 rude attitude. The place is old with 1990 decor. Very junkie. Dont do it ! dont do it!

There were only two people working, and they kept jumping around to each customer every 5 minutes and when they got back to me and my friend they forgot where they left off. i got a nail design with a simple tiny letter and my friend wanted the same thing. the lady told my friend she couldn’t do it and neither could the man. doesnt really make sense, and they didn’t tell us why :/ overall though the nails are cute and the right length and shape. but imma just stick to cosmos

Dirty. No soap in the bathroom, no tub liners for pedicures. And rather pricy for the services they offer.

This place is awful! Do not go here! This lady told us to put on mask. We did! No problem! She started doing my nails. The tech was so rough with my nails to the point they started hurting ! I asked her please stop! You are hurting my hand! She continued as if I didn’t say anything! So I decided not to get my hands done because of this. Then she got mad and yell at me to sit over there! I told her that I got one better! I am out of here! So now I am siting outside waiting for friends as we speak! My husband is the one who treated us to girl day out. Then when a lady of another race came in the nail tech Hesitated and took her time and did not Harass the other lady at all. Then she asked her politely if she had a mask. She charged her for the mask! Do not come here! This will be a true waste of your money!

Do great pedicures

This is by far the most unprofessional place I’ve been too. I went in and wanted just short coffin shaped nails not gel nails which I stated and my toe nails painted the same color. While the guy was doing my nails he was in such a hurry he clipped my finger with the nail clipper which left me bleeding 🩸 mind you he put those clippers right back in the drawer to use on the next person. So at this point I’m like what the hell. He says sorry and starts putting gel polish on my nails I’m thinking well maybe he’s doing this for free since he just wounded me. NOT. He charged me $50 he said 40 for my nails and 10 for my nail polish. 🤦‍♀️ no wonder the reviews are so low.

One of the reasons I chose to come to this establishment was the hateful reviews about the wait time.....that just told me this was a frequently visited place (also if you are in a rush make an appointment, its really simple) If its busy thats a good thing! My time was fantastic! Such nice people! I will be coming here again!

Never again will I set foot in this building. I walked in and there were a couple of people being helped, so when I was asked what I needed explained that I needed a manicure and pedicure but that I was in kind of a time crunch so if there was going to be a long wait please just let me know and Ill go somewhere else. They told me no problem have a seat will get you going 40 minutes later I finally got up out of his seat and left because I still hadnt been touched yet. They completely ruined my schedule and I had a big event to attend. Now I dont have time to get it done right and that is the I had a big event to attend. Now I dont have time to get it done right and that is the most unacceptable thing to do to somebody that I can imagine. Dont be so greedy that you will ruin other peoples Day by stealing their time. If they had been honest I could have gotten my needs handled elsewhere, but instead they destroyed my schedule and I wasnt able to get it done at all. Tried to go in with an open mind. DO NOT GO HERE! They wanted $50 for a full set and color, not gel regular Polish...then I pointed out the pricing sign they have hanging up and she said that the sign was old Ive only had my nails on an hour and they are already chipping I watched her water down the polish so its completely streaky to the max THEN to top it off both workers decided to start an argument with another customer while doing my nails.. Go somewhere and get your moneys worth but dont go here

Walked in and the guy was in the back with earbuds in. Finally got his attention to do my acrylics and he took forever. Got home and 1 finger was extremely sore, after 2 days took acrylic off and there is an infection because he filed it down too far.

When they first opened, this was my favorite place to go for my nails. Then all of a sudden Im in the middle of a fight between staff shouting at each other in what I think is Vietnamese. Now mind you.. When the other customers were there nothing, the min they left the shouting starts. I dont understand what has happened or whats going on but I havent been back. I drive to st. Louis to get my nails done from now on. Its worth the trip to have a beautiful experience with people who have good customer service and are friendly to All the people.

I went to Rose Nails to get a set of french acrylics done for my wedding a few months back. My experience was horrible. The salon had one technician when I came in, and she maintained a video call for my entire session. Her focus being on her phone, left my nails and fingers with little attention. I left with nails that were flat and round to the point of looking like dinner plates(and I have deep oval nail beds). To top it off, the acrylic was bumpy and full of very apparent black fuzzy pieces. My cuticles were also left untouched.I hate confrontation, so I paid and left quietly, when I really wanted to run in panic to the safety of my car and rip the nails off. How does even an inexperienced nail technician turn oval nails into round flat saucers?

First time having fake nails , for my birthday tomorrow spoiling myself they did a wonderful job! 💅😘

I am writing this review as my toes dry ....I went in and showed nail tech what I wanted Which was acrylic on my big toes just to make them look longer and polish on them she said she could do it so I went on getting my pedicure the shop became busy And she went on to do my toes how she wanted I tried correcting her many times then she claimed she couldn’t add the acrylic contradicting what she had originally said I was complaining telling them I’d have to go to another shop to fix it and she still did nothing ....other than that polish looked nice but not what I wanted very unsatisfied with the way they handled the situation

I went In there to get nails done and they told me to come back in hour well I did that and they still let people jump in front of me and still told me to come back in an hour they will not get my business they want to treat me like that well I wont go back there take my business somewhere else

Survive quality seams to depend on the day you go I have had good and a couple times the person was rough with my hands dont think I will go back

This place has horrible service. First off, you cant even speak proper English, so dont get mad when someone asks you to repeat yourself. Everyone wants to make sure they got their nails done the way they want it. Not even a week, and my nails are already peeling off. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Going to get your nails done should be a good experience, kinda of a getaway for busy moms like me but I never leave this place satisfied. I will never visit again. Also not that clean.
