Retired here last December and had to find a local dentist pretty quick. After thoroughly searching online, I chose Dr. Martinez at Gulf Coast Smiles. I’m very happy with my choice. From the minute I walked in the door in February, it’s been nothing but pleasant experiences. The staff has been wonderful. Dr. Martinez is professional, knowledgeable and personable. Every procedure is explained before, during and after. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!!

Im new to the area and very happy to have discovered Gulf Coast Smiles as my new dentist. Tressa and Nina warmly greeted me when I arrived at the front desk. I only waited a few minutes to be called by Christine, a dental hygienist, who was excellent in her careful cleaning of my teeth and attention to learning about me as a new patient. She even took the time to review my previous dentists x-rays before starting. Dr. Martinez was also extremely professional and assessed the severity of a possible issue identified by the Christine. He came almost immediately after Christine had finished her work. His knowledge and manner were very comforting. The office was clean, modern and quiet. I was very impressed with the state-of-the-art equipment. The online patient portal allowed me to complete forms before my appointment.

Im actually quite impressed with Dr. Martinez and his staff! I used to go to a dentist in Fort Myers and refused to go back to that office after the dentist made a snarky comment to me. I switched to Dr. Martinez and am never looking back! Dr. Martinez took a lot of time to discuss my options; more than any other dentist has before, which helped me make an educated decision about my teeth. The staff has been awesome and so far it has been a top notch experience!

Horrible 2 months behind on promise date of an upper partial. Partial continued to have multiple figment issues had to be fitted 3 times. Couldn’t get it right. Don’t know if it was the lab or the dentist but I lost faith that they could deliver what was agreed upon. Maybe I’m just unlucky other reviews seam to be good which is why I picked this dentist. They canceled 4 appointment due to delays. Poor customer service

A good visit. Lauren did a good job with the cleaning, she is very nice and professional. Dr. Martinez always checks on you and he is very nice. Great dental practice.

Dr. Martinez and his staff were excellent. They explained the treatment prior to commencing and during the procedure. The wait time was minimal and the procedure was performed in a prompt and efficient matter. I recommend Dr. Martinez and his staff without hesitation.

I am one that avoids dentist at all costs but my personal experience at Dr. MARTINEZs office put all my anxieties to rest. The entire team were so accommodating, courteous, professional and made me feel comfortable. Dr. MARTINEZ knew my problem and took care it immediately and with little discomfort. What a joy it was!! Ive been going to them for about 5 years and wouldnt consider going anywhere else... ever. They are the best. Period. Ive had a decent amount of dental work done and ( 68yr old) and everything about them is top shelf. Courteous, friendly, considerate, caring, professional and most importantly... competent..... and the prices are extremely reasonable. You cant go wrong with these guys.

Lauren did an excellent job finding and alerting me to some gum disease, which despite going to my previous dental office every 6 months, was never communicated to me. My initial experience was comforting. Everyone was pleasant and very professional. No one would rather go to a dentist office than a nice restaurant but at least the staff here will put your mind at ease, nice job.

This by far is my absolute favorite dentist I’ve ever been to. I highly recommend Dr. Martinez to make me feel confident with any procedure I have done. Ive been a patient for of Dr Martinez for quite a few years and have always had good experiences there. Staff is very professional and pleasant. I recently had an appointment on 7/14 for my routine cleaning. I work in healthcare and was very impressed with their COVID screening protocol for their patients and precautions their office staff followed to ensure everyones safety. Christine is always very thorough and gentle cleaning my teeth. I requested her for my future cleaning appointments. Here they treat you like a human with care and compassion. The doctors do not force any services or upsells they take care of your concerns. The doctor will discuss the good and bad with diligence. They also have good plans for uninsured and people living paycheck to paycheck.

I had to have a lot of work done and have always been nervous about going to the dentist. I was referred to Dr. Martinez and could not be happier. He and his office staff were awesome. They got me in quickly and worked around my schedule. I went to another practice a couple months before going here and it was horrible. Also, I had the same assistant both times I was in there which I loved. I would definitely recommend going here!!

Just recently referred here by a co-worker. I wasnt sure what to expect. Since my son was born, in 2007, my teeth had been slowly deteriorating. I have a bit of a phobia and have always gone to an oral surgeon. Even for simple extractions. Today I had the last of my 7 teeth pulled and 4 implants put in on the bottom. The doctor was so incredibly gentle, always checking on me and making sure I was as comfortable as I could be. I am sore which is to be expected, but as strange as it sounds, I had a great experience. As a single mother of one, working two jobs, theyve worked out a way to make me feel like were not going to starve to pay this off. I am so happy and so pleased with the staff and Dr. Martinez !

Ive been going to this practice for 8 years and they never disappoint!!! They truly care about there patients and take the time to give you as much care as possible. Ashley is a fantastic hygienist, I feel like Im in the comfort of my own home and shes gentle but gets the job done right. Side note: my daughter (3yrs) loves the fish tank Nemo and friends live there.

When I first came to this practice, the staff treated me wonderfully. I truly thought I was in good hands and I put my trust in this practice and the treatment plan that was presented to me. I wish I had a time machine, they completely failed me. As we all know, medical professionals take an oath to do no harm Unfortunately, massive harm, dental trauma and a huge bill were the only things that I experienced. From the removal of a healthy dental implant at the Drs advice, the destruction of a bone graft - which has caused bone loss under my gums and immeasurable pain, the extractions of perfectly healthy teeth, usage of materials that I am allergic to and notified the dentist of (such as latex and metals) to braces that broke off on their own, etc. I became very ill after these procedures. I could go on and on. It has been well over two years, massive amounts of pain and thousands upon thousands of dollars later and Im STILL working with other specialists to fix the damage caused to me from these unnecessary and invasive procedures. Terrible experience that ruined my teeth, gums and smile. When my concerns were brought to the attention of the staff, I was treated terribly and at one point even followed out to my car by a staff member as I left. I have requested my medical records several times and still have not received them. My phone calls have gone unanswered (they must have caller ID) and no return phone calls. By far the most detrimental and violating experience of my life.

My experience was great! They are really caring and informative. I never really feel great or comfortable going to the dentist, but this place makes you feel a lot better about going. I dont live close to their office but since every vist has been really positive I still make the trip there. If you are looking for somewhere to go, this is the place where you should go.

Friendly, Caring Staff & Dr.Im new to the Cape and had a major dental emergency. They took me right in so, I wouldnt suffer. I will be switching to their practice as my permanent dentist! The girls in the office are the sweetest and so accommodating! Best dental practice Ive ever been to!

Had an appointment on 4/10 couldnt make it due to a minor emergency so I had to leave a voicemail due to them not being open yet (my appointment was set for opening time) , when I called the next day to reschedule they tell me no appointments until September? Strange.

Good customer service. I think it was very pricey but I am of the opinion that you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Dr acted like he had to much to do, you did not have his full attention. Questions were not answered. The pricing was twice what other dentist in the area are charging for same services. Office was not clean.

Dr. Martinez and he wonderful team helped my daughter who is afraid of needles but Dr. Martinez and Erica made her feel comfortable and Janet the office manager help her hand. Love this office.

The Dentist was great, office staff NOT! Overcharged us for procedures and refused to return money, I went there and proved it! Said they would call me asap. That was 2 months ago! Overtime I call I get no response. Must have caller ID never has a phone call been returned! I guess I need to go back to office and see Dentist about this!

Terrible! The staff are rude and the hygienist is even worse! My poor mother was left in the room more than 30 minutes alone and she was choking from her saliva and wen I addressed this to the assistant she got very nasty with me.Finally, my mother went to another dentist and he said whatever Dr. Martinez suggested was all false! Yes, thats right. He was charging her for things she did not have to do.I noticed almost all the doctors here in Cape Coral are Scams!
