Did a good job!The price of my nails was overly priced.. It was the most I’ve ever spent on my nails in my life. I’ve been to LOTS of nail shops all over. Satisfied with my nails, unsatisfied with the price I paid.

Horrible service. The guy who did my Pedi was rude and rough. My feet arent smooth at all and they charge double what I normally pay. Thumbs down for me!

The wait wasn’t long and they got us in immediately which I liked: buttt I got my nails pretty long as I usually do; and they wanted to charge me $200 just because of length. Which is something that should’ve been said from the get go cause I get the same length anywhere else I go for $75. But that’s not the only thing, 2 days after I got them done they broke off. Which I can make my nails last for a month or two. I will not be going back! Very dissatisfied!

Walked in one a Sunday 3 hours before close and they were “all booked up”.There was one customer and 5 employees.Don’t get many pedicures but I felt like a bother and a nuisance requesting their services.

Refused my service cause I had my son with me . Ask me to put a mask on my 1 yr old . Very unprofessional and rude !!!

At the time this place seemed good. they were running behind and it took a very ling time and now not even 2 weeks later 3 of my acrylic nails have fallen off or broken. this SHOULD NOT happen. your set should last at least 3 weeks !!!! there are tons of places with much better quality

We decided to go to a Missouri salon due to Illinois businesses still not able to open. The reviews for this place were great. I was shown a price list for my pedicure and picked $35 option and my daughter picked full set nails. The man that did her nails cut her finger and was very rough with her. I enjoyed my pedi but when we paid it came to $120. When I asked about the price the girl said they had to raise prices because their supplies tripled. Very disappointed that they were not honest at the beginning. OR the saw Illinois plates and intentionally took advantage of us. So disappointed in this.

Not only did I get the best pink and white full set of my life, and this says a lot, I live in Manhattan full time and have lived in many other major cities . Jimmy is awesome and the entire staff was friendly and so personable compared to any other salon I’ve been to. I also got a lovely pedicure. Thank you 😊

Took wife there to get nails. They asked me to take our 8 year old who was playing on his tablet to the car and wait there. Not kid friendly

The people who run this place are very nice! For my pedicure, I ended up with probably the only guy working. Total score, he scrubbed all the hard spots off my feet and did an awesome job making them silky smooth! I got the step above the basic pedicure package (I have no idea what its called), and he massaged my legs and feet, it felt amazing. My nails looked great as well. Thanks guys!

This place is the best nail salon I have been to. I recently had a bad experience at another salon, and I went here hoping they could fix my nails. They were wonderful. It was the first nail salon I have been to where they actually asked your name. They were attentive and sweet and their suggestions were very helpful and my nails came out so pretty (I got a gel manicure). My hands actually felt good after I left, a first for me. The place is also very nice, clean, and spacious. I would recommend going here!

The guy was cracking jokes with us and just making us laugh so hard. It was not uncomfortable at all! They took they’re time and made sure it was exactly what we wanted. They’re was only 3 people at the time but they made sure they took time on everyone. I will definitely keep going back. And I never get my nails done

I walked in on a Friday to get my nails done while in town for the girls State volleyball championships. She did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier with both my pedicure and nails! Highly recommend!

I went for the first time today, and had an absolute blast! I dont often get my nails done, but I will make it a regular habit of going here. Theyre downright hilarious, sweet and attentive. They did a phenomenal job on my nails and toes. There was some wait, but I dont mind. They kept me informed throughout the process how long I would be waiting instead of just leaving me waiting without a word. I walked in on a Friday afternoon, without an appointment, and was out within a couple of hours. All around a great experience, Thank you!

I am honestly so disappointed with this shop. The very first time I went, they had excellent customer service and did an excellent job on my nails. However the second time I went... I was treated like an unwelcome customer. I called them first before showing up, asking them if I could come in because I knew they were closing soon. I told them I wanted coffin shaped nails with a little design. They said okay and that I could come in.I come in, show a picture of something similar I wanted. They were sure they could do it. I sit down and they put on the nails... and that is when the style I wanted on my nails were a problem. They said they couldn’t do it, although prior to me even getting into the chair, they said they could. One of the nail techs was not accommodating with my requests. I didn’t want anything complicated, nothing over the top. Matte black V shape on my nails with criss cross black lines going over it.They did the absolute minimum and overcharged me for coffin shaped nails, all of them matte black with two lines using clear coat on all of them. Charged me 65 dollars, although before they got started, the quoted me a price of just 50 dollars. They rushed to get my nails done, not shaped properly, and not at all what I wanted. Then they were “discussing” me in Chinese/Mandarin, although I could clearly tell that they were talking negatively about me.I should have left as soon as I recognized they weren’t going to try and keep me satisfied, even when I had remained calm and had no angry outburst towards them. I am just highly disappointed. I only went back because of how well they did my nails the first time, that they would do an excellent job again — and they failed to deliver good results and overcharged me. I left an unhappy customer and that will be the last time I go to Golden Nails & Spa. I have to look at my nails now as a reminder that I wasted money there to get my nails done, as well as my nieces, to get subpar results and talked down to as if I was not a welcomed patron to their business. If they couldn’t do the job, they could have turned me away and I would have simply went somewhere else.They lost a new customer who was willing to be a longterm client, and seemed to not care about delivering quality results for paying customers.EDIT: My nails have chipped in less than one week and the application is bumpy. What a waste of 65 dollars. Contacted the shop and asked for Mylynn and the employees said that she doesn’t work there.

I love golden nails. I have been getting my nails done for quite some time. But I have never encounter such good customer service. They do excellent work, true care and concern for their customers. I would recommend you to come and enjoy the attention. I know I do!

Love this place

Tools were not sterilized. The nail tech used a rubbing alcohol mixture to clean the cuticle nippers and pusher.She did a good job on the polish, but when she filed my nails at the end she kept filing my skin.

Very nice did a really great job were really gentle did not cut my fingers for a French tip. Very patient with my 5 year old. And very reasonable on price. Great experience

Manager was very rude. Expected my two year old to wear a mask... and keep it on. Also, wouldn’t paint her toe nails. I will not EVER come here again.

The crew was extremely friendly but the files didn’t seem to be sanitized and my nails aren’t smooth.

I will never go back to this place for an eyebrow waxing. I have (or had) thick eyebrows and when the lady asked what I wanted, I told her just to clean them up. She basically took off half of my eyebrows and made them into a shape that they are obviously not supposed to be. When salons do eyebrows, they are not supposed to shape the brow to an unnatural shape. They are just supposed to clean up the strays. She did not listen to me one bit and that is ridiculous.

Golden Nails has new managers running the store. They were very friendly and they did a great job!! I will definitely be back!!
